Amazing customer service! We ve used them many times and have always been extremely satisfied. They show up quickly and can get you out of a bind FAST! Their team is top notch! They also have a mechanic on duty at their shop that can perform repairs. We ve had quite a few worked on. These guys fix it right the first time! Honest, hardworking people!

These guys are great. I had a car at my old property and I needed it moved. They quickly had it loaded up and headed to its new residence. And they did it all in the pouring rain. Good personalities and a great price! I will happily recommend to anyone needing a tow.

I needed to get a vehicle towed to my house after it broke it down on 78 hwy. i called wise towing. They answered on the first call, explained in detail their rates and told me how much it would cost. there were no hidden fees and the rate was fair. they picked up my car in under 30 minutes and got it to my house safe and sound. 10/10 would recommend. PS they also unlocked my truck a while back after i left the keys inside even though it was Sunday.

Wise Towing saves the day. Couldn t ask for a better experience! Great company and top notch customer service. Tow truck got there fast and got me back on the road ASAP!!! They do lockouts, gas delivery, roadside assistance and have a garage to repair your car as well! They got my business as a customer for sure!!! Highly recommend! Thanks again Wise guys!!!

I have done business with Wise Towing for a few years now and the company is a great company. They have fixed a flat tires in the parking lot for customers of mine. And even answered questions for my customers when needed.I have had several cars towed by them and have never had any issues at all. They are A GREAT TOW COMPANY!

Chris Wise has helped my extended family, me and some of my children multiple times! He is so kind and honest. He absolutely serves us in East Walker County beyond his best abilities!! Wise Towing and Recovery are the best locksmiths I have ever used. They were fast, professional, very careful, and did not charge me an arm and leg. When your child calls, explaining how their "friend" left the keys in the car and locked the door, do yourself a favor and call Chris Wise Towing and Recovery. Chris with Wise towing was one of the kindest and most responsive mechanics I've had help me out. He came and helped me get my overly tightened nuts off my flat tire on the side of I 22, and made an extremely stressfull situation, much much easier to deal with. I highly recomend giving them a call if you ever find yourself in a pickle on the side of the road on 22!

Call them ! Chris was so respectful. As a black woman who caught a flat right infront of a confederate flag on the highway you can say I was nervous . Chris was a life saver . He was able to change my tire to my spare and escorted me to the a nearby gas station just to make sure my daughter and I were safe . The price was reasonable and he was able to get to me very quickly when triple A was going to take a while . Highly recommend!!!

I have used this company twice now, once for towing AND repair, and once for diagnostics and repair.. and both times received the absolute BEST service and pricing possible. Chris genuinely cares about each customer and does each and every thing necessary to ensure your vehicle is fixed properly. I have used other mechanics before, and they took alot longer, and price gauged. But the service I have received here was always in a very quick & timely manner, and honest. If I could give 10 stars for this business, I would!Service: General repairs

They are always quick to get to my location and quick to unlock my car (which has been more than once unfortunately). They even got to me within 15 minutes on Mother's Day, a Sunday. They are always who I call if I am in the Sumiton/Dora area.Service: Car lockoutsService: Car lockouts

Great group of guys. They do an incredible job and really take a lot of pride in their work. Top notch customer service. Also the best in the business if you lock your keys up in your car. I simply can't say enough good about Wise Towing and Recovery. Chris picked up my vehicle and was able to have it repaired the next day. He called me to let me know what needed to be done and the approximate cost beforehand.This will be the only shop to handle my vehicle maintenance going forward.Christian, friendly, affordable, dependable, quality above quantity.I'm so very thankful for Wise Towing and Recovery. Chris from Wise Towing honestly saved me. My engine blew on hour 3 of a 6 hr road trip and I was left stranded on I-22 with my dog. Chris was incredibly courteous and clearly explained the service he provided as well as a general timeframe for not only towing vehicle but also any work needed based on my description and work history of the motor. These guys aren t just great guys, they re true professionals.

Very dependable and reliable business. I have used his towing service twice prompt and honest prices. Chris and his staff are very knowledgeable about cars. Chris also has worked on several of my vehicles as well as other family members. He is honest and repairs my car as if it is his own. I trust him with my vehicle.
