While visiting family in Chatom (I am from our of state) my check engine light came on. I took my truck to have it checked out. I needed a newthermostat and they had the parts on hand. They were so helpful and friendly. They got me in quickly so I could return home on time. Thank u Chatom Motors

I'm a contract worker so I don't live in the area. I generally have service work done at my home. However, there are times when service is needed when I'm out of town.I have had service done at Chatom Motors 3 times. Today being the third time. I always ask for tire rotation along with oil, filter, and lube. The receipt stated, "tire rotation included with oil change." TIRE ROTATION DID NOT HAPPEN!They offered to correct the situation, but I'm staying 30 miles away and do not have time to return.I won't be back because I'm leaving the state for the next job. If I were to have service done there again, I would watch everything they did. I even have question if they did oil change, filter, and lube.Just a warning, if you take your vehicle for service at Chatom Motors, verify that the work has been done. Do Not Trust The Service Department Saying The Work Was Done.

We had a terrible experience with this place. One of the guys that works there kept telling us he couldn t negotiate on the price because it would put them in the hole . Based on all my years in customer service, I would NEVER tell a prospective buyer that they couldn t negotiate a price because it would put them in the hole . It made me feel that we should go to another dealership since they made it seem like they would close soon due to being in the hole. Now I understand why people don t shop here and take their business elsewhere. We still bought a truck here (only because we knew the prior owner and knew it had been taken care of) but the service was horrible and the car dealers didn t know what they were doing. The truck we were purchasing only had one key fob. They refused to order a new one but finally gave in and ordered us one after trying to put us on a guilt trip about the expense. The only highlight of our shopping experience was working with Molinda Jo. She ordered us a new key fob in a matter of minutes! She is the best employee at this place!

All around great place to do business, whether you are there for Sales, Service, or Parts. Friendly faces. Great management. The staff here is always readily available to answer any questions that may arise. Worth a drive for the prices and customer service experience!!
