I love that I can trust Chelsea Tire Pros. I'm not a mechanic so I have to know that when I take my vehicle in some where that I can trust the people that I leave it with. Took my car in yesterday knowing that I needed brakes due to a noise I was hearing. They called and said the brakes look like new and it was just a rock that had gotten trapped behind the pads. Thank you Chelsea Tire for being Honest and dependable. Ray Franklin

I have 3 vehicles serviced by Chelsea Tire. Nail in tire, slow leak. Called made an appointment, in and out in less than an hour. Great friendly service.

I stopped by Chelsea Tire Pros last night about an hour before they closed. I had a small wheel/tire issue that I needed addressed ASAP. I knew it was a long shot that it could be taken care of that late in the evening. Upon my arrival, Zach and the crew promptly addressed my need, and I was finished in minutes. The entire staff was extremely kind and courteous, and far exceeded what I felt was an unrealistic expectation that close to the end of the work day. Working in a small business myself, their customer service was second to none. Thank you again CTP for your help getting my car back rolling down the road!

The Team at Chelsea Tire Pros are the real deal. Zac and the guys up front are on point with estimates and times along with great pricing on labor and parts! The guys in shop are very experienced and knowledgeable. From Les to Clyde they are all up to date on all new technology as well! Highly recommend this team to take care of all your vehicles. They take care of our family fleet!

These guys do more than just tires, and they care about their work. Under the hood was left clean! For a 20 year old car, the engine compartment now looks showroom approved.

Always love working with these guy! Alan is great to work with. We have purchased tire sets for both of our cars this year! The customer service and quality of service is exceptional. Recently my wife hit a curb and need the new tire fixed ASAP. We were able to have the tire ordered and taken care of very quickly and they were able to work around our busy work schedule. I highly recommend Chelsea Tire Pros to all! Great price and great crew!

Very friendly and professional! I trust them to take care of my car, be it routine maintenance or an unexpected repair. I've been a loyal customer for over 6 years. They have a convenient location, walking distance from some fast food places and a store. The waiting room is nice too. Highly Recommended!

Very professional independent shop. If you take the time to make an appointment they take the time to keep you updated, and back on the road. Somewhat difficult to get to, but worth it.

Used them for a rim replacement and TPS reset on a 2018 LX570. Handled same day, and no black fingerprints everywhere. I didn t have my spare so TPS reset wouldn t work. Tracy went ahead and scanned that day, and then when I brought it back with the spare at no charge to confirm it would all work with their system. It did. Tracy made things easy and looked ahead. Will be back.

Professional courteous and took care of my issues on my truck they are reasonably and competitive pricing on their products. They also have great communication with any issues they may find while working on your vehicle. They strive to be the best and to keep you safe in doing so. Highly recommend

1st time using Chelsea tire pros. I definitely recommend. It was easy to set up an appt online, brought my car in for brake service new rotors and pads. Entire staff was friendly, called with an estimate and had the car ready the same day. Price was in the range I was expecting.

Benny was great and very helpful!! These guys are so incredibly busy and they made it convenient for me to bring my car up there to get new tires. I called them on a Wednesday afternoon and had new tires on my car Friday morning and they even had to order the tires, they weren t even in stock! The men working on 7/1/2022 were extremely professional! I went in for a balance and rotation. After leaving, my truck had a wobble worse than when I went in. Took it back, they checked for a dropped weight, and found a tire that was suspected to be bad.They men tried to refund my money! I split the cost with them, as they insisted I get refunded, yet those guys did quality work no matter! I was on my way to an event for my son and had problems a with a tire which left me unable to continue the trip. They went out of their way to help me and get me back on the road within a couple of hours even though they were already very busy. While they aren t the closest to where I live, they ve earned my trust and future business so I ll go to them for my future auto services.

I had my wife s car there to have an injector replaced. Tracey called with diag results and walked me through all options including pricing. I decided to have all injectors replaced. He told me they would have it done by next day at close of business. Much to my surprise, it was completed a day ahead of schedule. Car runs like a dream and the wife is happy again!!
