Discovered the problem with my car. Had it repaired, and i was on my way in about an hour. That included waiting for a part to be delivered. He also checked the fluids under the hood, checked the brakes, and indicated on the receipt part that was replaced and things that would be needed in the future. All which I feel was a fair price.

The staff and workers was very kind and friendly Mr Brown the owner was very nice and addressed all of my car issues and kept me updated on problems and price Great Folks and Highly Recommend

I feel lucky to have found Ben Brown Automotive. They are honest, hardworking, and go the extra mile. Ben helped us several times with our van and was always been great to interact with and fair to us. I came to them after having bad experiences with a dealership repair shop in the area. We have since moved from the area and now I will be on the search for a shop of similar values... which I feel will be hard to findServices: Steering & suspension replacement, Engine repair, Auto maintenance

Ben was Amazing and a honest mechanic. Unlike other shops that s all about money he found the exact problem fixed it. I recommend anyone to him that has car problems!!

Ben does good work and is an honest business owner. I recently had my Subaru repaired, but it continued to have some small issues. Ben made an additional follow up repair and changed the oil at no charge. No pressure from me... He just felt it was the right thing to do. I'll definitely go back when I need future repair work done. An honest man is hard to find these days... Thanks Ben!BTW... The Subaru is running great... He's one of the few in Marshall Co. That can work on Japanese imports... and get it right. Much cheaper than a trip to the Dealership in Huntsville.

I started going to Ben Brown Automotive when I started driving Nissans. Ben worked as the mechanic at the Nissan Dealership for 100 years before starting his own business, so he is an absolute expert on Nissans. My husband and I take our vehicles to him for every oil change. We also use him every time we have an issue. He has gone above and beyond for us, always working with us to make sure we can get back into our vehicles as soon as possible, and making sure we have a complete understanding of the issue and that we're comfortable with his approach to getting our vehicles back in working order. Ben even tells us when there's something that may be outside of his scope. He is just an honest, dependable man who I have and always will trust with my family's vehicles.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change
