Engine light kept coming on and we called A1. We were able to drop the vehicle off the next day. The next day they called and explained what they had found, nothing major and couple of things that did need to be repaired and a couple that was optional that could be a problem laterThese people are very professional and very nice. They are not going to fix something that is not broken. You will not be over charged or pay for something they did not repair.If you are a woman, take your car to this shop. They will fix your vehicle and you can be assured that it was repaired to the best of their ability. They are honest people.

Love the owner! We have been coming to him for years. He makes sure to keep helpful, knowledgeable people up front to greet you. Tim is wonderful to communicate with and guide you through what is manageable to get a solution that works for you. He is ALWAYS pleasant and, in my opinion, goes above and beyond costumer care. So far, his mechanics have helped resolve our issues.

Had some trouble with my car with the wheel bearings. A1 told me to bring it in. They told me what the issue was gave me a fair price and it didn't take but about a day. Very nice people trustworthy and they always get the work done in a timely manner.

I was driving from Ohio to Florida. my car started to shake in the front near Gadsden, Alabama. Called for a tow and the driver recommended A1 auto repair center. I had a very pleasant experience. The manager and the tech bent over backwards to help my situation. They were very friendly as well. I highly recommend this auto repair center to anyone needing auto repair.

Have had to have mine fixed for different problems that come up here and there, but note I sade different problems, not the same ones. Excellent crew for getting any repair job done in about a day, two at most. Only time it took them longer than three days for a fix ways when I was replacing the engine, and really that was only because it had to be shipped. Again great crew and staff, would highly recommend.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Auto A/C replacement

Had an excellent experience with these guys. My car was in the shop at Team one Chevrolet for well over a month and they were unable to diagnose my electrical issue. A1 had it for less than 8hrs and called me to tell me it was ready for pick up. Will definitely use them again.Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

I have a Pontiac g6, and think sometimes that I'm a know it all, I'm so glad that the great people at A1 didn't listen to me on what I said was wrong. the car wouldn't turn over, the key kept getting stuck, and was hard to get out of park. I kept saying it was a bad ignition. found out the battery was weak and needed the shift cable. they saved me a lot of headaches and money by not listening to my diagnosis lol thank you Tim and Heather

Professional automotive repair facility. Not of the line software. And top of line equipment and tools. Highly recommend for those who want the job done right the first time. They also provide a free courtesy check. To make sure everything is in good working order.

INCREDIBLE TEAM! From the driver of the tow truck driver that took me home, the delivery of my car to A1 Automotive, the constant communication between LEE, all of the mechanics. A1 even brought my car back to me. Taking great care of Gadsdens Seniors. Kind, compassionate, caring team that put me at ease. I definitely would never take my Mazda to any other place. I thank all of them!

Called and searched all around to find someone to work on my Audi. Thankfully I was able to find A1 Automotive on the internet. They were very helpful and figured out what was going on. Best automotive shop. We were on a long drive headed south and had car trouble and still had hours to go. They took us right in, had the part delivered within an hour and repaired right away. Tim and Gus were very nice and even called to check in on us to make sure we made it home safe later that week. The facility is very clean and they had snacks and drinks available during the wait. Reasonable price and exceptional service. Highly recommended.

Every member of the staff was extremely helpful and kind every time I called. They communicated with me every step of the way during the repair. If anything came up they called me immediately to let me know what was going on. I highly recommend them for your repair. It s always comforting to know that your vehicle is in capable hands.

I drive a 2015 VW Jetta. Had various issues with my car for a couple of months with it ultimately dying in my driveway. I could not find any repair shops in my city that work on VW s. Closest was the dealership in Huntsville. I did not want to use them as further away and probably more expensive as dealers usually are. Through an online search I found A1 Automotive that they worked on VW s among many other models. They had awesome reviews so I set up the appointment and had my car towed there. They did several things for me but the main repair was to the purge valve. Car is working awesome now and I was very impressed with how Tim updated me every step of the way with progress and running repair cost total. Very friendly and very professional. I needed to find a place in the area to stop, on a day-long road trip, to repair/inspect plastic pieces on the underside of my car which had come loose and were hanging. We showed up without an appointment, after finding A1 on a Google search and seeing it s good reviews. The kind associates here worked us on right away, explained the situation clearly, removed the piece quickly, and gave us instructions about how to proceed with the piece gone. They we re all-around awesome, did not take advantage of our bad luck, and charged us almost nothing! They even had complimentary beverages and snacks in the waiting room, which was clean and tidy, as was the attached guest restroom. I was extremely impressed with the tidiness of their garage as well. Overall wonderful experience, extremely professional, courteous, and communicative, and I could not recommend them enough!!!
