While making a quick trip from Indiana to Alabama, we picked up a bolt in our tire and we had to get it removed and patched up quickly. Chris Collin s and the employees at this Tire Discounters were very understanding and very kind and professional and got us immediately in and the tire taken care of and got us back out quickly. Which meant so much since we have 2 wild little boys with us. They even had a great waiting room with a children s area as well. They truly put us at ease and saved the day for us and we are very thankful for them. 100% recommend going here.

Aiden, Chris and Josh were very helpful and they took care of my truck just in time for Christmas. Very knowledgeable and friendly guys.Great shop for brakes and tires. Appreciate y'all. 10/10 I'll be back soon.

We had a tire light come on while driving yesterday and we pulled in hoping we could get some air. They were really nice and not only aired up my low tire but checked my other tires as well at no charge. I really appreciate you getting me and my kids back on the road quickly. I definitely will use you in the future for other tire work!

These guys were fantastic! Did and excellent job and done right the first time. Dakota, Jared, Zac and two dudes that were busy handling various costumers in the shop; were fast and courteous. They greeted every customer that was in the store promptly. Dakota took the time to explain things in detail so I could understand the service I came to have done. I didn't feel like I was an idiot for asking questions. They answered all my questions like true professionals! My tires came out perfect and I definitely look forward to coming back with my other vehicles in the future. You want the best? This is it. If you wanna waste time going down 6th ave looking for better prices, skilled techs and great service go right ahead and waste gas driving all over town with the rest of the dumb clueless drivers in Decatur thats on you. Shout out to Josh and his team AGAIN!! After continuing to have issues with tires we bought at a different location, Josh got us back on the road with a new set of tires. We can now safely make a long drive to see our family out of state. Josh and his team are absolute ROCKSTARS!!!

Very courteous and I am sure they do good work, but the wait time for four new tires and an alignment is horrendous! I made an appointment several days ago and got to the store early in the morning. It took over 3 1/2 hours. Ridiculous!!!UPDATE: The job done on my car turned into a fiasco. While driving I noticed several issues. The steering was way off and the car was pulling drastically to the right. When I got out of the vehicle the front right tire looked strange. After jacking the car up I noticed that the tire was very wobbly and the lugs were not on correctly. I called Tire Discounter s and they sent someone to my location. Long story, but the good news is that they made everything right at no extra cost to me. The bad news is that the poor work done initially could have caused me to wreck and and the damage would have been even more severe on many different levels. I am happy that they took care of the issue, but this could have all been avoided. They were still very respectful and courteous during the entire endeavor and I do greatly appreciate that.Another update 02/03/2024I took my vehicle to Mavis and they discovered that the back right tire had several cross threaded lug-nuts all due to the terrible work done by Tire Discounters in Decatur. If you want quality work done go to Mavis!

Had a flat at the worst possible time and was worried I'd be stuck half the day. The guys at tire discounters got me straight in and back on the road in half an hour. Then they didn't charge me and even refused to accept a tip. These guys are awesome and will have my business for life!

As a single woman, I really hate having to deal with things like car repair and tires. I had a slow leaking tire that I'd filled with air on several occasions, and my car just kept on telling me that it was low. So I bit the bullet and made an appointment to have it looked at--I like to make an appointment--it saves so much time to arrive and have your car seen rather than have to wait for a long time. Anyway, I brought my car in and turns out there was a nail in my tire. Tire Discounters fixed my tire right up, and didn't even charge me (as I have been a customer there for several years). I was back on the road within an hour, relieved that the tire was taken care of. I was treated in a courteous, professional manner, and I appreciate all of those that took care of my car!

Chris and Austin were absolutely amazing!!! They could have easily tried to sell me a tire but they assured me that my tire could be patched! Excellent service and hospitality!! 10 out 10 recommend!!!!

This store has Excellent Customer Service. They replaced a Wheel Bolt that Walmart had broken earlier in the same day. I will definitely be giving this store more business in the Future.

I regularly get my car serviced here. Quality of work is outstanding and more affordable than going to a dealership. Very knowledgeable about any work needed on your vehicle.

I ve been using tire discounters in Decatur since they opened several years ago. Their service, recommendations and time to get things done has been phenomenal. Dakota & Byron go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Their level of professionalism is greatly appreciated. I ll continue to use their services and you should too.

I had $2300 of work done. Josh and James were knowledgeable, communicated well, and have diagnosis experience with suspensions. I have used different auto shops over the years, for different repairs. And in today's retail climate, it was refreshing dealing with folks that knew their stuff, were attentive, and kept a positive, professional attitude. I use auto shops in both Huntsville and Decatur. And I have had some horrific experiences at other places. By far, this has been the best managed, well staffed shop I have been to in a long time. Good Job !!

We were stuck on the bridge with a flat tire trying to get further south. This tire discounters was the closest tire place at the time. It was 3:45pm when we called to get a new tire put on, and they closed at 4pm. We felt uneasy trying to get to our final destination, 3 hours away, on the spare tire. Josh at tire discounters said he would stay late to help us. We got there about 4:05pm. He was very courteous and helpful. He put the new tire on, put the spare back in the truck, and we were on our way. We were so glad Josh was willing to help us!!!! Wonderful display of selflessness! We appreciated it so much!!

These are the rudest people, James and Autumn! Not only do they try to over talk you, but fail to have their corporate office number! Why would a business charge $30 to change a tire that you have road hazard on? I would not suggest this place to anyone! Never have I ever had to pay labor for changing a tire that is covered by road hazard! If you re In Decatur, Alabama and need tire service, I highly recommend MINOR TIRE on 6th Ave! Never again will this place get any business from my family! They are a complete scam! If a tire that s under road hazard has to be replaced, you have to purchase road hazard again?!! Such a scam and a rip off! And if this is how you speak to your customers, I wonder why you still have a job!!! Do better TIRE DISCOUNTERS!

Work with a VA company called Major H was in you place of business yesterday, customer service experience was terrible, got two tires replaced on the company van, arrived in at about 12:20 pm didn t leave until about 10 to 3, at least 3 to 4 customer came and went before I did , I admit it took at least 20 minutes for my home office to send payment approval, but why not send over for the approval admittedly after speaking to them. I had a VA patient to pick up at 3 in Decatur, should never take nearly 2:45 minutes to replace 2 tires, ridiculous. I had to ask what s going with the van no was communicating at all.

Josh at the Decatur AL location was absolutely amazing. We had our truck serviced in TN prior to heading on vacation and they supposedly rotated and balanced our vehicle. We took off on our destination and noticed the truck was not balanced we called and talked to Josh and as soon as we pulled in they pulled our truck into the bay and got us in and out and on our way to vacations if they weren t a hour and half away from our home we would go there everytime!!

FANTASTIC EXCEPTIONALCUSTOMER SERVICE.. Kudos to Bryron and James for getting me in and out of the store quickly and efficiently while I waited a short time to have a flat fixed. I have done business with Tire Discounters before, and now I remember why I returned. The customer focus and care exceed all expectations.You turned a major inconvenience into something very positiveMARCH 8TH 2024This business continues to IMPRESS. I needed routine maintenance on my 2020 Honda CRV, and because of my previous excellent experiences here, this was the place that would get my return business.Was warmly greeted by Hugo and Josh, who recognized me bc of my previous visits, and seemed glad that I was here.Pristine waiting room cold frig of water and a TV tuned in on "Diners Drive In and Dives. Service was quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. I asked about other service points and was kept apprised of the cost and time consideration that I should keep in mind. Another excellent car experience with professional trained staff. THANK YOU, JOSH P. HUGO AND ALLAN. ALL OF YOU DESERVE HIGH PRAISE AND APPRECIATION

My girlfriend and I went to Tire Discounters ok Beltline Rd because we had an issue with our tire going flat every 2 days, and I must say, they did a great Job helping us. Autumn to be specific, helped us get our the tire replaced at no cost, of course with the insurance they offer, and aside from that, we had a nail in the back tire that she also had replaced at no cost. I have had good customer service, but I have to say Autumn went above and beyond to make sure we were driving safely on the road. Thanks again

Made an appointment for Saturday at 11:30. Arrived at 11:20, at 12:15 truck had not moved. Asked for my keys and left. Planned my day around the appointment. When I arrived they didn't say there was a problem with timing. I would have made another appointment instead of wasting my time waiting

Id give 5 stars for autumn! She was helpful from the start! But the guy putting my tires on I m being generous when I give 2 stars. I had an appointment from the get go. I m not gonna get into detail but it took close to 3 hours and then when I get home my husband pointed out that he didn t even put in new valve stems. and gave me mismatch valve caps and one was a nitrogen cap. Autumn told us to come back in and they d put new valve stems in.Update:Got a response from Ian and got a phone call and he apologized for what happened. I m going to take it to another tire discounters and have the new valve stems put in. Thanks Ian for your help.

Will never go to this place again waited almost 4 hours for a new tires and a free alignment had my car in the air for 1 hour with no one touching it all of them where just standing around smoking and talking . Then after 2 hours they came out to tell me that my tire rods where bad and I needed them fixed for them to be able to do my free alignment. I told them no I don't want them to fix I will take my car to a certified mechanic other customers where in the room with me and they told every single one something else was wrong with there car. After my tires finally got done I took my car to a mechanic and they said my tire rods where not bad at all so there just tryna scam you out of money!!! I woulda paid almost 1200$ total for no reason!!

Autumn and the staff in Decatur were amazing when we got a flat tire on our way home from vacation. They were so helpful and kind to us they definitely made a bad incident WAY better with their kindness and quick service. They made us Tire Discounters customers FOR LIFE! Will never stop singing their praises!

These guys are great... every time! We bought tires from them and get the best prices even after researching the internet. We have used them for oil changes, brakes, as well as tire rotations. Always a fast and unhassled experience. Their pick up and drop off service (they come and pick up your car, service it, and bring it back to you) is amazing! You don't have to use your lunch break for oil changes anymore!!! So great. Thank you for being awesome!

I m new to Decatur I found a screw in my tire on my way to work and gave these guys a call and as soon as I pulled in they checked me in and immediately pulled my car in and got me fixed up and on the road in less than 30 minutes. They just became my Go To Tire Store. They were very nice guys too :)
