My truck needed fixing so I had used Evans Automotive Services when it was cold my tire needed a plug and they plugged it for me. Fast service friendly employees. My Bearings went out on my truck both sides and I put it the shop on Monday and it was Tuesday afternoon when I got my truck. Billy is a very good mechanic and helped me out and I thank him and gave him a hug. I had been out of work for a week sick. Thank God for Evans Automotive Service great place and very nice and caring friendly employees.

Evans Automotive Services was professional quick and helpful. I enjoyed using their services because I was able to drop my vehicle off in the late morning and walk back to the hospital where I was working at the time. I was able to pick up my vehicle after work pretty easily by walking back to Evans automotive services. They fixed my front brakes (pads) for $201. In lake city tire kingdom I was quoted $175. But with Evans they had a great location and quick service and were professional. Sometimes you must pay just a bit extra for professional service. Good work isn t cheap. This is reasonable. They offered both military discount and student discount (I m in the US Navy and in medical school). Anyway, highly recommend.

The customer service is great! Although they ran into some programming issues, they kept me informed & gave me a vehicle to drive while they worked diligently to resolve the issue. The price quoted remained the same. I've used them in the past with 100% satisfaction and will continue to use their service in the future!

Very kind and knowledgeable people to work with! Found an issue with my truck that not even the dealership mechanics had mentioned to me. I let them fix it and I m so glad I did! My truck rides so much better now! Thank you Evans Automotive for a job well done!

Friendly, courteous staff! They had me in and out at a really good time. This is my 3 time using them With two different vehicles each of the 3 times have been a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend them to anybody!

I have been using Evans Automotivefor both of my cars for a little over a year. I wish I had known about them long before now. They replace my air conditioning compressor, fix my radio that had not been working for years, replaced my battery, and even came to my house, loaded my car on a flatbed and took it to the shop! I was buying a car from an individual on CTBIDS, Evans Automotive checked out every feature on the car to make sure everything was working properly! It only needed a new battery. I have an issue with the A/C not working on my vehicle. Evan's Automotive got me in quickly for a diagnostic service as I requested. However, I paid $130 to be told "Yep, you have a problem with your air conditioning", and yet they didn't find out what the problem was! Literally nothing. The whole reason I went there was to diagnose what my problem is, not be told I do have a problem. I already knew that. I am no closer now than I was when I showed up, and I'm out $130.

Brought my 07 mustang in due to a misfir i spent 4 months and 2k on finding myself. Told them everything ive done to try and fix it even showed thrm a list. They had it 4 days. I called today and asked how the search was going. They told me exactly what i told them was wrong with it and said i had to pay the 120$ diag fee. Dude in the service office also said i meant to call yesterday but got busy and then went home. Great service id give zero stars for not knowing what youre doing but i cant highly reccomd you bite the bullet save money and do it yourself.

I set up an appointment to have my car looked at 2 weeks in advance, when I arrived the coordinator at the front desk said that the mechanic who would work on my car would not be able to get to it for an additional 4 days. I didn t want to pay for a rental for the additional time.I think at Evans Automotive they re confused about what an appointment actually entails.

They did a great job on an urgent coolant leak. The mechanic found a way to save hours off the work and hundreds of dollars for me. And he spent 30 min after talking to me about my car and how they perform, what to watch out for, how to maintain, etc. Very helpful!!The only small issue was they seemed to be running behind a lot but could be because one of their guys was out sick. Overall very pleased with their work and costs.Service: Auto water leak repair

Very professional environment. Evans automotive has a very low cost diagnostic fee and can fix just about anything. When they couldn t help me they charged me pennies for diagnostics and pointed me to an exhaust shop that solved my problem. Give them a shot definitely! I could have been out of hundreds of dollars if it were not for Evans Automotive.

I coasted in to Evan s just as my vehicle overheated. I had a cracked hose and a few other issues. They took care of the problems quickly and at a reasonable price. This is the second time I ve used them and have been completely satisfied both times

They have been in business a very long time. They worked me in when the dealership was taking appointments for a month out. Reset the codes and have had no problems. Didn't even charge me where others would have taken me for a financial ride. They will get my business!
