I was referred to O Reilly over several of their competitors and I found out why. While on vacation out of state with my daughter, my battery died. After getting it jumped I headed to O Reilly to purchase a new battery and hope that they would install it for me.This was the cleanest auto parts store! There were three friendly employees assisting customers. When I was up I was greeted by the manager, Ken! He went out and took a look at my car, came back in and gave me three options. Battery now purchased I asked if there was any chance there was someone there that could install it for me so I could get back to Texas?Ken said let me take a look and see if I can do it. So the story ends with Ken changing the battery and me assisting with the process. Ken did a good deed for the day and this girl now knows how to change the battery in my car!Thank you Ken and O Reilly for your help today. My daughter and I made it back home tonight at 7:00p.m.

They need to hire some folks that have some experience in what makes an automobile functional. Not just someone who can click the buttons the customer is walking them through. I don t have a need to use them often. They should just set up a kiosk for the customers to us or allow web access to their parts manuals.

Michelle was so helpful and courteous. She helped me pick out the best windshield wiper blades and graciously installed them on my car. I did need help with that! Thank you Michelle, people like you is why I keep coming back to O'Reilly in Foley :)

The Foley Alabama location just sent my wife out the door crying because the assistant manager pulled up the wrong motor after my wife supplied him with the VIN number and got upset because he wasn t supplying her with the correct motor parts. He talked to my wife like an employee should never talk to a customer. I called the store after the left and the same man got loud with me on the phone and told me he was going to send her out of the store because she corrected him on the motor that was in her 74 Chevy truck. He told me if I had a problem to call corporate and hung up on me. I will be going in tomorrow to remove my shop account from this lowly store as well as talk to the woman manager Kimberly to get things straight. The men at O Rieleys have zero respect for women and I would never spend another dollar at that store for the rest of my life.

So helpful and kind! A gentlemen helped me figure out the issue and replaced the parts for me right then! (Both my headlights went out together. Both bulbs were blown so he found the replacements and switched them out for me)

Nice clean, organized store inside. I went there expected a few customers at 4 pm on a Monday, however there were more customers than my time permitted. Will try again tomorrow. I'm glad they were busy; it's good for our slowed down economy.Update 9/13/21I came back to O'reilly's this morning to replace my wiper blades. Kimberly not only found my purchase in November last year, and even installed the new blades. She was very kind, courteous, and installed the blades very quickly, with ease; if you have even tried to replace Your wiper blades, it can be a challenge. I have upgraded my option to a 5 !!

Good service from Ken, even though he didn't have the battery I needed, he contacted another parts store, a competitor, and located a battery for me; now that's great customer service!

Good place for your regular chain store automotive needs. Great place when you need something after 5:30 PM or on a Sunday. Service is friendly and helpful. I have been pleasantly surprised at things they have in stock compared to other chain auto suppliers.

Ive been to hundreds of oriellys from alaska to florida almost every state and oriellys foley is by far the worst customer service you will ever experience the woman working there dont care about anything and know even less. Worst customer service

The only oriellys in america that does not loan out tools, they charge you full price for the tool and you cannot return. This oriellys is by far the worst customer service nationwide for all oriellys stores.

On vacation from SE Missouri. Noticed my wife's car started a little "draggy" this morning. Drove to O'Reillys to have charging system & battery tested. Kimberly (assistant store manager) was very knowledgeable & professional, she replaced my defective battery in a matter of minutes & we were on our way! I am retired now, but spent 40+ years in the automotive service industry, from technician to customer service manager. 5 stars to Kimberly and O'Reillys @ Foley Alabama!

Exemplary service from the team at this location as it applied to my automotive parts needs. Disappointed in the non-enforcement of mask wearing requirements, including the female employee who had her mask down around her neck. I get it; dislike having to wear the masks and can't wait until we get back to normal but, in the meantime, I abide by the requirement and wish store employees would enforce it. Posting a sign on the door and not enforcing is pointless.

I will ONLY buy car parts from them. Advanced and auto zone are awful. O'Reillys is amazing. Great staff, they are so polite and willing to help. They even let us borrow tools to fix what we needed to while we was there. They are definitely the go to parts store around here.
