The body shop kept us very informed on the progress of our daughter s car while it was being repaired. They had great customer service. They strive to do the best and to be the best at their expertise. Excellent place for car body repairs I will definitely refer and use them again in the future. They have a great warranty on the work they perform on your vehicle.

What started out as a normal experience has turned into a nightmare. Original estimate said body work would take 13 days. It has now been 38 days with no end in sight. The longer it has become delayed, the less communicative they have been. My sense if they will give you an overly optimistic timeline so you don't take your vehicle elsewhere, and then drag out the actual repairs endlessly.

FAST , quality repairs. The staff took great care of us and kept me informed throughout the repairs. I highly recommend using Tameron's body shop if you have been in a wreck!

It took some coordination to get details addressed. They are very responsive and got my car restored to new after an accident took my front bumper and damaged the radiator. All new parts and seamless experience with my insurance and dealership experience. A year later my repairs are good.

1st time having our vehicle serviced here. From the initial contact of dropping off our vehicle everyone was extremely kind and friendly. They called us several times throughout the morning as they checked out the vehicle. They did not try to force any unnecessary services on us. It was a nice change to what you expect when dealing with the dealership foe services. Our car was done hours before we expected. Look forward to working with them in the future.

Very bad. They overcharged for everything they said I need $2,000 worth of work on a brand new 2019 Odyssey. Really nothing wrong with my car. They're just trying to increase business by tricking people into getting work done that they don't really need. I got a 2002 CRV I bought new I changed the oil and the transmission fluid on it myself. And put brakes on it. Something that cost $50 they're charging $500 for. Lawrence Johnson

Quick and professional service. I had a minor repair done on my vehicle at this shop and they got it done same day. Ashley did a great job taking care of the process from start to finish and kept me informed the whole time. It was probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Never have I dealt with a more inept group of people in my life. Alex has no idea what he's doing or what the body shop crew are doing for that matter. Or they just don't care. Or both. I honestly wonder if they were wasting my time on purpose the way I kept getting jerked around over the past SIX MONTHS for a simple rear end repair. They were so disorganized, and cost me so much money on rental cars, and having to take off work for appointments, only to find out after I got there that we had to reschedule AGAIN because they failed to check if parts were painted until I showed up for my appointment. If I weren't trapped under an insurance claim I would have walked away a long time ago. But I will NEVER be back and I will warn everyone i can to NEVER waste their time or money on Tameron Honda Body Shop in Hoover, AL. Worst experience ever. I recently got rear ended & chose them to repair my back bumper! lack of communication, constantly pushing the date back for me to get my car, its always an issue with them ordering the wrong parts . My car was put in the shop at 13617 miles & got it back at 13995 miles which means they have been driving my car for 378 miles ! My car was not suppose have been driven at all what soo ever & if it was they didn't communicate with me . They had my car for a whole month ! & barely communicated i always have had to call up there to see when was it gonna be ready , this was the worst experience !

I seem to be in agreement with all of the other negitive reviews here.seems like a pattern of business operation practices and for a company that has been around for a while has only 6 now 7 google reviews.First off i have purchased 2 new vehicles from Tameron Automotive group within 4 years. took the first one to Tameron body shop after accident was deemed a total loss.second one was was rear ended with minor bumper damage.i had chosen to buy and take my car back here because i thought i would be treated well and we actually had a buisiness history here.well thats were it ended.A estimate was given to insurance company for what seemed high but reasonable repair of damage.then every week there after was excuse of why it wasn't being finished,wrong parts,parts boxed wrong then finding more damage and aproval of more cost from the insurance.This went on for 2 MONTHS! Then the car was finished without the final approval of the insurance company and they were holding the car for final payment of repairs by the insurance company and would not release it to use because they "didnt trust the insurance company" It ended up being practically 4 times the amount over the initial estimate.so they insisted on keeping my car as leverage for the insurance company to pay a final amount of just a few hundred dollars after they have already collected thousands for a minor bumper repair job. They put us in a really bad situation by trying to get as much as they could out of the insurance company at our expense. Never again,OUR trust is lost!Service: Body & Trim
