Multiple times we've had service appointments lost, tires not ordered, calls back never made, etc. The service and parts department seems very not put together. However, Nick Groves who's my salesman always fixes their mistakes for me and makes sure to make things right. He goes above and beyond his job title to make sure his clients are satisfied even after the purchase of their vehicles. We love you Nick! Give that man a raise.

Went to the establishment for a tire replacement. Everything went well until I found a long scratch on rim after the service. Contacted the department regarding my issue. Need to say, the communication was ineffective and they stated the scratch was my fault. So, if you utilize any type of tire replacement services with this establishment. I scheduled regular maintenance here for my Lexus because Huntsville Lexus service is a mess. I took my car a few hours before my appointment thinking of just leaving it, but they went ahead and started as soon as I got there. I still left, thinking it would be a while, but they were done with the full 30,000 mile service plus checking everything out in less than an hour. I didn't even make it home before they called to tell me it was ready. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. Kudos to Noah, my service advisor.I'll be back.

I recently changed to Serra from the other option around Huntville. The personal touch is much better and I like the small town feel of the dealership.

It's a bit of a mixed bag on what you're going to get here. Even with an appointment wait times can be ridiculous. Get an estimate of time up front. Steve in service is excellent and honest. Every other time I've used a service advisor that wasn't Steve I've received terrible service, been overcharged and even talked down to. I'm a diehard enthusiast of Toyota vehicles and DIY 99% of all my maintenance. However, there are some things you need the dealer or their computer for. Be specific in what you want and make sure it is translated to the tech. To achieve that you need to ask for Steve.Service: Auto maintenance

body. Though their sales department is lacking, the service department is A-1. I always register to have Steve as my attendant. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I brought my granddaughter and we hung out in their awesome lounge. Thank you guys.

I was there for an interview. Some people were a little " dry " and seemed too busy to bother with me. I felt out of place so I didn't even do the interview. Maybe if I was a customer I'd have been less of a problem for the desk guy walking through the door. I saw a lot of people just relaxing on the phone up front so it seemed the ones in the back and outside were actually working. So see for yourself how you like it this is just my 1st and more than likely last experience at this place.

I arrived promptly at my appointment time of 8:30am. I didn't leave until 11:44am. Over 3 hours for an oil change and rear brakes. Absolutely unacceptable.
