I have been taking my 21 Nissan Titan Pro4X to Lynn Layton Nissan for about 2 years. I bought the truck at another dealership because they had the truck and color I wanted. Chose Lynn Layton to be my service dealer. They change my oil, rotate my tires, and have fixed a few issues covered under warranty. Very up front and customer service first oriented. I usually see James but all have been great in the service dept. Highly recommend them!

Do not take your Nissan to Lynn Layton Nissan service department.Kevin took his car in to get the transmission fluid changed on Monday morning. After spending over 3 hours waiting the car was ready to go. He went home got ready for work and went on to work. As he was pulling in to the parking lot at work his transmission wouldn t engage. Luckily he had enough momentum going to get him into the parking lot.I called Lynn Layton Nissan on Tuesday at 11:37am. Of course they said the person I needed to speak to was busy and he would call me right back. Today I called again at 1pm because I have yet to receive a return call. After he mansplained how a transmission works and how sensitive they are he told me they would be glad to check it out but I would have to have it towed there at my own expense.Save your money don t go to Lynn Layton Nissan service department and if they are as sensitive as this guy claims save your money and don t buy a Nissan!

I like Lynn Layton Nissan because I love Nissan vehicles. I recommend that if you go there to purchase a vehicle and your not sure if you will be able to, if your a Christian and have faith that God will work it out for you, ASK for, "Gee Vinson" !!! He was my sales associate and is a Godly man. When all the other salesmen were betting that I would not get a vehicle 4yrs ago, Gee Vinson held hands with me and we agreed in prayer that I would receive the vehicle I had laid hands on and chosen. I Got that vehicle and EVEN got a low payment on it!!! I give God the praise! But I had a sales associate that was a believer also!!! IT WAS THE ONE I PICKED OUT!!!

Tim Howard worked all day with us to find us exactly what we were looking for in our price range. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and was able to help us narrow down our best choices. He was very patient and allowed us to test drive as many vehicles as we needed to to feel good about our purchase. Lynn Layton had plenty of inventory for us to browse and compare in person. We felt good about buying a certified pre-owned vehicle from them because they knew exactly what was going on with the confusing car fax on the vehicle we chose. They went above and beyond to find us all the answers we needed before purchasing. Thank you so much Tim and hometown guys at Lynn Layton!

Tim Howard and the staff were wonderful to work with. They are kind and very knowledgeable. I drove an hour and a half, and I have already recommended them to two others in our town. I highly recommend them!

The people were nice but the work was not done. DEF SYSTEM ERROR SEE DEALER.!!!! Long and short of it, spent hours there and was assured it was fine to drive back to Iuka. Was told the DEF fluid I was using Blue Def might not be good, only use Nissan def fluid from the dealership. I was told if the light came back on to bring it back. Light came back on, vehicle went in LIMP mode, called them back then they say . OH WE DO NOT FIX THAT!!!! Do not take your Nissan vehicle there, even though they told me before I took it there, they were certified Diesel Nissan mechanics that worked there.

Picked and paid cash for a Certified Pathfinder Platinum and Danny Boyles went above and beyond to make me happy. Had an issue with the seat memory module not even 72 hours driving it off the lot, they fixed it. James in service got me in and out after my own schedule changed up on me and I was literally going to be without a car. They fixed the scuff on the wheel and cleaned it up for me.

terrible dealership-very dishonest and they have the worse communications and dealing with customers-never ever use them for service or buying any cars-they dont do what they promise and offer-run as fast as you can from this dealership

Friendly repair staff, But wish they would have cought everything on the first visit. Went back for second visit so they could replace parts that had to be ordered. And they found more parts that needed replacement. Unexpected cost is very frustrating. They did eat the labor cost to offset some of it. But as as stated above very frustrated. Would have given three and a half stars if it was possible.

My wife and I bought a car recently from Lynn Layton and could not have been more satisfied. It was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a car. We were most pleased with our salesman, Gee Vinson. He was very helpful and very honest. Gee is a person you instantly like. There was no pressure, no push. He took his time to answer all our questions without worrying about the time it took. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car. You will be satisfied!

Everyone there was so nice and helpful. They really took the stress away from buying a new car. I had to unexpectedly go look for a new car so I had my 2 small grandkids with me and all of the staff were so patient and kind to the kids. Hazel gave them coloring books to keep them entertained. My salesman Forest was wonderful and made the whole process as easy as possible and did not have me stuck there all day which was a HUGE plus! Randy in the finance department went over everything and had me ready to go quickly. Forest also made sure the vehicle was full of gas and went over several of the features before I left. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle with a very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff!

I recently purchased a Nissan rouge and let me tell you my experience was wonderful. I had the pleasure of interacting with several employees on my visit. They were all very pleasant to deal with especially all the ladies at the front desk. They made me feel like family. Tim Howard was my salesman and I he was patient and he listened to me. I test drove several cars and he never pushed anything on me. In the end I got exactly what I wanted and at a great price. I would recommend Tim and Lynn Layton Nissan to everyone. Tim is not the car salesman you typically think of. He is very genuine and you can tell he has your best interest at heart. Thanks to everyone at the dealership for a wonderful car buying experience!

For this being the first time getting a car on my own, the process was great! I m used to the whole process taking hours, but it only took 2 hours if that. Jeff Latham was awesome! Lynn Layton has been in contact with me to make sure that I m satisfied with my 2022 Nissan. I have never witnessed a dealership more dedicated to customer service like they are.

For a first time car buying experience, Gee Vinson made my day as well as many years to come with the purchase of my new Nissan Sentra. From the jump, Mr. Vinson took care to keep me as updated as possible with the transport of my vehicle from the factory. After the vehicle was lost in transport, he took it upon himself to locate another identical vehicle and have it rushed to the dealership for me. He was extremely timely with his text responses as well as phone calls for any questions I had. He made the car buying experience extremely simple and understandable, and made sure I knew exactly what I was signing up for, with no strings attached. He even volunteered to come in on his days off to give me my vehicle if it came in from shipment early. 100/10 he put my mind at ease for any questions I may have had and made my entire experience one to remember. No games or gimmicks, just honest folks who want to help you find a car or truck you like. Mike Mendez was the best car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Most salesmen are pushy, never trie to save you money & are usually an in your face type person thst you just wanna slap & them walk away!Mike embodies NONE of those characteristics. He was patient, and basically just showed me what they had & let me do the choosing! If there is anyone that reads these comments, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you seek out Mike Mendez as your next auto salesman @ Lynn Layton Nissan in Decatur,Al.Fraser G.

I traveled almost 4 hours to purchase the 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. It was an easy transaction. The salesman, Danny Boyles, was very professional. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about the car and the purchase. Mr. Boyles was considerate of our long drive home and got us on our way in a timely manner. He was easy to work with, with no pressure. I highly recommend Mr. Boyles and Lynn Layton Nissan. Thank you! We love the Pathfinder!
