Jason was awesome in his knowledge of my vehicle. Adam was the nicest guy ever! Jacob and the pit guys are always friendly and helpful. We are needless to say repeat customers.

Went for a full inspection. They said I needed breaks and rotors, quoted me for $400 worth of work. Took it to my old shop in Guntersville because they were going to do it cheaper. Nothing wrong with breaks or rotors. They said there were burn spots and the rotors and breaks needed replacing. So you can put two and two together. I will never use them again, and I will push for others not to do the same. I have also reported them to the business bureau. My fiance is getting his checked because they told him the same thing. I will update soon. (Update: his breaks and rotors are fine too). Lastly, I would like to add a thank you note to the employees and business, because I now understand the importance of getting a second opinion. And I'm glad I was smart enough to call around because you didn't fool me or my fiance out of $400 like you wanted.

I arrived to have my work truck serviced, It happen quickly, but the two bays were filled and they wasn't sure when they could get to my tire rotation. Ruban pulled my truck around back and two other team members jacked up.my truck and rotated my tires and got me out quickly and effectively. Very pleased with their service and appreciate them going above and beyond the call of duty.

This place does more than just oil and tire changes, I brought my 2011 Silverado in to get the lower ball joints replaced and an alignment done. Jason did great work, having a shop you can trust is helpful with jobs you can't do at home. I plan on taking it back up soon to have the leaf springs replaced by them as well. Prices are fair and the quality of work is just what you'd want.

I came in because my oil light had popped up on a car I had just purchased & Jacob was so helpful and looked into the problem for me. He found my problem & was very helpful, friendly & went above and beyond to make sure to get me taken care of. There need to be more people out there like Jacob!! Thank you again. I will be coming here from now on .

Jacob is the best!! I ve been getting my oil changed at this location since 2020 (mobile location since 2015) and no one has ever told me about a cabin filter!!! Jacob got that fixed for me and I can tell a huge difference in the heat coming through. Jacob is very personable, polite, and very respectful! I ll be back and hopefully Jacob will be there too!!

Was riding through Boaz and decided to stop and have my oil changed. I want to give a shout out to Jacob! He was awesome! I ve been to several locations and this was by far my best experience. Not only was I in and out but Jacob was able to answer every question I had. Thanks again Jacob!

Every time I have visited this business, the staff have been so kind. I drive a lot for my work, so my car needs maintenance pretty regularly. When I visit this Express Oil Change, the gentlemen are really nice and they make sure my car runs the way it should.I definitely recommend them!Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

All of the employees at this location were great! They were knowledgeable, friendly, and talked everything through as they went. They provided options and verified our wants/needs before providing their services. The team demonstrated great communication with each other and the customers. We were here from out of state and were highly impressed with the quality of product and serivice! Thanks to these guys signing us up for promotions and service records, we will be searching for a branch in our home state and plan to stay loyal customers! Great job guys!

Gage and the Pit Crew at Express Oil Change in Boaz are fabulous. Kinda like a NASCAR pit stop, with checklist complete, I'm out of the bay and back on the Hwy 431 track. Love these guys!

First time taken my car there very nice guy that we talked to changed my oil showed us the stick when done checked other things for us talked to us about what needed to be done gave us paper work. We never had to get out of our car gave us prices on tires will be going here for our needs for the car very good people. Thank yall.

I started using Express Oil Change a few months ago and will never go anywhere else. They are always so nice & thorough but get it done in a timely manner! I never feel pressured to purchase wipers or anything else I don't really need. Just needed an oil change, but got held up over a quote I never asked for. I was aware I had a valve cover gasket leaking and was told it was "pouring oil", this was an exaggeration. Their quote was for $150, $120 after I told them I already had the gasket. Ended up getting it done for about half the price elsewhere. If someone says "I just need an oil change", don't waste their time with an overpriced quote they never asked for.

I recently went to the Boaz Express Oil Change for an oil change service. Manager Ruben Perez and his team were kind, courteous, and highly professional! One of the best experiences at an automotive shop I have had. I definitely recommend them!

The convenience of being able to go to any Express is great. They ve serviced all my vehicles for the last 5 years. Today was the first time I ve met Trevor, and he was doing a phenomenal job training a new guy. Trevor was also very helpful on making sure I knew all the pricing and explaining what is needed for my car. I highly recommend stopping here for whatever you need!

Been here many times they always try to up sell ask if ya want this or that cause it needs replacing ya know tell ya if ya have a leak or what have ya help ya change ya oil light off ect. Not today the older man asked if I wanted oil change and when I asked what the prices were he got huffy then I said yess cause really dont have an opinion plus wanted to know where the leak was at on my new used car been going thru oil. Well after everything was done he didn't help me turn off need change oil message and he was rushing me out the bay but I stoped him and had to ask if there was an oil leak again he got huffy with me and was like if ya check ya recipt it says and well. The point is I had to ask when all previous times I have been there it was automatically said if something is in need of or leaking, and that he had a huffy additued when I asked questions. Due better and go back to letting ppl know when there are leaks not assuming everyone is gonna look over there recipt I already knew about me having an oil leak what if someone else doesn't know they have one

I ve used Express Oil for my oil changes for 10 years, but this last visit really surprised me! David was so incredibly nice and polite. He explained everything well and it was a joy to have him service my car!

Ethan and Trevor at the Boaz location are awesome!!! Hands down if you need a simple service to your vehicle, stop in and ask for them! They are very friendly and caring guys, honesty is hard to find these days and these guys are as honest as they come!
