I had them put an exhaust system on my truck just a few months ago. Something is loose and making a horrible noise. I waited there for about 30 minutes for someone to finally show up. When they did show up, they said they were close for good. I asked him if he could at least take a look at it and tell me what was rattling. He told me what was wrong but wouldn t fix it because they are closed. It s probably a good thing they re closed because I don t see myself going back there again for exhaust work on my vehicles. Dixon Tire in Boaz has an exhaust person.

Went there with my 2001 Corvette to get exhaust work done and they told me that my car was too low to drive on any lifts that they have.The hilarious part of this entire situation is low and behold, the third picture in their photo album they uploaded to their Google ad, literally has the same exact car suspended in the air on one of their lifts. This obviously is nothing short of one or more of four obvious facts. Number one, false advertisement. Number two, poor management/negligence. Number three, an oxymoron. Number four, all of the above. The only one I would recommend this place to, would be to the Better Business Bureau for blacklisting.

Very friendly and kind, didn't over charge me, work was done in a timely manner. Overall great service! Unfortunately, he was unable to fix my car because it has other issues. Still without a car. If I can ever fix it I'll be going back to have a new muffler installed.

the owner is one of the most colorful characters i ever met, and he really knows his stuff. been a while since i have been in there, but they always fix you up! only place i ever go when i need exhaust work done.

Great pricing, good service, quality work, and have good selection of mufflers. The welds look nice and strong. The people there have good knowledge of what to put on your car and can put together a great custom exhaust without killing the bank, I was surprised to hear how cheap it was going to be. Before you invest in a aftermarket system I would give these guys custom setup a try. Very satisfied with Sand Mountain Muffler.

Not open when they say they are, very irritating when you talked to them the day before and told them you would be there first thing in the morning, we waited an hour and still nobody showed up, I'm sure they do good work but there not very punctual
