Stopped by to check out a Brinkley. Getting to a salesman took a second but once we got going it was a good experience. Haven t made a purchase yet but will definitely consider these folks in the future.

We had a wonderful experience buying our new travel trailer. Carl was an amazing and attentive sales person. I noticed he took time to review over the model before we came and knew quite a bit about the unit. I would definitely recommend him as a sales person. We decided to buy the unit and trade in our old travel trailer. The sales process went very smooth and we were very pleased with the pricing. Corey did a great job with the financing and it did not take too long on that process. Alex did the walk through with the new unit and explained all the features of the unit and made sure there were no problems. All in all we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend RV Connections.

Great experience. Our sales Representative, Tanner, was so helpful. We found several RV s online, and Tanner helped us via telephone until we were able to come to the lot to make our final purchase.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. A great experience from the moment we walked in, until we drove away in our now RV. Kendrick was knowledgeable and really very pleasant to work with. We couldn't be more pleased, in every way.

Probably going to be a little long - sorry. Our tow vehicle is a VW Atlas so we had to be conscious of weight. We did our research and found the RV that fit our needs, at least of paper. We contacted RV Connections and confirmed that they had an r-pod 192 on the lot so we made an appointment to take a look at it on a Friday. When we arrived, the unit had been brought up so that getting to it was easy. We worked with a sales team of Dale and Chris and they were terrific. After my wife and I stepped away for lunch, we agreed that was what we were looking for so we headed home. The next day, both Chris and Dale contacted us to ask if we had any questions. We didn't and me put a deposit down with a purchase date of the following Monday (we were paying cash).We arrived on Monday and met with Justin Armstrong, their service advisor, to have our brake controller installed. Unfortunately, the controller we purchased was Fred Flintstone era and our Atlas technology was too advanced for it; they recommended a Curt Blue Tooth controller, and so did our VW Service Manager. Next we met with James Burch, the guy that walks you through your purchase and answers ALL your questions. He's a retired veteran and knows more about all classes of RVs than anyone I've ever met. In no time at all we were on the road with our r-pod behind us. From start with Dale and Chris, through the purchase with Allen, the general manager, to shaking James' hand, it was a great experience.Our VW has an excellent warranty, but our r-pod has a lifetime warranty. It's very well made, has all the bells and whistles, and the price was excellent. If you're looking for an RV, either towed or self propelled, go these great folks!

I wish I could give them 10 stars. I called early on a Saturday morning and explained my RV issue. They listened and asked questions and told me head over. I was about 2 hrs away. They greeted me like an old Friend. Immediately got to work on my rv and had me back on the road in a few hours. Absolutely the most positive rv repair experience I have had in 5 years of full timing.

Very helpful with any and all questions, and they had just about anything you could possibly need for a camper or RV. They folks in parts were very professional and courteous and knowledgeable. They had a beautiful inventory of what I assumed was new and used campers and RVS.

Our awning had a recall on it. After waiting for Forest River and Lippert to warranty it, out these guys saved the day. They were VERY polite and respectful, explained everything they did and got it fixed QUICK! I appreciate the service department's expertise and would recommend them over any other RV dealership out there.

Exceptional customer service! We have been looking for an RV and dealing with many different dealerships over the last few months and have received the worst service until we found RV Connections. We got a great RV we are very happy with and everything was smooth from start to finish thanks to Allen and Corey! We just bought our Brinkley G3500 from RV Connections in Dothan. A big shout out to the crew there! From our sales rep Carl Velasquez, who worked tirelessly with us to get all our extras and answer all our questions to Kris Phillips and Alex Sanders who did our walk through and patiently showed us how to work everything to all who helped us move!! Which included Alex and Kris as well asDylan Treece, Chris Jackson, Kelsey Risner!! They worked non stop in the rain to help us move out of the old into the new!!I also appreciate our finance officer. Cory Klein. He worked with us to get the best deal and was patient with us when we changed our minds on a couple of things.It was a great experience working with RV Connections in Dothan!! Kenny and Winnie Ison

Nice big place with a lot of inventory laid out for folks to casually walk around and look. We came to look at a used diesel coach. They don't deal in this brand or diesels at all really so they didn't know much about it. Sales person (Tyler) was great and gave us all the time we needed. Unfortunately they must have given the person too much on trade since they have more in it than the market price for a similar coach. Wasn't pleased with the extreme low ball on our trade so we couldn't make a deal but everyone expects that from dealers....they'll "get you" on the trade or the purchase, one or the other. A closer to fair deal would have went a long way even if it was mostly in their favor. We would come back for the right coach and seriously haggle, but would likely not even try them if we still have a trade-in.

We found one of a very few models equipped as we wanted, in the country. Contacted the dealership and Russell was quick to reply and answer all questions. Made all of the arrangements via phone and email on Monday, arranged pick up on Saturday. Arrived Saturday and everything was ready and waiting. Worked with Allen in the business office to complete paperwork and we were on the road in less than 2 hours. Great experience, would recommend this dealership.

Absolutely the nicest staff we ve met in all our years of camping! We had an issue with our air conditioner in our rv in 100� temps. They helped us immediately. And their prices are very fair. I highly recommend them.

Good dealership, but like all dealerships their merchandise is overpriced.EDIT - to answer RV Connections question, I was referring to parts accessories. Your rolling stock is priced very competitively and your staff at the Dothan location are all top notch from what I ve encountered.

Just wanted to share our experience with RV Connections. We are not a current owner of an RV but had an interest in purchasing our first RV. We had many questions and our RV Connections representative was very professional and knowledgeable about the RV we had an interest. Carl Velazquez was our contact and he was great! No pressure, and let us move at our own pace. Thanks Carl, great job.

We had an excellent experience at RV Connections Dothan with Carl!!! Can not recommend Carl enough. He was very professional, but personable too and his communication is superb!We looked around at a lot of different dealers and live two hours out of Dothan. All the other dealerships we looked at units were not as clean and well maintained as RV Connections. Their dealers were not as professional, didn t communicate at all, we felt hassled and pressured and like our business wasn t appreciated.We bought a used travel trailer from Carl at RV Connections. It looked brand new when we looked at it and even cleaner when we picked it up!! The brands they carry are some of the most high quality most desirable. Good luck beating their prices too! Our units price was even compatible with private sellers! They worked with us on our timeline to buy and pick up. Our unit had a little rip in the awning and Rv Connections not only did a wonderful job replacing the fabric and repairing it, but they worked VERY hard to get the fabric delivered and get it installed by the time we wanted. This is our 4th Camper. So we are not new to the camping world. The walk through at pick up was awesome. They give you a private class on your purchased unit teaching you everything you need to know about it and how to use everything. It was the best walk through we ve ever had. Can not suggest Carl and RV Connections more! Will not be going anywhere else in the future and recommending Carl and Rv Connections to everyone I know!Seriously, call him. Make the appointment, buy the camper and get to camping!!

Bought a NEW Forest River FR3 DS30 here in 2019. The RV spent the first 13 of 18 months in the repair shop. Christine was our original service representative who was very rude to us to the point that we had to meet with the owner Neal to be assigned a new service representative. The Finance Officer, Stacy did not complete all the appropriate paperwork, so we had to work through USPS for him to complete the trade-in. Personally I would not recommend RV Connections to purchase from.

My husband and I shopped for a travel trailer for 4 months. We visited dealerships large and small in a 100 mile radius. Two weeks ago we visited RV Connections in Dothan, AL. After sharing our long list of specifics and our short budget, the salesman took us to exactly what we d been searching for. He was knowledgeable about the unit s features. Carl Velazquez patiently answered 18 texts quickly and responded even on his day off. We never felt pressured and with minimal negotiation were able to make a deal regarding our trade in value and purchase price of our 2020 Rockport Mini Lite. Cory Klein made the closing painless. On the way out we were given a $30 gift certificate to use for camping supplies in their store. Save yourself time. Start here.

*******I posted the following review in July 2017 when this business was known as Runaway RV. If the management or mechanics have changed (or if my review had any effect) the following may not be an accurate reflection of the current performance of RV Connections.*******EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND A GARBAGE PRODUCT!I dropped off my RV asking for an apraisal of work to be done. They said they would call me back. They never called me. I called every week asking for the price, but was told they didn't know get. Then, after a month they say that my RV is done, except for a small trim piece. I still hadn't asked for them to work on it! The manager says the price should be low since they couldn't replicate the issue with the thermostat and no work was done. Three more weeks go by and the trim still hasn't shown up. They say there is "no possible way for us to tell when it will show up". Finally, I get ahold of them one day this past week and they are rude on the phone and say that it is done and that we need to hurry and come pick it up. Then they tell me that it is going to cost $700! After asking to be transferred away from the rude employee, a manager gave me the breakdown of the price, explaining that they charged: $59 just to look at the thermostat and say that it seems to be working (and still doesn't work!) and $150 for a bathroom door that I didn't ask for them to buy and costed nearly $200 JUST TO HAVE SHIPPED! (and still doesn't close straight!)They swear that there is never any way for them to give any sort of estimate on shopping costs (as if they have never done a single transaction with that vendor or ever had a door shipped before).I never got a phone call update , any acknowledgment of fault or even a apology. Nothing.And to top it all off when my wife brought it home this is the absolutely garbage product that I found. All of the seams mismatched, the corner trim half ripped off, the door doesn't close straight etc...Please tell your friends that this is the worst maintenance decision you can make your your RV, your wallet and your sanity! Do not support this establishment.

My experience with the service department at RV Connections was awesome. We've used them a couple times now for timely and quality repairs instead of big box stores that would have let my RV sit for who knows how long and had me cancelling trips. I have no critiques, highly recommend!

Stopped in today to look at some Class A motorhomes. The place is really nice inside & has a well stocked store area. The salesman (Carl Velazquez) that helped us was great! He showed us everything we asked about and was not pushy at all but very helpful. Had some great insight.

For the Service Side: HorribleMade an appointment on 12/17/22 to drop off for simple warranty work - after more than 2 months of phone calls stating pipes burst - convertors stolen from RVs - etc - and no parts from the manufacturer - I got involved and got the manufacturer to get parts over within the week- finally picked up the RV on 2/26/23 and then get a call today they forgot to charge labor on a part. I am unsure if Service Side knows how much they affect the Sales Side.For the Sales Side - Dylan is amazing! Will recommend him with anyone asking about purchasing a new or used RV - just don't have it serviced at RV Connections!

Not very honest people. Period. Glad our loan didn't work out here. Lack of communication and arrogance with loan dept is gonna be the down fall of this place. We was warned by many people not to go here but thought we'd go against their advice. Boy was they right. We'll never darken their doors again.

I had an excellent experience with RV Connections. I worked with Dylan and later Chris, and they did everything possible to get me the best deal for my 2019 KZ travel trailer as a trade in for their 2018 Forest River Forester 2851 SLE Class C. Kory in financing also went the extra mile to make sure the financing/paperwork process went smoothly. I appreciate all their hard work for me as a new customer, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an RV. Thanks again everyone!
