Jason and the crew at Minor Tire & Wheel took great care of my needs. I needed my aftermarket wheels balanced after another shop did poor work. I showed up 1.5 hours before close on a Saturday and they got me in and out. They took the time to do the work correctly, rotating the tires on the wheels to use the least amount of weights to achieve the best result. I really appreciate making the extra effort. I recommend bringing your work to Minor Tire & Wheels.Thanks again

They are always polite. Waiting area is super, clean, and inviting. We have not had to wait a long time to have any repairs done. Great place to get your vehicle worked on.

I needed my 285/55/22 custom wheels balance because of vibration issues and I had been to several other tire and wheel shops around this area and no other shop was able to balance my wheels and get the vibration issues that I had resolved. Thankfully to Jason at Minor Tire and Wheel he was able to get his technician to balance the tires and wheels properly and Jason was very helpful resolving the other issues with the that I had in the way the wheels were installed on my truck. Thank you so much Jason and Minor Tire and Wheel.

I had the best experience with this business, I had a flat tire with a huge screw in it, I drove my car to the dealership they couldn t fix it and I needed my tire fixed ASAP. I called Minor and even though it was getting close to closing time they told me to come on. I did and they fixed it within 30 minutes.And get this at no charge! You can t beat service like this! I highly recommend them and when I do need tires I will buy from them. Thanks guys!

I've used Minor Tire over many years and am always very satisfied with service and prices. I took my car to Minor last week to have the tires checked out, because I always had a low reading on one tire, and I had them rotate my tires. It took only one hour. They charged me $0. I couldn't believe it, but it's true. I highly recommend Minor Tire for new tires and for service. You won't be disappointed ever. High praise, and they deserve it.

Kevin was super nice. I was only there to pick up a wheel for a friend. He loaded the wheel for me, then told me about the services they offer, and some reasonable wheels to upgrade the look of my vehicle.

I highly recommend Minor Tire & Wheel for your vehicle needs , mechanically and for tire purchasing . The reason being is the honest and great work behind this business . It has never been a hassle , and this business does everything to ensure customer satisfaction ! They have Great pricing for tires and a good selection for rim purchasing . Roberto speaks Spanish and is very knowledgeable about proper tire sizing for your current vehicle wheels . I blew out a trailer tire on my trip and still had hundreds of miles to go. I used my spare to get to them and they helped me get some new tires to get me home safe! Thank you so much for getting me in and helping me out! I appreciate you!

The guys are so helpful and understanding they will do everything they can and possibly to help you with all your needs. Good help is very rare these days but not at minor tire they do care about the customers

I don't refer to no body, because I go that place and they do it a cut on my tire, almost brand new tire, that is no good, when they should me the cut, that cut is very black like recently cutting, 5 minutes later I arrived to my home and I try to take a picture on the cut and it is really dirty in only 5 minutes away from that place to my house is impossible of that occurs, that is the reason why Im % sure that they did that but they said they don't do it, but they never showed me a camera plus, the cut looks recently cutting, I just started go again with them because 6 years ago I stopped go there because everyone on my family and friends who go there the cars comes out from there doing some noises when you turn right or Left, now I want to try again and they are worse know. Stop go there if you guys dont want expend money for buy new tires on there, there is to many places to go, never on your life go that place you put your life on risk if you visit that place, they want money for that reason they make that to your tires, but they don't think than they loose customers and they going to lose more, because Jesus doesn't like this can of actions they doing, and if you want to speak with the Manager he doesn't care, because he doesn't help you, he is the worse person I know in hole entirely life IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WAIST MONEY GO TO DIFFERENT PLACES

Jason at the counter was very helpful when I came down to get some lug nuts and a full size spare wheel for my truck. They are a bit of a drive for me, but it's nice to have a dependable local source for wheels and accessories.

Just took a set of 28inch rims here to get broken down. The guys at the front desk estimated the job to take 45min to an hr....he gotta get to know his workers better bc they knocked it out in a bout 15min, if that!! Cool group of guys. They even gave me some boxes to protect my wheels from sliding on the trailer. Would highly recommend

Great company! Always takes good care of my family. I had my daughter take her car in for a patch. They took care of her immediately. I have taken my cars here for years, and even my small tires (lawnmower). They have my business for as long as I live here. Thank you!

I refer everyone and anyone to do business with Minor's Tire in Decatur, Alabama for any of their tire needs!! The entire staff there are my hero's of the day! Kevin and Jason provided me with among the best customer service I've ever experienced at a tire shop!! They were super nice and eager to help me out any way they could!! They went above and beyond to accommodate all my needs for my vehicle. I could tell that they genuinely cared about my safety and everyone else's out on the road. I most definitely recommend that you make them you're first and only stop for any of your tire needs. Also, thanks to the crew, Randy & Drew, for their assistance by putting the new tires on. And a special thanks to Lamar for his generosity and selfless act of kindness; very noble of him to do!

Great service fast and friendly! Jason and his team quickly patched our tire on short notice to help us get to our destination as quickly as possible! We re from out of town and taking our daughter from a hospital in Birmingham to a facility near Nashville and they helped us A LOT not only by patching the tire (in which we made it to our destination and back home without issues) but did it free of charge. We are ever so grateful at their professionalism and speed in our situation. Thanks Jason!

Went in to have my tires rotated on my 2017 f350 drw, on this truck the tires have to be broke down and moved to different wheels to rotate. Well they had a slight mishap with one of my wheels and the machine gouged it.... they where up front about it and after talking over options we actually went with a nicer set of aftermarket wheels and I couldn't be happier with the outcome and how it was handled!!!

I called and asked if they could mount and balance a set of tires and put on a set of tire sensors and program them to my truck. They said yes. Mounted and balanced tires and did a good job. They put sensors on and when I left sensors were not working. They now say they can't program the sensors to make them work. If they can't do it they should have said so before they put them on. Now I have to carry truck somewhere else to get fixed right.

Traveling from Indiana never been there before. Had a vibration on the way to Alabama. Stop by no appointment got me right in balanced and rotated tires added some lug nuts on and drve great. No vibration all the wayvtob85. Thanks for grat service.

Minor Wheel and Tire went above and beyond getting the wheels I purchased on my own to work! I didn t realize that tgey had a different bolt pattern, but Jason made sure to get adapter plates ordered and delivered quickly. This is truly first class service!

I have a new truck , only had it about a month . We found a screw in the tread not in the side wall ,,, Chevy dealer wanted to sell me a new tire , a little under $500 . Took it to Minor , they fixed it in a few minutes, NO CHARGE !!! Now when the time comes and I do need tires , where do you think I m going to go .. .. good to see someone running a good honest business! I highly recommend minor to anyone needing tires !
