We were in need of towing and this company was EXACTLY what we needed! Cooper displayed such gracious hospitality coupled with wonderful professionalism. He made my wife and I feel extremely cared for as he towed our vehicle. He tirelessly assisted us in finding a local mechanic to fix our vehicle at a reasonable cost. He also chauffeured us to our hotel! What great service! Cooper went above AND beyond the call of duty! Anyone considering a towing service in Fort Payne need to choose Twenty Four Seven Towing & Recovery Service as it has my most enthusiastic recommendation.Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling

First time lockout for myself. Accidents happen I suppose. Called 24/7 for help and they came right away. Cooper was very nice, very professional, very fast. I believe they were reasonably priced and I will save their info in my phone for any future needs.

Jax came to the rescue for myself and my son Joshua on Thursday and I have never been happier to see a tow truck. Jax (I hope I am spelling his name right) was a wonderful young man with a lot of character for someone his age. Great experience!

I have used Twenty Four Seven Towing on several occasions! Always very professional and very knowledgeable about the correct way to tow any kind of vehicle. Worked with Zax Cyrus this afternoon and I was pleased with his knowledge and professionalism in how to properly tow my Mustang!

Our tire popped on the interstate, pulled over & within 25 mins Josh was there to rescue us!He told us some good tire & town tips! Was very helpful & friendly.The price was reasonable! If this ever happens in this town again we know who to call & ask for!Would definitely recommend Josh & twenty four seven towing & recovery!

We got a blowout late at night on our way through town. Cooper and Jax got us fixed up and back on the road in no time! We even had a nice chat which helped calm my nerves so much. Can't recommend them enough! Truly turned a bad situation into a breezy fix.

Josh is the best dude ever! Towed my truck when involved in an accident and then came out and got my other truck open when my kids locked the keys in it. 24/7 does a great job and are extremely professional at reasonable prices. I highly recommend!

Excellent experiences with 24/7 towing. I have actually used them twice in the last year and in both incidences they were prompt in responding and did a great job. Locked my keys in my truck while traveling through area on a Sunday morning; thought I would have to wait hours to get someone out but I didn't. Arrived at the hotel parking lot within a half our, a few minutes later I was on my way, and the cost was definitely reasonable given the service. I was staying in Ft Payne for the night and as I was leaving the hotel, I realized I had a flat tire. I ve had AAA for four years and never used them so I decided to give the road side service feature a try. They contacted Twenty Four Seven Towing. . AAA said it would be an hour before someone would arrive. Josh showed up in about 15 mins. He knew exactly what he was doing and had the tire changed in no time. Extremely friendly and professional.
