I would like to say thank you to netherton auto parts for having the part my daughter needed for her car every other auto parts store did not have the part but they did. Thank guys for your great customer service.

When it comes to car parts it can cost us a good but if money. It s not fun and it s not cheap so called this small auto part store, they were very kind and knowledgeable knew their stuff offered me their deals and even gave me time to get there from a hour drive. This place has the most respectful team working they helped each other and me. No one was rude no one was wrong, they wanted to help me not take my money, not a lot of these big store chains do this, you have to stop going to the big guy and come to this place, I was number one priority and everything they told me to do and recommended was on point and amazing professional will be back!! Guys you have to give this place a call when it s about parts for cars the part house of all time goes to this small business!! Hands DOWN NUMBER ONE

This is one of the most Helpful , friendliest and nicest people You will find it at a parts house! They will help you anyway they can! A staple in the Decatur community. They beat any price and have the biggest inventory of Ford Motorcraft parts and fluids.Great staff who are knowledgeable and helpful.An old school parts store. Places like this are disappearing and being ousted by the Advanced s and Auto Zones.Give your business to the guys at Netherton and keep the legacy alive.

These ppl have the worst return and warranty policy I will not shop there again turns out when you buy GASKET SETS $109 they have a warranty but you have to buy new ones to get the warranty never heard of that just bought a pair of head gaskets from O'Riley auto parts they had a year warranty there were no questions the guy honored my warranty that I had on a part I paid for he gave me a new set and told me to have a nice day now that's good customer service

EXCELLENT old fashioned auto parts people! They have virtually everything you need from A to Z and it's almost always in stock. If you are in need of anything AC Delco, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!
