Doc and Robert were amazing and really helped me when my car kept turning off. They changed my battery and got me some oil and I have been good to go since. They were very kind and went above to help me. Thank you!!

I went in today for wipers an the guy his name tag said assistant manager he did not seem to eager to help said he didn't know if he could put them on so I went to wal mart they did it for me I don't think I will go

Zach Bowman is an absolutely amazing Manager for O Reilly Auto Parts . He has assisted me with so many auto parts needs and information. I have gone to him for assistance for Parts for a Staff Member s vehicle from Mt Gilead Baptist Church in Dothan Al that he was able to assist me with the part needed.I also can call him for general information and I would DEFINITIVELY trust him to assist my Wife for parts if I wasn t present. Knowing that he would be Professional.We need more Managers like Zach in the retail industry.

Went in today to get my battery replaced on my car and got it replaced but then my car wouldn't start. So they checked over everything and come to find out my car starter went out. So they got me the starter and recommended a auto repair shop across the street from them. I just wanted to say thank you for helping me out and I will be doing business with them for now on.

Took a minute to find this place as Google Maps had it wrong (it's fixed now) so I called & they gave me directions. Very friendly staff. Terri was especially helpful & even carried a few things to my car with me.I feel bad for the other reviewer who's part didn't come in on time, however I feel like that was more likely the senders fault.Always had good experiences with O'Reilly so I'm glad to see one in Daleville. Plus there usually a 10% military discount & they price match competitors.

Bad 1st impressionI have been shopping at the store in enterprise for years so naturaly I was extremely happy that one was opening in Daleville! Well I ordered a part that I desperately needed and was told they would have it in store by 11am today I go in about 1:00pm to pick it up and while the lady was looking for it I selected a few tools o needed .. she came from the back saying they didn't send it but they could have it Wednesday ... I NEEDED that part TODAY! I was needless to say very dissapointed, Very very discusted I will not be a coustomer... I'll stick with the enterprise store!

I walked into the store asked where the spark plug sockets were and realized I didn't have my card so I put it back went to the counter asked how much 4 spark plugs was and then I walked out to my car and a employee came to my car accuse me of stealing the socket so I walk back in and took him right where I put the socket and he is rude as hell about it so I walked out I will not be spending my money replace it does not have good customer service go to the other auto parts store and daleville you want any real service

Crew there work really hard to help the customer and even diagnose their issue before buying a part the customer may not need. Thanks O'Reilly
