I have a 2002 Olds Silhouette van and a 2011 Buick Enclave. I have used Gibbons for years to maintain my cars. They are very professional, friendly, and they are excellent mechanics. They get repairs done in a timely manner, and at a fair price. I would not take my cars to anyone else!!Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Excellent customer service. Very helpful after my car broke down while passing through from FL and was taken there by the tow company after hours. Chose them based on the ratings. The employees are always kind, friendly and honest. The employees are very knowledgeable and are very good at explaining things. Gibbons is the only shop i will take my vehicle too. They get the job done right and in a timely manner. I have been using this shop for over 3 years and they have done a lot of work for me. Some major work like replacing a power steering module all the way to doing my oil changes they have always been excellent.

Highly recommended to work on a friends vehicle who had just moved to Dothan. NOW, I called to have my vehicle worked on and was informed that they are not taking on new customers at this time, I told them I will just park my vehicle and will wait till they have an opening because I trust the work and how they treated my friend was outstanding. The tech got rude said you can not just drop of the vehicle and leave it, I said at my house and will wait. He mumbled something I could not make out at hung up the phone while I was asking further questions about when they might be taking on new customers. RUDE STAFF, Not sure what happened over the past year. So much for family customer service.

Joe Gibbons and his family run an outstanding automotive repair shop!I have been going there with my cars for many years. They are trustworthy andKNOW what they are doing! They are prompt and courteous and charge a fair price.They repair exactly what needs to be done and give your vehicle an overall checkfor safety and then make recommendations if needed. They have a great business!

Super awesome group of guys! They went well above and beyond my expectations! I was referred by my Dad and I m more than thankful I listened to his advice. Other shops turned me away or didn t have time, while Gibbons made room in the shop and got the A/C blowing cold again so I could get home to Central Florida in comfort! I will go out of my way to do business with these guys if I ever have a chance in the future!

The Gibbons family are so talented, fair and fast I hesitate to write this as it may drive new customers to them and then I may have to wait for service next time. Despite that, I give them the highest recommendation as fair, honest, efficient and knowledgeable. If something is not in their area of expertise, they will not only tell you but recommend where to go. That seldom happens as they know how to do almost everything.

Unlike Thomas Wolfe's "You can't go home again"- customers can expect a warm & sincere welcome with Gibbons, no matter the service required, or the time elapsed from one's last visit. At my age with the political/social environment we are living in it's comforting to know that Gibbons is the Gibbons, unchanged, as I knew in my first visit. Kudos to all that makes Gibbons Gibbons, Pleased, as well as gratified.Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Oil change

The first cold day this year, my car was dead..made a clicking noise. I got AAA to tow it to Gibbons, and they changed the battery and checked out the car and had it ready in an hour! Very prompt and professional service. Thanks guys!Service: BatteryService: Battery

Its ok, but when you buy a used car or Truck as is. Have to be willing to understand that its USED an may need a little work to get it running perfectly. It isnt a brand new vehicle, you have to accept an understand that!

My wife has done business with you several times. Every single time she is told something about her car that she needs or that is "broken" and I always get second opinions. Every second opinion I have gotten for her vehicle I've been told that she doesn't need any of what you all have suggested.
