First time using this tire shop and it was a very pleasant experience! They were extremely nice and very quick. Our car rides smoother then it ever has. Highly recommend them and will definitely be using them for all my tire needs!

I would give negative stars if it were available. I rarely write negative reviews. But this company has an absurd policy. Went here to buy 4 used tires. Found out it was not a matching set. 2 were matching. The worker removed all 4 of my tires from the rims. It was determined that the 2 matching tires weren't good, so the remounted the best 2 tires of my old tires. Okay I get it, however since I didn't buy my tires from them, they didn't balance them. Female's response to not balancing was "We don't balance them because we would be losing money." So what you're saying is that because your company made a mistake, you didn't balance the tires so that it would cause my car to shake. She didn't seem to care, but did balance my 2 tires after I voiced my opinion and I told her this would be the last she sees of me. I'm new to the area and first impressions weren't good. I would never recommend Miranda's Tire to anyone.

Very friendly service. I stopped it to get my tire patched after getting a nail or something similar stuck in my tire. They removed and installed a new patch in only about 20 minutes. The price was excellent too. Highly recommended for tires and tire related needs. They have batteries and can do wheel alignments too.

Horrible service they charge me $50 to put tires on and they didn't balance the tires. My vehicle was shaking had to go to another business and dish out more money. Do not go to these people.

These people advertise on there building, online and on there counter that you can apply for 90 days same as cash. Well they put the new tires on my truck then after hours of no knowing what was going on. Because of them not even talking to me at all. They told me to pay in full. After I finally got to ask them about the 90 days, they took the new tires OFF MY TRUCK!! AND kept saying that I needed to pay in full. I hope NO ONE ELSE DOES BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!! That was the worst I have ever been treated buy any business.

Great place. I hate going to tire shops because most of the time they try to sell you more than you came for. Customer service was great and much appreciated. Will be going back again very soon to get two more tires.

Good prices and a knowledgeable and efficient staff. Less than 10 minutes between walking in and walking out with the tire I needed. Clean establishment with good air conditioning.

Super friendly, family owned tire shop with truly the best prices around for tire work. HIGHLY recommend this place over name brand shops especially the Firestone on Fort Rucker (for the military community).

Would not recommend. We had bought multiple tires and one tire was bad, the belt came apart and when we went back to Hugo's the next day for them to honor the 30 day warranty, they denied it. Of course we had to buy yet another tire because the first one was bad. Turns out the second one had a broken belt as well. Tire blew while we all of our kids in the car. Tried to put the spare tire on but Hugo's tightened the lug nuts so tight the studs broke off. Ended up having to be towed home and still left without a good tire.

I came in to get tires for my car. Actually only needed 2 but came out with four. Very nice man, helpful and prices that are very reasonable. I will def be back for my tire needs.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE !! A man changed our tires for 44$ and they didn t even screw our tire in all the way knowing that could ve cause a freaking accident !! Hispanic dude DO NOT let him change your tires at all

They don't value their customers,up hold to warranty on the items they sale and care enough to check even heard you out before waving you off let you did something wrong. There are much big companies to work with.

I got a tire from him and 6 days later I was on the side of the road with a flat...I took it to him and he found 6 leaks in it and said I did it....and I barely drove the car...had an attitude and didn't apologize or replace it he was totally nonchalant and told me he didn't need my LITTLE money....went to another tire place same day and they said the previous customer had the same experience...Its a HIT or MISS with these ppl
