OK, this is gonna sound a little weird. I have not gone into this place. As a matter fact, I haven t even talked to him for some reason I saw their sign and I saw Toyota written somewhere and I m restoring an old Toyota supra. So I thought I d look them up and I read these reviews.I m 2 1/2 hours away, and when I get ready to get my supra or any of my cars worked on, I m gonna try to bring them to these people. They sound honest, rare commodity in a big city. Like I said, sounds kind of weird.Charley Norton, Wedowee, Alabama.

I drive 4 hours to get Superior to work on my car. Being a single female, I can TRUST that what they say needs to be done is what really needs to be done. I've been to too many mechanics & dealers that have tried (and did, many times!) to rip me off. The name of the company is a good name for it because they are superior to most! I 100% recommend them, you can TRUST what they say and it will be done right!Services: Transmission, Auto battery replacement, Auto A/C replacement, Auto maintenance

First and foremost this is the most professional, kind, and courteous Business. Mrs. Donna, Danny, Oops! forgot the other gentlemen name he was nice. I would recommend them highly.They replaced my starter, and alternator. I even received a thank you card in the mail. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!

If you have a Lexus or Toyota and live in the Birmingham area, you need to take your vehicle to these guys. Danny and Jeff were extremely friendly and took care of some braking issues my car was having due to the work of a cheap express type place, and did it for significantly less than the Lexus dealership quoted. After they diagnosed the issues, they took the time to explain to me what was going on, why it needed to be done, and how much it was going to cost. I asked them about some additional upkeep maintenance that I knew needed to be done and they agreed it was about time for it; however, they said it could wait a few thousand more miles with no harm which would help spread my maintenance cost out over time. To me this showed that they are interested in taking care of their customers and not just trying to make a quick buck. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Superior.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

We asked for recommendations for where to take our 2008 Toyota Camry for a radiator replacement and received numerous replies recommending Superior. We took our car there last week for the repair. The staff is extremely nice and professional and they did a great job. We highly recommend them for anyone who needs a repair on a Toyota or Lexus.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had an engine problem and took my Corolla there without an appointment. Danny and the team at Superior Automotive was able to fix my car and get me back on the road the next day. Danny was professional and helpful. Highly recommended!

I had a check engine light on my lexus. Another shop quoted me over $5,000 to fix! This place was able to fix it for a much lower price (under 100!). I was very happy with the service they provided and they will forever have my business.

Very unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment to drop a vehicle off for service, drove an hour and a half on the day of my appointment only to be told that they don t work on cars for dealers. No one mentioned this when I made the appointment and it is not listed anywhere on the website. I ve never heard a repair shop say anything like this before. I was asked what issues the car was having, which were minor because I drove the car there but still was turned away. This could ve been easily stated over the phone and doing so would ve saved my time and a long trip in Birmingham traffic. I own several Lexus vehicles and know several other people who do also and I would not recommend this shop because they don t seem to value customers.

Danny at Superior Auto is the best. He took care of my 2003 Lexus for the past ten years. Great service, great value (half the cost of a dealer) and a true dedication to quality work. From routine maintenance to warranty work I completely trusted them with it all. It s amazing how my 2003 Lexus still feels and drives like new car. If you have a Lexus or Toyota I highly recommend Danny and Superior Automotive.

Great Lexus service center. I ran over a metal container on I65 while on my way from OH to FL that put a hole in transmission oil pan. Superior Automotive responded quickly to my problem and got the replacement parts delivered overnight. I was already planning to stay overnight in Birmingham. My Lexus was ready the next day by 12:30 p.m. My trip was delayed perhaps by 2hrs max. I cannot say enough good about the people that run this business. I have been using Superior Automotive for my Toyotas for about 3 years now. Every experience and interaction has been great and exceed my expectations. Danny, the owner, is a stand-up guy and shoots you straight. I d never take any of my Toyota s anywhere else.

Great, personal service! The amount of time and effort to know and understand each customer s needs and provide service with unsurpassed excellence is just not heard of today. These folks, however, do not ever miss an opportunity to help and, as my mother says of them, they provide the lowest available cost as long as it does not compromise the integrity of the original parts. They treat her 1997 model just as well as they treat her 2019 model.

If you want to invest in your vehicle being on the road for years to come, take your lexus or 'yota to Superior. These guys are far more qualified than shops who do not focus specifically on this brand. Not to mention, they send hand written holiday cards... I dont know of any other auto shop that goes the extra mile to be that personal. The money you spend here will save you from needing to buy a new car in the near future. Avoid the dealer and use superior. My guess is they are more knowledgeable than the dealer.

We love Superior Automotive and highly recommend to anyone. Talk to owner, Danny Bedgood. He will give you the best, honest advise and guidance about your car and the repairs you really need. We have an Acura MDX , Lexus and Toyota Highlander with over 100,000 on each and Danny has kept all running like a dream. We have piece of mind knowing our cars are in expert hands and can go the distance and keep us safe. That is worth so much these days! Highly recommend!

I have entrusted the care and well-being of my beloved Toyota 4Runner to Danny and his crew for the past several years. On several occaisions I have asked for work to be done and have been told the 4Runner didn't need the work done or the work wasn't necessary. I have not done business with many car service centers that turn "unnecessary" work away, in fact, many will do work that doesn't need done just to pad their bills and make a quick buck off a woman. I never feel that way with Superior Automotive. I will not take my 4Runner anywhere else - ever!Danny is an honest man who earns an honest dollar....now only if he were a certified Mini technician!
