Hit a deer on the second day of the new year. Totally destroyed my front end, broke my windshield, etc. When Performance was done, my car looked like it did when it first rolled off the truck when I bought it new- maybe better. No hassle, great quality of work.

Joe Treadway at Performance Auto Body & Frame has been excellent to work with. He has fixed several of my children s cars after finder benders, fixed my cars and even fixed my cattle hauler after a car damaged the wheel and finder! His latest feat was straightening out my 2008 F350 truck bed that looked like a roller coaster where a gooseneck hitch could be installed. Very professional, excellent work at very reasonable prices and he doesn t keep your car forever! Awesome job Joe and I will always recommend your shop!!

Joe did a very professional job repairing my truck He took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do and how much it would cost. All work was done on time and exceeded my expectations.Joe was very easy to get along with and made a difficult time easier. Absolutely fantastic body shop. I was told what to expect right from the start and this shop really delivered. Although I had damage the full length of my car from a deer, when I picked it up it looked just like new and the paint was flawless. Great work & great communication!

Thanks to Joe for the referral to use a paint-less dent removal service instead of replacing the door and repainting. Saved me a load of money and preserved the resale value of my vehicle. Honesty and integrity are hard to find these days...thanks again Joe and Alicia!

Took my car to this shop off of recommendation and they didn t disappoint. The owner is a great guy he let me know from the jump what my car needed and what it was gonna take from my insurance to fix it the insurance company tried to screw me around on a supplemental payment and cheap non oem Parts. The owner wasn t having it he went toe to toe word for word with agent over my car and in the end the supplement was sent and my car has oem parts back on it. It looks better than it did when I bought it. They even washed and cleaned the inside and outside!!! Very trustworthy and reputable company!! I definitely recommend

Awesome business. They went above and beyond on my Ford escape. Went in with rear damage from an accident. They were able to repair it. We were glad that we could keep our car and not have it totalled out. They detailed the inside of the vehicle and it looked almost brand new. Thanks so much for the hard work you put into our car.

They had my sons car for over 3 months. Said it was ready so we go get it and 5 miles down the road it tore up. We called he said take it to Honda he didn t know what it was. Honda had it a Wk and fixed it. They said the the guy from the performance shop put a battery on my son s car and used his warranty. We went to the shop and he starts threatening us. He saw me take a picture and he threatened to sue me. He charged my son over $17,000. kept it over 3 months and Honda had it fixed in a week. Had to have repairs on my basically new car after an accident. Joe worked to get my car fixed with original parts to the point where it looks as good as new. On top of that, Joe was extremely honest with me and walked me through everything that needed to be fixed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the right person to fix their car.

These guys went above and beyond for me with my daughters car!! The owner fought for me with my insurance company to make sure my daughter's car was built back correctly and safe for my daughter to drive!! Joe & Alicia are the best folks to deal with in North Alabama. They worked on our 2022 Chevy Silverado after a fender bender and it looked as good as it did the day we bought it when we left Performance. Joe will fight for you with Insurance Companies/Adjustors and keep you updated on the progress of his work and claim. I have recommended several friends to Performance and all have been satisfied. 2020 CRV was hit from behind. Joe and his guys fixed The car like new. He advocated for all required repairs and personally showed all damage to me prior to starting the work. Went to get a quote for a full paint job and the front desk lady was really nice. She mentioned that they didn t really do a lot of full paint jobs. Tried talking to the owner and he was rude and unprofessional. He did not provide a greeting, didn t ask what I had, and he didn t even get up to look at it. He just said $20K and said he doesn t want to do it for that. I mentioned another place that is well known in the Hillsboro area that gave a fair price and provides good service, he then proceeded to talk about all this insurance work and couldn t get to it for 6 months. I m in no hurry and the sign on the door does say free estimates.He had an attitude and heir about himself. It s sad when you try to support local businesses and they in return do not try to support local customer s unless it s an insurance job. Therefore I do not recommend them for any work.

Took my Honda truck here to get fixed. They gave me the best quote and made my truck look as if it had never gotten damaged. Also had it done sooner than they had predicted. Definitely happy with them!!

I have a 2019 Honda Accord Sport that was hit and was very upset about having to get it repaired. The guys at Preformance Auto Body & Frame did an EXCELLENT job. I was extremely pleased with the work that was done on my car. Also, I have to say that I was so impressed with Tony Shankle. He had no idea that I am a single mother on disability, and he went above and beyond by educating me and helping me to get other issues taken care of that pertained to the accident. He didn t have to do that, but he did, and it showed me that he truly cares about his customers. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here and I will be sending everyone I know to this place for repairs.

Tony and Team have done an excellent job. 5 auto body repairs/paint jobs on on 3 vehicles (Dodge Caravan, F-250, and civic sedan) and 1 complete repaint (Honda Paint Recall, civic coupe). Highly recommended/excellent results.
