Mike did a really good job on my civic. It looked better than when i bought my car used at Tameron. Fully detailed and touched up paint chips that bothered me. I was very satisfied with the work. Tier 1 BHM is where you need to take your vehicle to get detailed. The owner explained everything to me regarding what he was going to do for my Mercedes Benz GLE 350 to make it look just as it did when it came out of the showroom. I really liked that they took off the wheels to clean and ceramic coat them. I had bought a 2018 Honda civic si, and a friend from work told me about Teir 1 and my car looked good but could look even better, so I made a appointment with Mike the owner of Teir 1. Mike is a professional in his feild, not only did he make my car look like it came off a showroom floor he explained the whole process in detail. I would recommend Teir 1 to anyone who takes pride in and wants to protect their vehicles finish, the only regrets I have is not bringing treats for his friendly shop dog Ziggy. Thanks Mike, awesome job!

I always rely on customer reviews whenever I decide to deal with the business. Tier 1 BHM Auto Salon had endless five star reviews and making a decision was easy. I went in to see Mike for consult ahead of time to get an idea on what the process was like. All of the pics of his previous work he posts on Instagram is was what really impressed me and I immediately booked a reservation to get the top notch ceramic coating on my brand new car. I also had Mike do the wheels and his friend does tints, so I was able to get my front driver and passenger windows tinted all at the same time. When I picked up my car the next day, it was so shiny and silky. It genuinely looked better than when I picked it up on delivery! I am definitely returning to get the same services done if ever I decide to get a new car in the future! My husband gave me a gift certificate for Tier 1 for Christmas. One of the best presents ever! I got a full detail and paint sealant. My dog is a regular passenger in my Camry, and I have been trying for years to get the dog hair out with no luck. ALL GONE! Inside looks brand new and has a clean smell. The outside is equally impressive. Even had a man at the park comment on my tires. Great customer service, responsive and easy to work with. All in all, very pleased!

Michael & the team at Tier 1 proformed a paint correction & ceramic coating on my 2021 Ram Limited. It looks fantastic! The price was very competitive & it did not take long for them to get to my truck once I pulled the trigger. He also put a paint sealant on my wife's 2016 Camry. I will definitely use Tier 1 again.
