I can t recommend these folks enough! I bought a 2024 Chevy Tahoe last week and Adam Berry made it the most smooth and educational experience ever! He even helped with all of the apps, etc. so I didn t have to spend time figuring them out! I ll refer everyone I know to Chevrolet of Boaz!

Barry was wonderful in handling our purchase. He explained all features of the car and even helped with setting up the phone app. All other people we interacted with were very helpful and extremely knowledge and nice.

When it comes to buying the BIG things in your life, i am Very Very picky. I was looking for 2021 Suburban Z71 in specific color. I found that they are about to get one. When I called them Ronnie Day told me someone is already waiting for it but if they backed out i will be second in line. As soon as the car arrived he called me and gave me the price that beat every dealership in my state by miles. I drove 7 hours up and down from Georgia to get that car. These people are honest from very first call. They won t act like other dealers to come down and then bargain. They will tell you best price upfront on phone then it s your choice either you buy or not. Another best thing is they will explain you process initially so you don t get and surprises later. I ended up buying the best car of my life from them in 1 day. Ronnie Day was great throughout the process. Brandy also is a great lady to work with.Wish them all the best for the business.

I called and spoke with Brittany who was extremely helpful in getting the information that I needed. She even set aside a vehicle for me to come and look at. When we arrived we were introduced to Jeremy who was awesome. He walked us through everything financially and got us a great deal on a new Trail Boss. We are extremely satisfied and will definitely recommend both of them to anyone needing a new Chevrolet.

Best experience I have ever had. Jason White in sales was very knowledgeable, informative, and helpful!! Awesome guy!!! Brian Norris is hands down the best finance manager I have ever dealt with, super efficient, made the purchase quick and easy!!! Will definitely do business with Chevrolet of Boaz again and will recommended them to anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle, awesome dealer!!!!!!

Great experience. The salesman (Tyler Hooper) had a 24 2500 as a personal truck. He was VERY knowledgeable about all the bells and whistles and did a great job explaining things! Well done.

Purchased a truck from here. Great experience. One of the easiest vehicle purchases I've made. My salesman was Lee Hicks. Great communication and straight forward. Brain Norris the finance manager was friendly and made the process fast and simple. Highly recommend if you're in the market for a Chevrolet.

Six stars if I could !!!!From start to finish, THEE BEST car buying experience I ve ever had.No stress, ezy-peezy !!!!Salesman, Adam Berry, did over & above to satisfy the transaction. There was a minor electrical problem with the car. Adam had the car trailered to the dealership, got EVERYTHING fixed & set up the way I wanted and brought the car back to all in one day. 100 miles round trip. Excellent car buying experience.

Just had my first service completed on my 2023 Silverado that I purchased from Chevrolet of Boaz- Had a 9 AM appointment- truck went in right on time and I was out of the waiting room in 35 minutes- Hats off to the service team for great on time service.

This was my first experience of buying a car and it was absolutely all I could've asked for! We went one weekend to look at a car I saw online. While he did show us other cars similar, there was absolutely no pressure to even test drive them much less pushing us to purchase. We test drove the one I wanted and went back the next weekend to purchase. Super easy and such a fantastic team to do business with! Thank you all for making my first car shopping experience AMAZING!

Came in to buy a replacement passenger side mirror part/component for my 2021 Silverado 1500. I told the guy I wasn't wanting to replace the whole thing if possible because the automatic car wash had only broken the plastic clips and everything else was intact still. I asked which piece(s) I would need to buy in that case. He then proceeds to say just let me know when you figure it out, so I got up and left after that. If you can't get up off your lazy 4$$ to actually look and help me for 5 minutes then why would I give you my business or recommend your dealership to anyone. Now to find a different Chevy dealership with helpful, respectful employees.

10/10. From the beginning to the end of my car buying experience, I had an unbelievable time purchasing. Tyler was my sales rep and was a pleasure to work with. They were honest, transparent, and constantly working to find the best deal for us. Even when we agreed on a deal, the Finance Manager was able to find us an even better deal in the final moments of signing the papers. Would recommend every time!

I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and I will have to say tnat out of all the vehicles that I have purchased in my lifetime at the age of 61 that these two have been the simplest and most hassle free purchases ever. the sales staff are not pushy and are very friendly and attentive to whatever your situation is and are willing to work with you at all costs. I have been very satisfied with my interactions with the staff here and will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone that I know looking for a vehicle!

Best overall vehicle purchase experience I've had in my 51 years!! Absolutely exceptional from vehicle selection, to financing, to providing information on the vehicle functionality. When I arrived to pay for the vehicle, all the paperwork was ready and I was out driving my new vehicle inside of 15 minutes. I could not have had a better experience. Phenomenal!

This is our second new vehicle we have bought through this dealership. Our 1st one was a 2013 1LE Camaro. When I walked in I told them what I was looking for, 2019 High Country 1500 Silverado, Ronnie Day was assigned as my sales person. He was very pleasant and great. We went out and looked at the truck, came back and got the keys and took the truck for a test drive. After the test drive I told him that was the truck I wanted and we started the paperwork. Told him we where trading in my 2012 ZL1 and my wife's 2013 1LE. After they did the trade in values on both cars we came to an agreeable number we signed paperwork. It was the smoothest vehicle transaction I had. We will be back to purchase another vehicle. Thank you to all the people involved with this purchase.
