Go see Ivan. I went in for Trans filter and fluid for my 17 F350. I needed to know how many bolts in trans pan and he went under my truck for me to confirm that for me. Thank You Ivan !!

Best parts store in Fort Payne the staff is very knowledgeable and are willing to not only do their jobs to a high degree of expertise. They are also willing to go beyond and help you any way they can even if you don't buy a product from them.

While helping my nephew fix his first truck, the crew at O'Reilly's were life savers today! I honestly didnt expect them to have all the damaged parts but they had exactly what we needed! I'm very thankful for their help.

The store is conveniently located at the outer edge of town, which is great. When Ft. Payne gets congested this store is still pretty easy to get in and out of. I haven't run into any issues with the boys that work in there. Mainly because I haven't had any vehicle issues that required knowledgeable employees,. But I think that they would do just fine in that case

We broke down on our way to Talladega, on a Saturday morning. We had our truck towed to the O'Reilly in Fort Wayne. We threw a serpentine belt. I had called to see if they had it in stock. When I got there, they greeted me by my first name, had the belt on the counter and the tools needed to do the repairs. (My cell phone number had come up on the caller ID and they looked up my account on their system). As we got into the repairs, we found that our water pump was out and that was why we threw the serpentine belt. They didn't have one in stock but the auto parts store next door did. I asked them if they knew a mobile service to help us with the repair. They did. On a Saturday, we were able to get our parts, repair our truck and still make the race on Sunday! Wow! Great customer service!!

Give Tucker some more training with customer service as well as not giving people false information about their vehicles. If you don't know, ask someone who does or look it up for the customer rather than giving out the wrong information or just simply say you do not know!

Cary and Andrew stayed late to wait for our truck to be towed to their store. They quickly tested and changed out our battery. Very good service! Fast! Friendly! Thanks so much!!!

Excellent attitude, Justin was very good, great auto parts store, you can get all you need just about for your car , with quick and friendly service, knowledgeable people work there, very happy to help, I saw one of them run , I mean run across to catch the phone as soon as it started ringing, love the attitude of wanting to help customers and doing the job, again Justin thank you as well as for the rest of the team

The Fort Payne O'Reilly's store is an ok store but they have to order parts which leaves you waiting until the next day to get what you need. However they do stock trailer parts pretty well. I would leave five stars if they didn't have to order so much.

On an 1,100 mile trip returning home, with a trailer en tow, an injector went out in my diesel pickup. I stopped at O Reilly s in Ft Payne and the staff ensured I had all the tools, step stools and other items to get back on the road. True professionals who care!

Very helpful. Good selection. Didn't charge me to turn rotors when they were so bad that they couldn't take off enough and keep them in thickness spec.

This is where I buy most of my parts and u do buy a lot for a guy that isn't a professional mechanic.i do all of my mechanic needs and I do drive junk.my favorite place is the local parts owned and operated by locals but they close at 5 and I end up buying most from O'Reilly.there is a auto zone which would be my next favorite and then next to it would be an advance that I hate.put in their clutch kits and they are no good. I have a Ford ranger and i have out in 4 slave cylinders in it in 3 yrs.it needs another now.it will keep needing if to.and the boss there is a smart ass.dobt recomend
