Worst place to buy tires! They don't back up the tires they sell or the work they do. I bought 4 brand new tires there not even 2 years ago, I went to have them balanced and rotated again, bauld! He said not even worth rotating! No excuses, no offer to make it right. I'm a single, disabled woman living on limited income. I'm not stupid. Tires last longer than this! I can't afford to buy 4 brand new tires every year and half. This place is sorry! First and last time doing business with them.

I got a very good price on Michelin Tires here for my truck. Very friendly and efficient staff. I found A very clean lobby and restrooms while I waited for tires to be mounted and balanced.

They worked me in late on a Friday afternoon. I brought a rim in for my utility trailer and they had a new tire on and loaded in the back of my truck in no time. I had told them ahead of time that it wasn't an emergency or broken down on the side of the road and that my trailer was in my back yard. They worked it in anyway. I've been there a few times in the past but I'm not what I'd call a regular customer. I've always felt like they did me right. Maybe I should be a regular customer in the future.

I went to get my wife's tires rotated and balanced. In and out in less than an hour. They also reset a tire sensor for FREE

Do Not. Recommend!! I told Scott Dixon that I was pretty sure it was my FRONT brakes scrubbing. A test drive by Scott Dixon and 2 other guys checking it out...are adamant it's the back brakes. New brake pads AND rotors on the back went from <$100 to $415 AND my FRONT brakes are still scrubbing. Scott said his "very best in the area" mechanic said the old rotors couldn't be turned. I hope this mechanic isn't the same mechanic that said it was my back brakes to start with. I took my old rotors to TWO of their local competitors and, without a back story, both said they'd turn the rotors. I told Scott this and asked what he would do to rectify this. He said, "Nothing" and that if it was HIS vehicle he'd be happy that he had new brakes. Ummm, yeah, first HE didn't pay all that extra money AND they weren't the ones that were scrubbing! I asked Scott that if I went and got the old ones turned (for $20 each) and had them put back on, could I return the rotors that he sold me (@ $124.95 + tax EACH) that I didn't need. He said his Shop Mgr wouldn't allow them to be returned. Dang Scott... you're one of the owners, can't you override your "shop mgr"? Oh, that's because it's his brother, Mike. Who DID NOT CALL ME after I requested him to at Scott's recommendation. And Scott will not reply either. Scott is a nothing but a smart aleck wanna be salesman that got tripped up on his fancy, double talking, "try to sooth me over" verbage more than once.

Moved back to Sand Mtn. after 55 yrs. from TX. Sure there are other good dealers. I shopped some. I went here, instantly welcomed, not pressured, trustworthy advice. I'm most picky, wanting the very best. I could have spent almost double for what I wanted, but didn't have to. Was quick. I couldn't finish solitaire game on phone & was done. I had great feeling in my spirit. I became a returning and loyal customer who saved $400+ for same quality plus road hazard, free rotation, super warranty. Thanks DIXON, my highest rating, most highly recommended+++++! Always had greatness from Discount Tire in Texas but DIXON far exceeded. expectations.

They did excellent on putting new brakes. They seen I needed some new brake lines and fixed them. They showed me what the old ones looked like so I would know that they weren't trying to price gouge. Pretty thorough.

Best tire shop I have ever been to. My Tahoe was showing low pressure and I pulled in. The guy immediately checked it out, got a self tapping screw out of it and had me back on the road less than 25 minutes. I cant say enough good things about this place!!

I was extremely pleased with the service I received. I was greeted with a friendly smile , great price, and extremely fast service. In and out within 20 minutes. Will use Dixon Tire & Service Center from this day on. Extremely pleased.

These guys are the real deal. They got me in on a walk in very fast. Normally the tire prices are outrageous but these guys give you the best price they can.

Kind and knowledgeable, they've helped me with a slew of issued and almost always at the least cost when shopping around. Even when they weren't the cheapest, the quality of service was enough that I was okay paying a bit more.

They cancelled an appointment with the excuse of me being 7 minutes late seemingly to make more money off the kid who walked in after me. Also, the best thing in Boaz that keeps people needing tire work is their own parking lot Go somewhere else

Good place to buy tires. They have new tires of course and even a small selection of cheap pull-offs. They've got me in and out quick every time I've been.
