I've been there twice this week. The first time I went I was in a hurry. I was very impressed by Cody. He was fast & very good at his job. I've never seen anyone change out tires so fast. I own a transport business so I own several trucks, trailers & cars. I buy at least 6 tires a month. If you go ask for Cody. He's young but very talented at his job. A natural. I was so impressed that I went back again today.

Very friendly and helpful. We had to have our tire ordered but it came in today just like it was supposed to and bought and put on was cheaper than Economy Tire of Albertville has been selling us for new single tires. So thank u for y'alls quick service this afternoon. If we need tires again y'all have our business.

I was immediately seen as soon as I walked through the door. I had a tire repaired and it was really cheap. The service was great and I had it repaired within 10 minutes.

This tire shop will offer quality prices and fast and friendly service depending on your car's needs. My family and I have purchased tires from this establishment for over 5 years and nothing comes close to the competitive prices they will offer. Service is fast and prompt and will give you a free estimate on the spot.

I had a terrible experience here about a month ago. I came in to replace a ball joint that the mechanic said needed to be replaced. It was suppose to be less than $195 and he then came back to tell me it was actually a different part he needed to replace. The price jumped up to $500. I told him if I could leave somewhere else to get a second opinion, but he said he couldn t place the parts back together since they were so badly stripped. I had to bring extra help with me, and turns he didn t need to replace the ball joint, it was fine. The stripped part had to be completely replaced, how did the part get stripped was my question the whole time. I had to wait a total of 7 hours since we had to go back and forth. It was such a hassle, and I didn t feel like I could trust them. The owner stepped in and gave me an offer, I took it. I wanted to get out of there ASAP. I had to get my car checked afterwards to see if the job had been done, which was an additional cost. Now that s it s been a month later the same noise is back again. Ladies, if you go here make sure to bring someone with you, preferably a man.

If you need an alignment and they do it without incident that is great for you. If they back your car into another vehicle causing thousands in damages don t expect to get any satisfaction from them. They will withhold information from you and rudely rebuff you. This could have been so easy had they just been honest with me from the time of the accident.Addendum - it is now seven months after the accident. Boaz Wholesale Tire continues to stonewall and refuses to work with my insurance company and will not reimburse me for my out-of-pocket deductible. The owner hung up on me this morning.Addendum 2. - Filed complaint with Better Business Bureau. They have failed to respond. Will be filing suit in court next week. Owner has been absolutely disgusting concerning the whole affair.

The place is great. They are always speedy and the employees are always friendly. Best prices around for brake service. I definitely recommend going there. I solely use them for brakes.

Recieved great service, good prices on tires, and the facilities are nice and clean. Would give 5 stars but the guy that parked my truck out front when it was done left my window down when it was raining outside.

I drove from Gadsden to Boaz on 1/11/18 and purchased four new tires, my car had been vibrating since I left the shop. It did not really start bothering me until about a year. So I took my car back and had to pay for a frontend alignment and purchase two more on 4/6/2019; it started it again and I had to make time to take it back again but this time they said the tire on back was OLD . and I needed to buy a new one; I showed my receipt from when I bought them new and they said I could have a tire at cost... They took off 30 dollars. Then when I expressed my feels they took forever to fix it.. I finally got to leave only to turn around and go right back... They did not balance my tires but when I got back for them to fix it to punish me they took people after me before me and it was not my fault.. They do not take appointments first come first serve only.. Boy they got some great costumer service and the help ever took it to the owner David Terrell well David I do not believe your only making 30 per tire and I should not of had to pay anything the tire was old and that was the words of your employee!! to you!!

David gave us a great deal on tires for my car and tires for my husband's truck he was very helpful and informative especially since I didn't know what I was needing I would recommend them to anyone
