If you re looking for a trustworthy shop that can get you on the road quickly, this is the place! This is the only place I trust to do work on my car. These are some good people & they know cars. The mechanics have many years of experience & are passionate about vehicles. They treat you like a person no matter what you look like or what you drive & will even take a look at your car without charging. If they say they can fix it, they can. They don t try to sell you on additional repairs that aren t 100% necessary, but they will let you know what to keep an eye on. Old cars, new cars, doesn t matter. These guys are great.

I really like the mechanics there and I trust their experience. I have been using them for a few years now and they have provided great service on both of my vehicles. They're also carshield approved.

Richard and his employees are the best in the business when it comes to honesty and integrity. They will not fix something that s not broken or try to get you to spend unnecessary money. If they job can be done, they do it!

One of the few shops that is servicing AC systems with 1234yf refrigerant and at a great price. These guys and gals got me in and out within 2 hrs. Talk about speedy! Oh, did I mention they give military and veteran discounts!! What a bonus!!! The receptionist was absolutely awesome. This is where I will be going from now on.

1) they didn t remove the old sticker. Just put the new one next to it.2) they charged me for my tire rotation but didn t do it. I know this because my front tire was missing the valve stem cap and also the front wheels had brake dust on them and still do.3) the next day my low engine oil light came on and they sent some one to me and had to put a quart and a half of oil in to fill it up.4) the woman I spoke to said the owner worked on my truck but the guy who brought the oil said they had a new kid working there and they were having to train him so I m not sure who worked on my truck.5) I called initially to ask about my false tire rotation and was told they would call me back, it s been six days and still waiting.Not only have they lost the chance to do the right thing with me but three men I work with will never use them again.Very disappointed in the service from this business.Services: Tires, Oil change

These guys were amazing!! I was visiting Dothan from out of town when my brakes suddenly gave out. They were friendly and fast. Also, they were very accommodating and made this experience so easy for me and my husband who actually handled all of the backend of this repair from home in Arkansas. Thank you!!

Had to take truck back and forth to get it right and still showing a check engine light they diagnosed and was supposed to fixed but just cleared the code

STAY AWAY!!!! Had my car towed there and was told the motor was bad and was given a quote of $1800.00, I explained I didn t have the money and it would take me a couple months to save it up, I was told I could leave my car there until I got the money. I left the key with them and they had all my contact information also. I called several times to let them know I hadn t forgot about the car and was saving to get it fixed. One day I saw that my car wasn t there, I called and was told they had it towed away, I asked for an explanation and was told they didn t owe me one and they didn t feel the need to call me before having it towed. I went to get my car from the tow company to discover there were parts missing like the battery and alternator and the gps system was removed from inside the car. Tow company showed pictures of the car inside and out before they left with my car. The people at master mechanics took the parts off my car then had it towed away. They are very shady people....

First time using them but was very satisfied , I was accidentally given a price to have new brakes put on my truck but they actually gave me a lot lower price over the phone than what it was going to cost me . Price i was given over the phone was $80 for all 4 brakes and i supply the brakes . On their board in their shop price actually said $119 PER axle Which was what i should of paid but since they had given me the price of $80 they done the job for that amount !! Just cant find good people that back what they say ... They could of said it was a mistake and that i had to pay the amount on the board .. Recommend HIGHLY !!

Great service, I had a spark plug blow out off my motor. While I was working in Dothan. They got it fixed in under 2 hrs at a great price. Thank you again

If I could give this place NO stars I would. I brought my jeep to have the freeze plugs replaced. After dropping it off I was told the freeze plugs did not need to be replaced only the radiator hose did and it would be ready to be picked up the next morning. When I got there to pick it up the next morning it was not ready and the next day water was pouring out of the bottom. The freeze plugs needed to be replaced. We wasted 130$ on a radiator hose and my jeep was still not fixed. Don't NOT give this place your time or money like I did.

This is the best mechanic shop I have ever been to in my life. they really fix your car.i give a 5 star or more. it,s really good when you find a mechanic that you can trust.

Jason is awesome! These mechanics KNOW what they're doing and IF they don't, they can recommend someone to you that knows what they're doing as well! They were recommended to me by a coworker who stated she only trusts them to work on her car....that should tell you something!

I really don't want to give them any stars,These people are crooked, find a second option QUICK!! They told me because my Ford Crown Vic was idling bad it was because of something under the intake manifold and it would cost $695 to fix it. They lied it was an idle control valve! $42 plus $50 labor. the front end was making a nose after THEY HAD WORKED ON IT they told me I need a new front end.$600 well i took it to Ace Auto Motive $150 new bushings! And to make matters worse they worked on the front end months before and charged me nearly $700, one of there Techs crawl under the car after hearing all the squeaking and said yep your front end got to be rebuilt, HELL YOU JUST DONE THAT YOU CROOKED BASTARD!! GET A SECOND OPION ON YOUR CAR! THEY WILL TRY AND RIP YOU OFF THEY COME ACROSS AS TRUST WORTHY GOD FEARING PEOPLE BUT THEY ARE GREASY CON ARTIST! They really prey on women so if you want your car done RIGHT.........Go to Ace Auto Motive on S.Oastes St. in Dothan ask for Steve he's a good man tell him I sent you.

Had my tires rotated and balanced one day before they moved the location to hey 52. Friendly, knowledgeable and prompt service. I guess I ll be going out hey 52 because I was impressed

They were very accommodating and nice. There was a small problem after the work was done and I took it back and they fixed it right away in 10 minutes. I would recommend them highly. Thanks guy's.

By any means stay away from this place! They told my husband after they took the car for a test drive the starter went out, starter was replaced at a Chevy dealership a month prior! We waited a day for them to find the problem. He had the car picked up because after they worked on it it was not operational.

He stands behind his word if u new it fixed go see richard I spent 2000 getting my trk fixed had s minor problem he fixed it with no problem i.ll go back if I have another mechanical problem he.s work on several of our cars an trks

I love going here, richard and jason treat you like family and most important, they are honest unlike other guys like midas. Master mechanix is my families go to shop for any and every need for out automobiles

I wish I could leave no stars at all there so bad they left bolts off my car told me things that were wrong with my car that are utterly rediculous per the fact that certified mechanics have said there not issues these guys don't even have certifications Everytime I go here they disappoint me but I'm stuck using them couse of my insurance they don't know anything and I wouldn't trust anything in there hands they are horrible just horrible
