My husband and I used Sammy today to buy our new to us Chevy Tahoe. He was absolutely amazing with communication. We live two hours away and he sent videos outside of what we saw posted, drove it for us, had his boss drive it, pulled the Carfax, and even put a new set of tires on. It was cleaned up and ready to go when we got there for the test drive. We were in and out in 45 minutes including paperwork. We had no issues and definitely recommend Sammy and Lowery Brothers!

Great vehicles and great prices and great people!Josh walked out the door as soon as we got out and was ready to help my S/O find his truck! He only helped us ALL day while my S/O wanted to test drive every truck lol! He was so easy to work with and was so patient with us having our 3 young kids But at the end of the day he helped us find what we were looking for!Definitely recommend!Will probably be back in the future.

My hunny and I researched for days where the best deals were for the Tahoe we wanted. It s how we ended up here. Sammy the sales man was fantastic, won t take it from him. However, we purchased our Tahoe, drove home. In the morning we start playing with buttons, getting familiar with our new truck and, omg , the oil was at 11%. Wow! So of course we check it, sure enough dark as night.We are mad at ourselves for not doing a full inspection when we know better, but truly disappointed at this dealer whom we were sure had done us right. Oh, and to top it off there was a rag as the cap for the windshield washer fluid reservoir.Dang, just when I thought I had finally found a good one to tell my kids about Make sure to check all important things. Don t let the joy of finding your perfect deal get you out of the zone of protecting your pocketbook.

They are a decent place to shop without being bombarded with several salesman trying to coax you into a "deal". I've bought three cars from them over the last 5 years. All have been good, and anytime I've found something wrong with paint, chips, or dents. They've always fixed them free.

Bought a Mazda CX-5 from them recently. I drove from Chicago to Boaz and back again just to pick up this car as it was exactly what I wanted. 100% would be willing to do it again given the experience I had. I worked with Josh and I could not have asked for a better salesman! I spoke on the phone with him prior to driving down, and he knowing how far I was coming set the car aside to reserve it for me. When I arrived, everything was ready for me to just pull up, test drive and walk away with my new car. 5 star service, 5 star people, great experience!

Love the atmosphere pretty much everyone there is friendly and just trying to help you find something that you like and wanna drive. The car was pretty awesome I had no problems at all till about two months and a thousand miles later now I'm close to 3,000 dollars in the hole from oil consumption issues, the throttle body needed to be entirely replaced, the purge pump, all four tires were dangerous to drive on, the brakes were a couple millimeters away from grinding on metal. So far it won't drive even after all of that being replaced so not sure I'd exactly recommend these scalpers but if your not a complete novice like me maybe they aren't able to pull the wool over your eyes.

I have known Terry Lowery since I was 10 and my family has purchased over 30 vehicles in our lifetime from Lowery Brothers. We would never go anywhere else for a used car.To make long story short, I moved back to AL 2 years ago (prior Army), and being a car guy, this was the only place I wanted to work at.I am now a salesman at Lowery Brothers where I have learned the meticolous process we take to ensure happy clients and the continuance of returned clients and quality vehicles.I have found huge success here and I am proud to be part of this great family owned business.

I purchased a 2015 Ford Mustang from the main Lowery Brothers lot in Boaz. This is my PERSONAL experience.Lowery Brothers has super attentive, friendly and compassionate staff. I dealt with Carmella and she was wonderful at getting the exact vehicle I was looking for. Not only that but they also have many financing options available with a wide variety of vehicles to choose from. I would HIGHLY recommend shopping for your next vehicle here. I bought my daughter s first car here a 2017 Toyota Corolla we ve had a few months now. It has been a good car so far and I feel I got a good deal on it from comparing other prices. One of the tires needed replacing so the dealer did do that but we realized the windshield leaked badly after we bought it so I had to pay to have that fixed out of pocket. So much rain came in the car all the carpet molded. I suggest checking the carfax of every car and get it checked by an independent mechanic first before purchasing. They don t sell just clean carfax cars with no issues so buyer beware. Also get your own financing never use a dealer. The sales kid was nice but I knew more than him. Process was pretty quick and easy. This will most likely be the first and last car I purchase from Lowery Bro s next time I will use a more reputable dealer but it s getting more difficult to find good cheap cars now days.

Beware: In August, 2023 I bought a 2008 Lexus RX 350 from Lowery Brothers. A month later, after spending $3000 in repairs I confirmed the car has a used 2007 Toyota Avalon engine with unknown mileage in it, and told by Lowery it has catalytic converters that need replacing.Lowery Brothers sold the car as "low mileage" with only 98,000 miles on it. They did not disclose the engine replacement. An expert Lexus mechanic in Birmingham said this after inspecting the car: "Do not spend another dollar--get rid of it immediately."I called Lowery Brothers and they said "Sorry. We didn't know that". They should have. Their mechanics should have, and may have told them, but they did not tell me. They offered no recourse. They made sure legally they do not have to. This is Alabama. You are on your own after purchase.A month and a half later, no title. I called and discovered they had not yet sent it in to be processed. "We're covered up with a lot of sales." Paid them $398 to handle this as that's what they demanded. Don't trust them.I'd give them zero stars if I could. We will lose $8,000 even if we can salvage the maximum value from this debacle.
