I needed a rotate & balance. I called ahead, got there 20 minutes later and was out in less than an hour. No charge for tires bought there a while back.

They are honest with you if there's an issue and try their best to help. I do however wish they would put a bench outside as a suggestion.

Don't expect coffee (even though they have a commercial coffee station they never make coffee even if you ask for it...no snacks, or friendly employees, however, their prices are okay if you shop around and negotiate. A friendly staff that put the customer first would improve their business tremendously!

If you have tires installed here make sure you check your wheels. They marked my aluminum wheels with their machine and had to send them out for repair. They are the most unfriendly people you will meet .Beltline Road location

I had ordered new tires for travel trailer, because of size 36 they advised it would be best if 8 could bring just tires and wheels in for swap. My jack busted and I did not get there until a few minutes before closing. They still had two others ahead of me, after explanation of situation with travel trailer on jack stands the manager stayed over about 1.5 hours after closing to get me installed. Had a family from Washington state come in while he was installing mine and he helped them also. Just don t find many folks that will go the extra mile these days. I appreciate it and hope the owners also reward you for going the extra mile.

Wilks was recommended to me by a friend on Facebook and they did not disappoint. They are honest, reliable, and provide excellent customer service. I go to and will continue to go to Wilks for ANY and ALL auto repair needs. They communicate well and are pretty quick as a plus!

Came in for a coolant issue and an oil change and they have been working so hard to get it done right for me! I will be back! Great customer service! Update: went in to check on tires for my son s truck and they were great! Whitney is very knowledgeable and sweet. Love this place!

My brother-in-law suggested I come here for an oil change and I am so happy he did! Getting my car checked in, the service itself, and the quality of the oil change was nothing shy of perfect. They answered any and all questions or concerns I had and was very kind throughout the entire process. I will definitely be getting my oil changed here from now on.

Wilks tire and battery is a great place, they seem to genuinely care for their costumers. The prices are always great as well! I had my tires rotated, oil changed and new wipers all at a great price and great service in a timely manner. I will continue to recommend them to everyone!

I was told tires were not the problem, it needed alignment. Also told because we didn't have tires rotated.Guess that was our fault. Bought 2 new tires had it aligned. Was told needed new brake on rear and needed new shocks. Took it to mechanic, he said brakes were in great shape, so were shocks.Will not go back.

Extremely helpful and fast! We came in for an emergency issue while passing through and the team did an excellent job fixing our issue quickly. They even fixed an issue we had been previously having when every other mechanics shrugged it off.

Shocked and amazed. I came in to have my brakes and rotors replaced. I bought the parts and had them install for $55. Great price. In the process they found out I needed new calipers, and also that I needed a new upper arm control. They couldn't even put my car back together because it was undriveable the car could have bottomed out and caused a severe accident at any time. I had NO CLUE! I had went to another mechanic to get a few other things done and they never mentioned this. Needless to say, I trust them completely! Didn't even know I knew the manager and now I know I can trust Wilks!!!

Went for alignment got the car back with scratched paint on my brand new bumper and had to replace 4 front end parts. Each time I went to pick the car up they told me a different thing was wrong after I had already bought the part to get other thing they told me needed replaced. Very bad experience. The first gentleman I dealt with was super nice but the second was very mean and not professional.

Have been doing business with these guys for 25 years. They always do a great job and stand behind their work. If I need something done, they tell me. If I need something but I can do it myself, they tell me that also. It s nice to do business with people that you totally trust- that s rare these days.

Wilks always does what I want them to and do a great job at it! They make sure to talk to me about what they are going to do and let me know any further problems going on so I can make a decision. Great service and great people!

There will always be a sense of assurance when I take my car to Jeff and Carl and Brittany at Wilks Tire and Battery Goodyear store on the Beltline. I've had the occasion over the past (until I met Wilks) to outlay unnecessary money... I guess it was 6 years ago I started using the same place that my brother used and he was very happy with as a result I have been also. The whole family uses them if they are within geographical range of Wilks our cars and trucks go to Wilks. The reason why is because of their integrity their honesty and their diligence to give you a square deal. I do not have a new car, I have one that serves me well. I have the title free and clear and they know when it's about time for my next Oil Change. Pretty close to being family.Love you guys and gal...Trish

They get you in & out fairly quick. They are fair priced. The lady at the front desk is friendly & informative. The men that work there do a good job but not as friendly.

I went in for an alignment and was advised that I needed four new tires. I was advised that one of the tires had a nail in it and they would not be able to repair it due to where it was located, I would need to replace it. I was quoted $530. I declined, left, and went somewhere else b/c I knew that my tires were not bad and that there was plenty of tread on them. I told the person at the other establishment what Wilk s had said. He said no way do I need four new tires and he could actually fix the tire with the nail. He did replace one tire and fixed the tire with the nail. I will never do business here again. I feel that they attempted to charge me for something that I did not need. Luckily I know better than to just fork over the money. People, if it sounds wrong it probably is! Get a second opinion and don t do business with a company like this!

I ve always gotten great service. And prices are the best around! They are conveniently located by food places to have lunch while waiting! I always come on my lunch break and they get it done in time for me to head back to work!

I have been using them for at least 15 years, I love them... I trust them... And I recommend them... They take care of my cars.. once I overpaid they tracked me down to give me my money back. now who doing that ?

Jeff has been servicing my cars for almost 13 years and has never done me wrong. They will always go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. Highly recommended.

Always get an oil change here, they're honest about problems and efficient. A while back they told me about a burned up transmission in my brothers car and also mentioned to not get it flushed because of the problems it would cause. Even though it would have gotten them an extra hundred+ or so bucks.

I had a low tire pressure indication on my dashboard on my rental car while staying at the nearby hotel. I stopped by and they quickly checked all my tires and inflated them to the correct tire pressure within 5-10 minutes. When I asked them what I owed them, they said no charge . It is too bad that I do not live in this area. But, if I did, they would get my business. Thank you!!!!

When a business takes superior care of me at a fair price with a one year guarantee on repairs I need to share that, and recognize Jeff with a few positive thank yous...For a decade I have used Wilks Tire and Battery at my brothers behest. My brother knew what he was talking about. Through the years the majority of my family use Wilks faithfully. They are THAT GOOD there.My measure of respect has continued to increase and I am very pleased with level of expertise and integrity Jeff has provided to me.Thank you for not EVER ripping me off and ALWAYS providing a clear understanding of the scope of repair needed and a cost estimate PRIOR to performing services on my autos.I love Wilks Tire and Battery on the Beltline.Patrisha Dempsey Waggoner

I have had 3 vehicles that I have been bringing here over the past 10 years. Provides excellent customer service. Friendly and service provided in a timely manner. I now bring my daughters vehicle here as well
