The staff are great and very helpful but the computer system they use is garbage, I can't get a single part that just fits without the need for modification. It's an older vehicle, I understand parts are hard to come by but I'd rather have no part than be given a part that doesn't fit and spend hours tearing my engine apart just to see the one that's in it is different. I personally feel like someone owes me for my time wasted and the total inconvenience. Follow up: I go in to return the wrong part that was given to me and they find me in the computer, it tells them the part was sold to me and for how much yet they can only refund me store credit without a receipt. There's about to be a problem and I recommend somebody reach out to me before I make it even. I will be compensated and then some if I have to do it. I will never be using another advanced auto again, O'Reilly would never do this to a customer. Do better advanced.

I needed a new battery for my truck. The young man not only checked to make sure that was the issue, but he changed the battery for me. Great guy. I am super appreciative.

I love going to this location because I've sparked up conversation with most of the employees on an individual basis and learned that they are great people. The fact that they are knowledgeable on any question you ask makes it worth the trip.

Nice sales people here who are pretty knowledgeable of auto parts and fitment, however, I wish they had a larger stock and variety of things. Either way, shopping here gets the job done. Oh, they also honor military discounts which is awesome.

Guy walked me through every rotor the fit my truck. He was very informative, except for the part about they not having any of the rotors he gave me the history on. Time, patience, and daylight was wasted. Of course he meant well.

Great place to get parts. There's a secret to save moneyBuy your part online and most of the time it's cheaper and they almost always give %20 off and another $5 off in perks. You can save a lot of money.

Didn't have what I needed had 2 wait 4 order 2 come in and it was worng had 2 wait again so be sure u get the right thing if not in stock

Guy sold me double the amount of product I need for my truck and the cheap ones at that. I went back returned everything and bought the product he should have suggested instead of giving me junk

This is the second battery I bought from them that they couldn't"t install. I'm talking about a silverado and a mercury grand marquis. The man asked me if I had tolols at home! I'm going somewhere else.

My AC went out on me while I was on my way out of town. Stopped in, got what I needed fast, got my AC working again, and was on my way with cold air in no time.
