My wife's Jeep had a bad water pump and it only took them a few minutes to get it in, diagnosed, and parts approved through my extended warranty. I highly recommend this dealership for vehicle purchasing and repairs. I am so pleased with the warranty that I purchased for the used vehicle because I didn't pay anything out of pocket for the repair(Just paid supplies). I would give 10 stars if I could.

My wife and I were very satisfied with the professionalism and knowledge that Austin possessed while searching for a new vehicle. He showed us the inventory we were looking for and my wife found the vehicle she knew was hers. We left to search other dealerships but we called Austin back that afternoon and said we were coming back. When we got back, our Jeep was parked in the front of the dealership ready for us. The process was made very simple with Austin's expertise. I would highly recommend anyone for this expert sales and service.

Great buying experience. I drove about 8 hours to purchase a new Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Pinnacle and absolutely everything was exactly as promised. Collin was great to work with as a salesperson. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and the market and quick to respond to questions. Ross, the finance manager, was simply the best I've ever worked with anywhere, and I'm bought more than my share of new and used vehicles. Only thing I can complain about is the price...but that's the market's fault, not theirs. I am confident I got a fair price for an incredibly scarce vehicle. Thank you for your excellent service!

I hadn't had to go to a car dealership in a long while so was fully expecting the whole dog and pony show for anything we showed interest in. We didn't have an appointment, but Richard Portnoy said hello to us and the rest was history. Richard was polite, pleasant, and helpful in all regards without any hint of overselling or exaggeration. We eventually got the deal done and I walked out feeling like good business had been conducted. I would 10/10 buy a car from Voyles and Richard again.

This was one of the worst experiences of my life. My Jeep needed a new engine. Voyles kept my Jeep for about 8 months. They claim that they are 200 cars behind but the truth is that they chase rabbits to inflate your charges. The service team was impossible to communicate with. They dodge calls. They did unapproved work on my Jeep then charged me for it. My Jeep has a custom vinyl wrap on it. They let it sit out for so long that the wrap is now warped and faded. They broke my handle on the driver side. AND they tried to toss in several fraudulent charges. One of those charges was a SIX hour cleaning fee. Even the manager admitted that was fraudulent. The service team at Voyles is focused on one thing money. They do not care about your vehicle, your happiness, your investments, or your wallet. If you go here, study your invoice they will screw you over.

Had a LOUSY service experience with this dealership. Our second car was a Jeep that was old and had a lot of miles. We made it clear upfront we couldn't spend a lot of money on the car. They kept our car for two months and only after they had replaced parts that didn't fix the car, did they decide that the real problem was the engine needed to be replaced. They NEVER properly diagnosed the car in the beginning. We had to sell it and have it towed off their lot for less than the repair bill, without any help from them. We were disappointed in our interactions with the Service Manager. We felt cheated and disregarded, and we lost a lot of money. We will replace our car but certainly wouldn't buy it from Voyles. I would challenge the General Manager to re-examine his standards for Voyles' Service Department.

5 stars to the crew in the service department!!!!! Had an issue with the oil filter on my Gladiator and blew all the oil out. Was a good thing it happened right at the exit ramp. Limped into the dealership 30 mins before they where closing on Sat. They jumped right on it and had us back on the road in less than 20 mins. Wouldnt even allow me to pay them for the oil and new filter. I cant say enough about them. They will definitely have my business from now on. Thanks again!!!!

Bought a new Ram truck from Jessica and was very impressed with her expertise and knowledge of her products.She was so helpful and went the extra mile to find the exact vehicle I was looking for.Then the after the sale customer service was hands down the best I have seen in a long time.As a retired salesman for 27 years I know great customer service when I see it.Thank you Jessica for a job well done.

In my opinion, one of the best service departments in the state! Took my jeep in with a misfire issue and got it back running better then before. I was kept up to date for the whole repair and I really liked that. Very nice staff always wearing a smile in the service department as well.

Terrible experience with the service department. Brought my daughter s Compass in due to several systems shutting down after blowing a fuse. They would keep the vehicle for several weeks then say it was fixed only to have same issue before leaving the dealership. After months of them keeping the vehicle and throwing parts at it they just stopped working on it. We finally contacted the owner after months of getting no answers from the service department. He said he would get a resolution. The resolution was to install a larger fuse and charge us several hundred dollars for diagnostic tests. Run don t walk away from this joke of a dealership.

Had my vehicle towed there with a blown front tire. Wouldn t have needed the tow considering voyles put the locking lug nut key in the vehicle when purchased. They assured me they could break it off and place a new lug nut though. The service department was horrible, they didn t acknowledge their mistake in not putting the lug nut key in the vehicle. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE I KNOW OR BE BACK.

Worst service department ANYWHERE!!!!! Dropped my vehicle off because of vibrations when driving. Picked it up 3 weeks later on a Thursday and had to go find my van on their lot and then go in and find my keys for them and when we first showed up, it took 45 minutes for them to find my paperwork on the repair . I had to take it back the very next day for the exact same reason I took it there in the first place. Jimmy told me not to worry about it that it would be fixed. When my husband called them yesterday about the van they said it had been abused and that 3 of the rims were bent and wasn t covered under the warranty. We picked it up and took it straight to our mechanic and come to find out after Voyles said they road forced balanced the tires, one of the tires was marked with the letters FU! When my husband called and asked about it he was told that they couldn t understand why that was on the tire. I recommend going anywhere else for service to your vehicle.
