Went inside to drop off my car. Said it would be about an hour to hour and an half and I d get a text when ready. It s now been 4 hours with no text. Confirmed they had the correct number before I left. I ve been calling the whole afternoon and no answer. About to drive across town for them to almost certainly tell me my car is not ready. And Im trying to leave before the snowpocalypse hits my home town. Not impressed

The auto care team was very nice and helpful to me especially since it was almost closing time. It was getting late when I realized that my car tire had been low and I used to have a bad oil leak and it needed to be checked especially since there are no mechanics open on Sundays. I called and asked if they could check my car so that I could feel better and more secure when I am driving on the road. They said it was almost closing but they could check it. When I got there they were a blessing to me. Antonio checked & filled the air in my tires and checked my oil and helped me to buy the right oil for my car. Ken also helped me & made sure that I had enough oil in my car since I told them I used to have a leak but wasn t sure if it was still leaking. They helped me with everything I needed and I felt much better about driving. Thank you so much for helping me. May God bless you and your family and give you favor for being available to help service me and my vehicle in my time of need. Thank you so much!

The one I went to in Trussville. They don't like to work. They will make it seem like your car is so bad you can't drive it then they will tell you to go to the Roebuck store. Unbelievable

Hate this location poor customer service they didn't put a bolt back under my car. So when I left for a trip the next day. Heard a noise and a piece was half way down. Lucky Not damage Went back again trying to give them another chance. This time it was worse. I just wanted a oil change but it took 2 hours. The guy didn't know how to set the car for my next visit Had to come back the next day for the manager to set it!.

Worse service ever ,they took my car for an oil change and after 2 hours they said that they don t know how many gallons they need to fill and they wont be able to do oil change ,I asked what did they do all this times and guy told me nothing ,so I just spend 2 hours of my life waiting like an idiot....never ever will visit this Walmart again and I don t recommend it to everybody

The Roebuck Walmart auto center is trash. They were clearly open and when I went inside for service they said all the technicians were about to go to lunch in a few minutes so they couldn't do my service and told me to come back in an hour in total disrespect of my time. There was no notification or indication that they would be totally closed for lunch. If they had properly notified the public I would have never wasted my time by going there.. Such a complete waste of time. The people working at this location including the management are not smart, I would not trust them with my car and I will never go here again.Save yourself time trouble and headache. Go to Gardendale, Trussville or another location where they understand customer service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Atmosphere was mid. Entertainment was excellent. I felt like I had a front row seat to a live reality show while waiting over an hour to get my oil changed. Felt endangered.

I waited almost two hours while they had my car doing an oil change. And it was only 1 car ahead of me. I will not be returning

One of the better locations. They got me in right away and had me on my way 35 minutes later. I was impressed with how fast they got the job done. The only complaint is customer service. The lady who checked me in carried on a conversation with her coworkers while talking to me. It was like talking to someone who s on their phone. You don t know if what they re saying is to you or the other person. She didn t tell me anything such as how long it would be. Just handed me the slip and asked for my keys while still talking to coworkers.But at the end of the day, this location got the job done fast!!! and I had a gift card that covered the expense. That s what matters!

Very disappointed. Showed up at 7:30 to get four new tires and an alignment. All the doors were shut and lights off. I called and spoke to a young woman who told me they only had one technician in that day and would not be opening until 10 that morning. Three hours late? Seriously? I took my business to NTB around the corner and had a great experience.

Had made an appointment online for when they opened then when they opened told to come back later cause not enough crew, also fair bit of drama with getting tires installed. Avoid if possible, drama all day and waste of time.

The usual Walmart un concerned terrible customer service they have you waiting nobody don't even speak or tell you that the technician is not coming i overheard them talking .

Sir and Ma am that answered the phone, I m simply trying to purchase 16 inch tires. If you don t enjoy answering questions and etc regarding these matters then the auto shop is not the place for you. Customer service is so hard to come by.

Went here to get my oil changed and they had the best prices compared to anyone else around and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Very satisfied.

Was told the tire, that I checked to make sure they had in stock, was out of stock. Then, when I was going to leave, an employee walked in from the garage area and said it was closed and told me, my 3 year old and my $200+ grocery filled cart that, "I ain't gonna open the door, walk around". I've learned not to expect much in form of customer service from any Walmart, but this was ridiculous. As I was shopping, there were upset customers on almost every grocery aisle due to lack of products stocked. Wish I could give zero stars it was so terrible.

Everytime I go there it's always horrible, even the sorry manager looks at you like what do you want!!!! The customer service is horrible everytime I go there!!!

Bought wiper blades at Walmart, and there was a sign hanging up that said they would put them on your vehicle. So I checked out and drove my car around and the bays had a couple of cars that were being worked on. An Associate walked out to my car. I told her and showed her my receipt and wiper blades and communicated to her that I wanted my blades put on. She communicated it was 'gonna be a while' because they were shorthanded. She said she wasn't gonna do it, because she didn't want to tear anything up on my car. I communicated to her that I would reach out the Mgmt. I left. I attempted to call twice and went the thru the phone options. 2 calls and 2 times no one answered. I called a 3rd time and chose the 'pickup' option and asked for the Manager, and got transferred to no one again.- Poor Customer Service- Untrained Personnel working Automotive area- Offerring services and not being able to follow thru on them

Longest wait ever just to put two tires on I know I been here atleast since 9am it's 12:08 and nobody has paged me let's not mention I waited atleast 30 or more just to be checked in the manager was frustrated and it showed girl who waited on me took entirely too long to process me maybe if they focus on being professional instead of gossiping things would happen faster!

Went in for an oil change technician forgot to put oilcap back on. Didn't notice it until a week later. Went back there & they refused to take care of their mistake! Manager was rude & uncaring NEVER WILL I USE WALMART AGAIN!
