Looked online for part which said in stocks. After 15 minutes of searching by 2 employees I was told - sorry we don't have it. Not 1st time this has happened. They did call and confirm Calera store did.

Tried to clean my windshield. My car lets me know that I am low on windshield wiper fluid. Lucky for me, there is an O'REILLY'S Auto Parts close by. Walked in and greeted ( Hi, How are you) I explained I needed the windshield wiper fluid for the car. Very nice and helpful. Payment made. No waiting. Thanked me. Store was stocked and neat. The appearance of the store was cleaner than I expected. I am glad that I stopped by the O'REILLY AUTO Parts Store to get the item I needed.

The guy that helped me was okay he just didn't want to go that extra mile after asking me questions that clearly proved I needed help and after I made my purchase he asked if there was anything else he could do and I smiled and said.. you wouldn't put them on for me would you.. not that I was expecting him to.. he just looked at me and shook his head no.. so..keeping my fingers crossed that I put them on right and don't lose one..lol.. management there is pretty awesome though.. your the best William..

O'Reilly's in Columbiana Alabama is a very good place to go find parts for your vehicle the help does they're do employees they are very knowledgeable of their parts and where they are they're very respectful there's one woman that works there releasing girl she different knows what part that goes where and she knows how to look up stuff that you need if you can't really call it by name with you somewhat describe it she continues after work that's a good girl

Good selection of accessories and parts but be careful of the pricing, I went to buy a quart of oil and wound up going down the road and purchasing it and saved me about 3 dollars for the same brand same viscosity identical oil. So just check your pricing.

I always have a good experience when I stop in. The guys are ready and willing to help with whatever I need. Very knowledgeable as well.

i been there tonight 5 minutes before 9 i wanna buy something fast and a guy was outside talking w other persons then he go where i was parking and he told me they was closed 30 secons ago really at the hours said they close 9 pm the owners or partners they need to put more attencion in their busuness i own a business in columbiana and thats not right for the customers

Chris got my battery on in no time. He knew exactly what to do. And my truck isn t an easy truck to change a battery out in. Fuse link, tight spots, etc. go see these guys!

These guys will take time to help you with questions about your vehicle and even installation on minor things such as windshield wipers, oil change or figuring out what's wrong with your car for free.

Bought a distributor from here and it ran a year and locked up and messed my motor up, also bought a pinion bearing didn't come with a race and bought a hub assembly lasted a week
