Everyone was friendly and we were greeted as soon as we got out of the car. Angela Hernandez was our sales person and she was great! She had a smile on her face and she was ready to help us find the car we wanted. She answered all of our questions and welcomed us to contact her if we had further questions or had any problems. The rest of the crew were also attentive and helpful. What we needed was not in the Decatur lot but the team searched and found our car at the Gadsden location. They got it to Decatur and clean and ready for pickup within 24 hours. The car has been wonderful so far!

Stay away from this place. I could get an appointment a whole lot faster than at Bentley Hyundai of Huntsville, but that appointment was a total waste of time. I explained my issue to the service advisor (?). She was not typing anything into her computer at all. I finally asked her how long it would take. She said that they were backlogged 6 weeks. I then asked if she was going to write up a ticket. She said only if I was going to leave it. I asked how one could be expected to leave their car for 6 weeks if they needed their vehicle. She just shrugged. I then asked, kind of jokingly, if they expected me to wait there for 6 week's. She said something like feel free. I walked out and will never return.

Bought the car with engine light and had them keep it overnight before I finalized the purchase. Then I found out I needed new rotors and brakes, then the the diver side windows stopped working, and now I need a new battery. I haven t had this car for even a year and I ve spent way more then one should when they buy a car off a lot like this. I would have spent less at a mom and pop lot and got the same quality car. I will never buy from this lot again.

We went to test drive a car. We told them we were not looking to buy at this time we were looking at several diff makes and models. I have had a phone call everyday for two weeks from them almost harassing me. I have asked them not to call me over 5 times. They are still calling. I will NEVER buy from them.

Annistin is one of the best. She is so sweet and diligent in her work and I m still in absolute awe about how much she really went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me. She and the ENTIRE staff are an absolute GOD SEND when it comes to the automotive industry! Absolutely the best!! From the moment we arrived they immediately made us feel welcome and confident in our purchase!! Walked us through the entire process step by step and really set the bar in customer service! I had so many questions and they were very attentive to concerns. I told them what I was able to afford and they made it happen. If you re looking to purchase I d 20 out of 10 recommend them!!!

After months of searching for just the right car to fit my budget but also have a sporty look & comfortable feel, Brian at University Hyundai in Decatur found it for me!!! I had looked in three states and just could not decide on which SUV to go with. Brian answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. Love my new Tucson!!!

Had appointment today to get 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz oil changed and the recall issue fixed that has been a year waiting for that, I called a couple of hours before I drove the 45 minute drive and asked the service department if they was sure the part was there and do the oil change and fix that at the same time and he assured me yes it was there, well after sitting there hour and half service man comes out and says it's ready. We'll they didn't service it said it hasn't been a year (just a few days shy of year but they had already told me that would be fine especially since my oil warning has been on over a month! And one of the recall parts was in but the other wasn't so I'd have to come back! I don't think so! Especially since I just purchased a 2024 Kona from them on December 30, which was a big mistake. I had called about a certain car that I wanted and talked to sales manager Gerald he said it was there, so we drove all way there to get it and then he says it's somewhere else and the other 2 I wanted were also misplaced... He had one on the lot a color I told him I didn't want, and I told him specifically that I wanted everything I had on my 2023 Buick Encore and he told me it had everything every safety feature that my Buick had, but it doesn't I found out after purchase, they never went over anything in the vehicle with me except a girl set up my blue link. Took the Kona back after a week to service department to see if it did have the safety features and they said No, I went in and told Gerald what they said and he says they don't know anything about what the vehicle's have they just do service... He drove us a few blocks and I told him to get close to a truck that was in front of us to show him it wouldn't brake and give alert like my Buick but he wouldn't get close, said he didn't want to wreck the vehicle. I am totally sick over all this.. Also when I took Santa Cruz in today they had down I was bringing in the Kona.. The service department and Sales manager need to get together on things, this is the worst ran dealership I've ever had dealings with and I've bought around 40 new vehicles from all different makes and models!!!

Bad experience with this dealership. Test drove one vehicle, negotiated back and forth on said vehicle, got approved for the 0% financing, which I was told they hardly ever see anyone get approved for... S.M. congratulated me and said "you just bought a car". Salesman tells me they are taking vehicle to wash it and starts going over paperwork, signing papers , getting insurance info. The vehicle is drove back around front and parked a few spaces down from my truck. Salesman gets up and goes outside and another vehicle is being driven in front of the window where the car I was buying had been sitting, salesman opens all the doors ( I thought this was a little odd due to I am the only customer at that time ). Comes back in and walks over to the desk I am sitting out and the S.M. walks back over and says " I made a mistake and thought this is the vehicle you was buying", and said the vin # was similar and points the to vehicle the salesman had just pulled up to the window. I can't sell you the vehicle for the price we negotiated on but this car is practically the same ( it was a base SE model vs the SEL I thought I was purchasing). I said are you serious. I was in disbelief. I said no that is not practically the same car and that is not the car we negotiated on and I thought I was buying. And no i am not buying that car ( the SE model). I said my peace respectfully and walked out. I did reach out to the G.M. via email. He apologized and said humans make mistakes. I definitely learned a lesson that day. Please beware of this kind of sales tactic or whatever you shall call it. Very wrong , Very dishonest, Very misleading. I am not speaking of the whole dealership just the salesman ( I had thought he was a polite and seemed to be honest young man), the S.M and the G.M I was in contact with. I don't want this to happen to anyone else buying a vehicle.

We would not recommend this dealership. We love our new vehicle but have requested copies of all paperwork we signed with purchase but they continue to ignore our request. We should of been suspicious of dealership when our sales lady took us to service department and told us that service manager was not a nice person and do not make make him mad.He was reason why she left that department.

This is the 5th vehicle we have purchased from Greenway. My second from Bryan. He is thorough and genuinely cares about the customer and their budget. Natalie the sales manager was amazing she did everything in her power to get me in the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted it at. Great work over there. We will be back.

Service appointments don't mean anything. Don't get excited when they claim immediate time slots available. It only means you'll be added to the cue at that time... then you'll wait for days without them even looking at it or sharing when they might.

I have done business with this dealership a few times,purchased a nice used SUV from them and now have a Hyundai Sonata that I purchased at another dealership and got screwed and Barry Bannister and his staff are now working to repair things thru my extended warranty that the other dealership said they did but did not! Decatur Greenway Hyundai will be my choice Everytime and I am a very happy customer! Thank You Barry and Staff!!! Job and Service and Friendly Staff JOB WELL DONE!! *****

They got me exactly what I wanted even in this car market. Cody as proactive and always available to answer questions. When my car came in he and Natalie had everything ready to go and it was a seamless process. Cody was busy upon leaving but another employee was nice enough to make sure we didn t have any questions about the vehicle. I will definitely be using them again and referring friends.

I just bought my 2nd vehicle from here. Even though it is a lengthy process, they make it comfortable. Our first salesman was Jacob in November and this time Nick. I can't rave enough! No pressure, no haggling.... They made us feel welcome. If I was looking at a vehicle out of my price range, Nick would point it out, which helped me stay in my budget. Thanks, guys. If we need you again, we will definitely make the trip back to Decatur!!!

Booked a service appointment about 3 weeks out. Received confirmation emails, etc. Arrived only to be told they can't service my vehicle.Why does the website even allow me to put in my specific model and select service relevant only to that model if they can't service it? Why didn't they think to call or email before I drove an hour to the appointment?Such a waste of time.
