Check-in technician was very polite & professional. When I walked into the waiting room, Manager Joe was standing at the "problems with tires" wall poster well-educating a customer. They continued to talk and he continued to educate her on tires and tire buying outside the waiting room. He and the ladies in the Auto Center were very polite and helpful to all customers. The Manager was obviously very knowledgeable about tires and the Auto Center's work, as I overheard him interacting with several customers and helping them with questions they had. It only took 45 minutes to get 4 tires installed. Check out was a breeze. The lady ensured I was aware rotation & balancing every 3,000-5,000 miles was free, as well as nail/screw in tire repairs with the road hazard warranty. There was no sales tax on the tire installation. She was also helpful with odor removal inside the car, as she had tried the "odor bomber" I planned to buy. She let me know that she had used it and it worked. I was very pleased with my first tire buying and installation experience at Walmart Auto Center. Had to return several times. Had to travel to another county to purchase the 4th tire. It was very tiring. The female manager was very kind to me. She made sure I didn't have to wait on rework. I spent 600 plus with Walmart yes I was disappointed.

Employees are very nice and polite, but... Takes way too long to get a rotate and balance. Arrived at 6:45a. 3rd in line. Late opening. Took 2 hours and 45 minutes for service to be completed. Bought my tires here with lifetime rotate and balance. I've had this service done 3 times and this time they tell me that I cannot use my lifetime service without my paperwork. Never had to show them in the past. They told me I could go inside and get a copy and then come back outside and go to the end of the line.

Came in at 7:30 to make sure we were first in line for an oil change since they were too busy yesterday for it. They open at 8, they get us checked in at 8:20 which is great, we wander around WalMart until 9:45 which is when they finished. And they told us the problem was "We have to take a certain amount of time to complete the job because if we go to fast they don't think we're doing our job". So it's a management problem I guess thats why oil changes at Walmart are so long.

I had a nail in my back right tire. I took my car in for a new one at 11:00. I was told it was gonna be $84.00 plus I purchased the rotation and insurance on the tire. I was given a ticket. It was supposed be ready for pick up 2 or 3 o'clock in the afternoon. Instead I get a call saying I was given the wrong price. That's its gonna be $104.00 for the tire and they hadn't even started my car yet. I got no apologies and all they were concerned with was the price difference. My fust and last rime to use their services ever.

Zero stars. I normally go to Oil Express to change out my oil but for my last oil service they were closed. I had went to Walmart ( my mistake ). Well it was time to change my oil again so I went to Oil Express only to tell me that Walmart stripped out my oil pan and that it will cost me $700 to replace it. Apparently it s very common for Walmart to do that and that Oil Express see s it quite often from them. Luckily the nice man gave me a temporary one for time being but for Walmart to not care about other peoples vehicles WHEN ITS THERE JOB is ridiculous. There whole auto care section just needs to be completely shut down. They clearly do not care about the customers, getting the job done CORRECTLY, and over all take too much time for the simplest tasks. I get that working with cars can be tedious but if you don t care about what you are doing just quit, we would all be better off not trying to spend an arm and a leg in the future.

I understand first come first serve in customer service. But when you have a customer that's strained on the side of the road from a blow out you would think that the customer service would be a little better to get them off a busy interstate before dark to put the tire back on. 3 hours waiting on them to put a brand-new tire on a wheel.

Are they open at 2PM on Mondays?? Hard to tell. When I arrived the entrance was blocked off. I ve never been to this location and have never seen a set up like this. It confuses my cross country road trip mind - I m visiting from the west coast. They can t possibly be closed! It must mean you have to check in (speak) to someone before entering. I proceed to wait for roughly 10 minutes. Nobody comes over. I have to assume at this point they re closed during business hours.I grab a late lunch and get back on the interstate, stopping at another location in Birmingham. They have me in and out in 35 minutes with no confusion.

I waited over 2 hours for a oil change for them to come to me and say they can t change it because my oil plug has a built in valve. How stupid do u have to be to not be able to open a valve to change the oil. Easiest oil change. I mean come on hire some people that ain t stupid

The time you spend waiting is not worth it! They are super slow and every mechanic is just walking around...nothing getting done. Every person there the day we were there had waiting 2 hours or longer for simple tire changes etc. Management, this is truly an issue!

New tires I called from work a lady went and made sure they had tires in sto k and saved them for t me when I got there the guys were very polite and got right on it washed wheels and all

Tried to use this auto center but it is being run by a bunch of misogynistic men. Law suit waiting to happen with the terrible treatment of women and horrific customer service. Avoid this place like the plague. Might save you a few dollars but not worth the BS to try to get quality service. Would give it ZERO stars if I could.

Price of tires was great service sucks. It does not take 3 hours to install 4 tires. Will not be having them work on car again. Will take somewhere else.

Very slow, refused to repair a lawn mower tire and a trailer tire. Would not listen to me when I needed tires for my truck and needed to down size to factory tires. I was told they had 0 tires for my truck.

Awful customer service when I'm just asking questions, confused by me not knowing car stuff and because of that only gave half answers. Limited supply/options, amazing repair though so 3/3 for repair, 0/3 customer service

Walmart sold me a defective tire. There were 3" wires sticking out of the tire on the inside of the tread. Tires should be inspected!! This tire was going on my wife's minivan and my 6 month old rides in that van! I took it in and they snipped off the wires and asked if that was o.k. Extremely disappointed.Walmart is a picture of what is happening to this country. . .

Cheaper? Maybe, but you get what you pay for. Twice I pulled in with several hours until closing time only to be told (after I hunted down an associate) that they stopped taking customers already for the day.

Wasted an entire lunch hour at this place to see why my tires are making a noise. Instead of telling me why they were making a noise, they spent the entire time telling me why my tires would not be covered under warranty.

Absolutely ridiculous to take 4 hours to balance 4 new tires and put them on a car! I was the third person in line this morning and it still took 4 hours!!

Waited 15 mins... No one came out to the station to see what I needed or to wait on me. Guess ill just wait and use express oil change tomorrow.

NEVER AGAIN UNLESS ITS AN ABSOLUTE EMERGENCY, NEVER AGAIN. WE'VE BEEN HERE 4+ HRS. IM DONE WITH THIS, I HAD A FLAT WITH NO SPARE. DAM, I WAS TOWED TO THE SLOMOTOIVE DEPT AT WALMART IN DECATUR. I WOULD RATE IT LOWER BUT IT WONT LET ME, DEAD LICE MOVES FASTER THEN SOME OF THEM. WHAT'S THE DEAL AND Y'ALL ARE MAKING 15.00 AN HR. AND CHARGING US 170.00 WHERE THE DISCOUNT FOR 5 HRS OF MY TIME!!!!!! SMFH, THIS IS THE WALMART AT ITS WORST. This is unacceptable in any case it's unacceptable.

Wait 2 hours to get tires then they come say they cant balance them after waiting 2 hours. Like they didnt know they were out if weights.
