Just had a great experience at Champion Dodge in Decatur buying a brand new wrangler where the entire staff treated me and my family above and beyond. Definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. Glad we found a new family dealership that we can call home.

My husband and I had a great experience at Decatur of champion! Stanley was very helpful and professional.. They were busy but Stanley got the paperwork out of the way quickly and made sure we stayed in the budget of what we wanted to spend. Brian in finance was great as well.Overall the whole team at Decatur of champion were polite and laid back as well.. I would definitely recommend if you are in need of a great vehicle and great service go see the team at Decatur of champion!!Thanks to everyone at Decatur of champion!

Even Cleghorn is an amazing salesman. He found us the best car for the perfect price. I can t recommend him enough. He s very professional and doesn t pressure you into anything you don t need or want. I will come back again to buy another car from him.

My husband Trent and I bought a truck from Jacob Long. We had the best experience. He treated us with respect and kindness. He was honest and helped make the ease of buying Trents truck a fast and easy process. Their finance manager Brian is fantastic at his job. He is so nice and he helped us with the final process with ease also. You get a hassle free experience here and I highly recommend you give them a chance when buying your next vehicle!

I came to Champion looking for a specific size SUV within a specific price range. Within 10 mins Bert Davis had 3 options for me to look at. He took the time to find out what I needed and he checked every box. He did not pressure me to get a bigger or more expensive vehicle. Took his time to let me test drive and answered the questions I had. When I told him where I wanted my payments he found the right options.Bert was honest and open and a Man of God. I knew I could trust him and he helped me find the right deal that fit for my family and I. While driving around and looking for options, I had no idea things would turn out the way they did, but I was blessed. Big thanks to Bert and Champion. I will return for my next vehicle purchase.

This was a total embarrassment of a service department. Service writers was as unprofessional as I have had ever dealt with. From the moment I walked in service department it was a complete disaster. Service writer was rude, condescending and disrespectful. Didn t get his name but was wearing glasses and tattooed (nothing against tattoo's). Told me to take vehicle to Landers Mcclarty to be serviced. If vehicle is under warranty I would think and reputable Dodge dealership could service. Was also informed that if I didn t like his attitude I could take back to Landers where it was purchased I explained I purchased vehicle from individual and transferred extended warranty at Champion. I highly doubt he would have addressed a man in this manner but being female he was total out of bounds on how to address any customer. They didn t mind taking the money to transfer warranty.If you want quality service with respect and dignity I highly discourage from taking vehicle to Champion of Decatur.Side note have received coupons FROM CHAMPION OF DECATUR only to be told they didn t honor coupons. Repeat customers are what make business a success as well as word of mouth, the only words I have are not positive. I have waited a week to leave review in order to have a totally clear perspective of how I was treated and made to feel.Mother law has open recall on her vehicle and in 2 months they still have not returned her calls to address recall, last update was we can order 1 part every 10-15 days and she is on the list.They will sell you a vehicle but will not stand behind the warranty or if they do it will be not be fixed. If you want a band aid job this is the place to go. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Big Justin and Car Deal Cleghorn(Evan) managed us and 2 other buyers beautifully. I don't think any of us were neglected at any time. And they were busy the day we bought! They made it fun. They got us most everything we wanted in a vehicle at the price we wanted.

My son has purchased from Champion of Decatur. He referred to them as Professional and Courteous. I concur with him. The Sales Specialist who assisted me (Josh Long) the Manager and Finance Manager were knowledgeable and very informative. I would lands down refer anyone to them.

Champion of Decatur got my Gladiator in, diagnosed it, ordered parts and said that they were on National Backorder with no release date. Picked up my Gladiator figuring it would be summer or longer before it gets fixed, Service Mgr calls and says that the part came in 3 days later and scheduled my repair. They got me in and replaced the sensor the same day and everything was good. No more lights coming on. Great place to purchase your Jeep. See Matt in sales. Service Department is great also.

My experience buying my new Jeep was the best experience I ve ever had with a dealer. My salesperson, Evan Cleghorn, went above and beyond to make this experience excellent. I live in Nashville and he offered to personally drive my new vehicle to my house and even in adverse weather. Arrived early with all paperwork in order. Everything went smooth and the process was quick. Very responsive to my questions and got the numbers exactly where I needed them to be! Can t say enough positive about Mr. Cleghorn. It s refreshing to find someone hardworking and willing to literally go the extra mile!

5/4/2023 Update:I can't recommend this dealer enough. Remember the days when dealerships took care of their customers instead of being a disappoint factory? The team at Champion is the real deal. I dropped my truck off for service on Tuesday, and it was ready less than 24-hrs later. My old dealership couldn't even do an oil change in 24-hrs, let alone a repair. Thank you, Champion, you made a customer for life. My only suggestion is to offer wash services. My truck always goes in clean and comes out dirty. Just a minor inconvenience.I live in Huntsville but visited this dealer for warranty service after dissatisfaction with my local dealership. I was in and out in less than an hour, and the staff was very friendly. My local dealership takes days to complete similar repairs, with most taking weeks and no loaners offered. I will definitely be returning to Champion for service.

We purchased vehicle in April of this year. Vehicle would not start in June. Had vehicle towed back to dealership. We do know about The Lemon Law. We are still waiting for vehicle to be fixed. Getting all types of excuses for the long wait. Employer in service department stated that the manager in service department would not aid in fixing car according to warranty. Would love to speak with owner about the issue. Still waiting patiently 6 months later. Hello.I am back for more review. We finally was told about a week later to come pick up car. Mind you.....I was told and deceitfully lied to by the manager that I did not have to pay for the damage from having the jeep for just approximately two months before breakdown. So . I have had jeep for not even a month and alternator belt broke and also have wrapped around the other parts of the engine. I COMPLETELY WARN YOU ABOUT BUYING,LEASING OR FINANCING FROM THIS DESLERSHIP!!! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!Oh yea! The message underneath that states it is from the owner is a false message. Employee told me that message was not from owner. It was a lie!!!

Purchased a new truck here a few weeks back. Got in it the other evening about 6pm and truck wouldn't crank. Nobody answered phone at Champion. Called salesperson, left message, he called me back. Explained I'm from out of town, truck wouldn't start, it's my only driver and need help. He told me that I probably have towing on my insurance to call them. Really, new truck, less than 5k miles, bought from you and I should use my insurance ?? Jumped truck off, driver's side battery dead. Called service department next day and explained situation. Service guy told me to bring it in next Thursday! It won't start, what makes him think it will start next Thursday ??Haven't decided what I'm going to do yet, not really happy about taking it back there now. I will update with more. 12/17/23Dealership responded on line stating I live in Texas, anything could have happened to my battery and what did I expect them to do ??? Also didn't think I was being fair only giving them one star..It is true, I have a TX address, however I'm on a project here in Decatur and this truck is in Decatur. What I expect is for you to come get it and fix it under warranty.01/22/24

We purchased a vehicle at Champion in August. Had it ONE WEEK, and the transmission went out. We received a huge run around and the communication was less than acceptable. The dealership REFUSED to provide us a loaner, yet had no problem selling a lemon. Finally, after 2 1/2 months we received the vehicle back, but there was still work that needed to be completed. We will NEVER purchase a vehicle from there again. They showed us who they are, and we believe them. What do you say Champion?

I dropped off my two year old Wagoneer for an oil change, tire rotation and recall maintenance and the vehicle was ready for pick up in just a few hours. Very pleased and everyone was professional
