Every single time I take my car to Rick, Eric and Tim, I feel relief and I feel safe. They give me sound, timely advice. They patiently explain car stuff to me. They don t do work unless it is necessary, their charges for everything from engine work to brakes, oil changes, tires etc are all EXTREMELY reasonable, their schedule is flexible, turnaround time is quick, customer service is EXCELLENT. It feels really good when my car is in their hands, which is a big part of my livelihood and my expenditure. I trust them implicitly and wouldn t go anywhere else. -Lynne Chapman March 2024

My family and I are in town on vacation and had a minor problem with our brakes. The guy in the picture was very rude. He approached our car and told us they couldn't help us at all. He doesn't know his way around the shop and that they don't have any mechanics to service our kind while they were all working on vehicles. This crew was terrible and racially profiling my family. I will be seeking further action because it was absolutely unacceptable.

I take my cars here for mostly everything. The mechanic, Tim, is always very honest with me whenever I have any vehicle in there getting work done. The guys there are great also. Highly recommend them.

I had the best oil change ever by Greg M yesterday. He sorted my headlight problem,threw me a great deal on some wipers (which I needed badly) and still had me out of there in 15 min flat after new oil and the 20 point inspection. He mentioned he d been there 27 years and was transferring soon there will be some big shoes to feel.

I have always and will continue using Express Oil Change for all services they service, and today I pull up and part of my front bumper had popped out and We don t do body repairs , said David, but today he did, he popped it right back in place in about 15 seconds! Thank you for helping on a service y all don t do David Martin!!! These guys here are so courteous and they are dedicated in getting any service done and I appreciate that! Great place to get an oil change, or your lights fixed if you're in a hurry. It only costs around $60 for an oil change, and I was out in less than 20 minutes. I would recommend this place over any other in Fort Payne if you need an oil change.

We had a nail in our tire while on a 12 hour trip and they got us in and out in under an hour so that we could get back on the road! Super great staff and service. Thanks guys!

I pulled in at 2 pm for an oil change and a new air filter and was the only customer and got right in! I sat down in the waiting room for less than 15 minutes and they were done! Cameron/Kable serviced my car this week. They did great! Cameron was extremely professional and did a great job! He asked questions before doing anything to my car and when telling me I needed a new part he didn t pressure me into buying it he just explained what I needed, what it s purpose was, the cost and then let me decide with no pressure! Best service I ve ever had here

Everyone is always very nice and professional. I have been having my oil changed here for years. They do a great job and they never take long to do it. Today the main person that worked in my car was Drake. He was very nice. This location is the BEST! They are always so friendly, joking around with customers and seem to be having a good time at work, which makes for a great experience. PLUS they always wash my window and that is so appreciated. 100% recommend these guys, we won t go anywhere else.

Found what I thought was a bolt in my car tire while filling up with fuel. Went to this Tire Engineer's and was promptly greeted by Cameron. Explained and showed him what the problem was. Had a second opinion from David and was escorted to the waiting room while they looked into the problem. Within 10-15 minutes they had repaired the puncture and had me ready to go. Wow! Great Service and very customer oriented personnel. Would highly recommend giving them an opportunity to help you with your automotive needs.

Top notch service and experience. Rick, the manager, has been my go-to mechanic for 20 years. He, along with his staff, is trusted with our vehicles to repair and service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an oil change or vehicle repairs.

I was on the way to TN when my car broke down in Fort Payne. Luckily I was able to drive it here and everyone was so helpful! I wish I had gotten the names, but one man talked with me about what had broken and with my dad over the phone. I wasn't able to get the car fixed here due to time restraints, but they all were very helpful! Just wanted to say thank you!

Great service! Very helpful with all my automotive needs. Eric and JR always willing to go above and beyond. They have fixed my tire when it was leaking, they put a plug in it. No charge! Just great customer service. Dont find that in most places anymore. JR was so helpful!! Got a flat tire on my bachelorette trip and he got it plugged super quickly. Plus he was super friendly and cracked jokes with us the whole time! He also pointed out an issue with my tire valve to get fixed later. Flat tire aside we had a great experience and we would definitely come back if we ever have any issues in the area!Service: Tires

I went to Express Oil in Fort Payne yesterday 5/9/23. David was my technician. Well by mileage I was just beyond time for my oil to be changed but my oil percent life was half used. David offered to just look at my oil and see if it was even ready to be changed. He said no, you aren t close yet and told me to come back later. That s twice with two different vehicles that techs from that store have taken the high road and we re honest. They ll continue to get all my business.
