Don't let these people touch your truck. I showed up on Wednesday and told them my injector harness was having issues. They wanted to upcharge a 270$ part to 560$ plus 100$ shipping. According to them it wasnt in stock. I called 2 freightliners outside the area and had it shipped at 140$ ups nda and 270$ for the part. It arrived 8 am and even though it was the wrong part they spent all day trying to force it to fit. At 330 pm they gave up. I called the local freightliner to make an exchange and order a new part and surprise surprise they had the injector harness i needed for 270$. No shipping needed or anything. They were too "busy" playing on their phones in the office to take an 11 min drive to make the exchange. After 2 ubers and purchasing ANOTHER harness they billed me the full labor and left my truck disassembled. I was told i wasted their time with the wrong part and i had no choice but to pay. For whatever reason DO NOT let them work on your truck. Their lead mechanic Rick has no accountability or interest in working. Ive never seen a business so poorly run.

Would rather give zero stars!! My boss called at 7:00a and was told that someone would be to me by 8:00a. After an hour and a half (9:30a) of waiting and trying to be patient, we call back only to be put on hold for 7 minutes to find out the ETA. After being placed on hold, we hung up and called someone else. Then we get a call back stating that no one was available, you got busy doing other things, and that you were trying to find someone else to come out. No thank you!! Canceled the service call!!!!!!! Will NOT recommend this company!!!!

Excellent service, very nice owner and fair prices. There may be a little wait time, because there's only 1 bay. There's room for about 6ish tractor trailers to pull around back to get of the road.

I went here for a washout. They are very nice people, and they do a very good job. Just be prepared to wait a while. They have only one wash bay

DO NOT take your truck to this shop. My truck was here for ELEVEN weeks and still NOT fixed!After 9 weeks of my truck in shop, I was told it needed to be towed to another shop to complete repair because Direct Inc could not fix it. After waiting TWO weeks for my truck to be taken to a different shop, I had to drive 3 hours to have it taken care of myself. The shop manager said he has tried multiple tow truck companies but he couldn t get any to show up. I show up and get a tow truck in 10 minutes.To top it off, I had to pay $1,158 for the REPAIRS that they say they did. However, look at the photos I have shared. The receipt says the truck starts but runs rough . REALLY??? How can it run with diesel POURING out of the filter housing? Or the NEW part you charged me for just dangling from the truck, NOT INSTALLED!!!

Zero stars are more accurate! Never come here if you need a trailer washout! $45, and the wait time is horrible! When they take lunch break, all washes stop, no matter how long of a line! Management and workers don't care! 5 hours just for a trailer washout, with 5 trucks ahead of us! Only took 4 minutes to complete the washout. Now can't get out of parking lot!

Was from out of town and broke down, they were the only shop around that were able to get me in immediately and install my part.

Two stars only because the transmission they put in twice and charged me twice for actually worked.Yes, you read that right, the transmission they put in first failed, they got the transmission company to send them another and warranty the work, BUT charged me again for the labor on the second transmission install. They then tell me I "can call the transmission company" to see if they will pay the labor on their failed first transmission! What a joke! They only told me they would take care of it because the first didn't work!Additionally, it was in the Direct shop 8 months, ridiculous on both accounts!Lastly, they put the transaction on two tickets to intentionally divide the 2 install Labor costs in my opinion AND charge two "credit card processing fees" totaling over $100.Total scam!

The wash side is a joke! Lazy people. I waited 3 hours for 2 washouts and 1 truck wash!!!!! My buddy showed up 10 till closing for washout, 5 minute job. They said they had already shut down. The outside has no direction and almost got into fight from a guy mad that couldnt get out. Bad design and no employee came out to direct you.

Not a bad place but also not good.They do a great job but I had to give up 2hrs and 21 minutes to get a wash out onlyIt s one bay wash.

Don't come if you're not trying to sit here for 5 hours wasting your clock. They go to lunch break without you knowing. Take your behind to the blue beacon. Wish I could give this place no stars. Very disrespectful to drivers time.

Truck and trailer wash. Hand wash. 3 workers. About 30-40 min ( which isn't bad). I have a black Truck so I wasn't expecting a good job. But they impressed me. ITS A GREAT JOB ON BOTH TRUCKTOR AND TRAILER WASH. It was no line., but they told me that I got lucky, usually they have a big line , because they are ONLY TRUCK WASH AROUND 150 MILES. Friendly people. Didn't do any repairs, so can't say about it.

This company are top notch professionals! I went in at 3:30 pm with two issues with my truck. The mechanic had them both fixed by 5:00pm. Fixed my leveling valve and my battery jumper. Highly recommend this shop if you expect great work.

They might do a good job, they might not. I'll never know because I'll never come back here again. I've been waiting for over an hour and a half and they've washed exactly one truck. Had some other driver try to cut the line and just wanted to stay there and continue to do so until another driver came up and addressed the matter with him.The line goes around behind the building. If you hang out in the street you'll get a ticket.

One of the best truck washes I ve ever had! The people giving low ratings because of time, yes they take longer than Blue Beacon because they only have 1 bay and more importantly, they hand wash every inch and take pride in their work yet they are cheaper than the 10 minute spray Beacon gives. So if you re looking for a rinse off at $100+ go to Blue Beacon but if you re patient and want a super clean truck and friendly staff, this is the place!

The only trailer washout for miles around. Be prepared for a long line and possibly hours of waiting to get in. Also bankers hours of operation 9 to 5 so plan accordingly. Price is very reasonable tho currently and they also offer sanitizer for a little extra.

They may have a really good wash. I have no idea, since I'm still waiting in line. As far as service goes, I have to assume they're completely oblivious. When you're going so slow that you have a line that wraps around the building, it's really not a good time for EVERYONE to take a lunch break.

Extremely slow. Sat in line 2-1/2 hours just to get to second truck in line for a trailer washout, only to be told I had to go around building again and behind more trucks that got here after me. I will never stop at this place ever again. It s made me late for a pickup I have twelve miles away and will cost me quite a bit of money, all because of how slow this place is.

Wish I could give them more stars. Great group of mixed guys, you can definitely tell the have a good time working alongside each other but still get to business and gets the job done. Oh yeah I might have to take a star back because they are bama fans and if from GEORGIA so GO DOGS!!!!!!! JUST KIDDING THEY DESERVE ALL OF THEM

The owner man, Wade and the head mechanic, Joe are great guys. They helped me out of a problem last year with my transmission and even got it replaced under warranty. Just need patience sometimes with truck repairs. Highly recommend them.

Poor customer service!!!! Sat there from 8am-1pm. They told me at first they had the part hours later without informing me, after I asked, they said they had to order the part. Hours later part arrives it's the wrong part. Never informed me! Instead of communicating with me they decided to take a lunch on me laughing and talking like I wasn't even there! Never raised my voice nor did I act out of character. As a result after wasted time the my semi was never fixed. I drove off.... Never will I ever go back nor recommend anyone here! Trust me I'm leaving out plenty details in between!

New owner....and he is the best. Repaired, cleaned and detailed my knuckle boom truck. These guys can fix anything!!! I have a fleet and anytime we are in town they will get our business. Glad my driver found you guys. Exit 334 off I 65 behind dairy Queen....if your wondering their location. Pricing was very reasonable as well.

Was waiting 2 hours for a washout, next in line and the guy goes on break for a half hour. Now I'm late for my pickup. Plus don't wait in line on the street or you'll be ticketed. If you go 50 miles out of your way to find a Blue Beacon it's still faster than coming here.

Good old fashioned customer service! Knowledgeable mechanics that fix it right. Excellent truck wash! Hand wash, steam clean the engine and a spot free rinse. I get my truck washed there every week, and the shop does all my services and repairs.

One of the worst places you can take your truck to get it fixed in the country. Stay away from this place, they are scammers, they will overcharge you 100% and they will try to fix something that is not even damaged on your truck. The owner Wade is just a d..k that will talk nice to you in your face and behind your back he will try to rip you off as much as he can. Stay away from this shop.

Arrived to get a trailer wash out at 9:50 am there was 4 trucks in line in front of me I left at 12:50 pm. Just for the one that can't add that is 3 hours. When I left there was still one truck in the bay and one sitting on the outside of the bay door in front of me. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They only get one start simply because it won't allow me to give them a -5.
