I was able to set a same day appointment to get a quote regarding paint and dent repair. I spoke to a nice lady up front who looked at my car and explained a few things to me and then a man came out, took a look and he also went over a few choices I had. He recommended me another place I could go to for the smaller dents and explained what they could do about the big one. Thank you guys so much!

Go to a different MAACO. If I could give them a negative 5 stars, I would. I paid them $2800.00 to paint my truck a dark blue and remove most dents. You be the judge from the pictures. I circled the remaining dents when they finished. I talked with the painter about the color, and he said, I mixed it right, it depends on how the sun shines on it. It s a cheap paint job! Well, it wasn t cheap to me. They charged me $2800 to paint it the wrong color and did not remove most of the dents. So I talked with Ed the manager, and I agreed to pay for the paint and buy a new hood to resolve the problem. This was an extra $800. They did paint it a dark blue, but the supposedly new hood, had numerous dents on the front, and the back edge of the hood was badly misaligned. Did I take it back to them and complain? Heck no! These people will never touch one of my vehicles again. Go anywhere else!Service: Painting

I recently took my Toyota Camry in for repairs at Macco and, I must say that the staff at Macco are some of the most professional dedicated people that I know they walked me through the process from beginning to end and with diligence made sure that my experience with them was a Great one I am very pleased with the level of hard work and dedication that they took to repair my vehicle and I am happy to say with all honesty that I am one pleased customer. The car was brought for an insurance claim, to replace the bumper, AC condenser core, as well as the radiator. They painted our whole car six months ago and did a great job. When we got the car back, the bumper was a different shade of blue than the rest of car. They changed paint suppliers to a better quality paint. However, the paint shade did not match the rest of the car, so they repainted it using the old brand of paint. When we got it back the second time, it was perfect. Although we did like the new paint shade of blue better than the old paint, it just didn t match the rest of the car.Service: Painting

I was initially hesitant to bring a family heirloom truck to Maaco. Wow! Every person working at this store went above and beyond to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction, and they took pride in the project. I want to report an exceptional experience with Maaco in Decatur. We needed our Honda Civic repainted and had to get it done in a very short time frame because it's used for college.When we brought it in they had a very large backlog of cars, but they were able to squeeze us in despite enormous pressures.. Not only did they get the car completed but even took the time to detail it. Quite exceptional service. I want to especially thank and praise Cosby for his exceptional customer service. We're grateful to you all for accommodating us and are very pleased with the whole process. Thank you again.

Thanks to the guys at Maaco Collision repair for doing an awesome job on my husband's car. They the best i would recommend them to anyone who had a wreck and don't just want to give up on your vehicle take it to them you will not regret it they'll get you looking brand new. Customer service is off the chart first class simply the best Thank you Eddie for making us feel welcome and appreciated and big up your staff too they are the best.

This is Mary Cox, I took my Trailblazer to Maaco for painting & clear coat. I purchased the medium package, came back with 3 extra scratches then it had. I drove back down (2 hours round trip), as you see, couldn't fix it. Painting had several runs, but NOT driving back, so I'll give them 3 stars. My teen accidentally backed into our fence this morning scratching her Daddy's truck! Maaco took me in 1st thing, cleaned the spot, and touched it up as pretty as it could be. It will need more later, but they saved my daughters life I'm pretty sure Wonderful and kind people!

I am so pleased with my experience that I can t sing their praises enough. To be honest I couldn t believe my daughters 09 Honda Civic looked as good as it did. Frankly the paint job looked better than the day we bought it! The staff was polite, professional, and their office reflects that fact. Thank you so much for exceeding our expectations! I have to add that they told me it would be Monday and I got it back on Friday just in time for the weekend.

They did a wonderful job with removing glue and reattaching my bumper on the side that came a loose. They even repainted it and got my bumper on the side looking way better than what I had it looking. They re also friendly people. They listened to my problem I had with my bumper, came up with a solution fast to fix it and had me ready in three days. Take your vehicle to them. You won t be disappointed. Got a full vehicle paint job and they did not do a very good job once so ever. Overspray everywhere, Dust settled all over the paint leaving multiple bumpy spots in the paint, Spots of the vehicle just didn t get painted, tape was left all over the vehicle, and the old clear coat is showing through the paint making it appear as if the clear coat was fading already. Absolutely an awful job done. I honestly could ve done a better job in the garage with spray paint.Service: Painting
