I recently had the pleasure of using the services of this Storey s Mobile Auto Repair, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. He promptly arrived at my location and efficiently replaced the starter on my 1998 Chevy Blazer. The mechanic was highly skilled, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. Not only did he complete the job quickly, he also provided valuable insights on maintaining my vehicle's overall health. I would recommend his services to anyone in need of automotive repairs.

Chase gets 5 stars + . I literally had been struggling to find a mechanic the scheduled mechanic didn t show , and I just happened to call this number and Chase came right on out and fixed the issue. I asked him in advance about another he was thorough . He kept his word and was professional! He s my permanent mechanic now.

There is a saying that when you entertain strangers you may be entertaining an angel. Chase quickly went from a stranger to an angel. Myself and my daughter were driving through Alabama from Atlanta, GA. Near Bessemer Alabama her car overheated. We pulled into a gas station, put coolant in her Jeep and heard hissing while the car had a severe leak. A Jeep dealership was very close. Fixing her car would have taken 5 days. A really nice associate at the Jeep dealership came to see if it was an easy fix. Once he took a look he said her radiator had a leak and we had used the wrong type of coolant. Chase just happened to drive by the gas station and ask if we needed help. The next morning Chase purchased everything we needed to fix her car. He was done start to finish in about an hour and a half. Chase was thorough, helpful, kind and did a great job on my daughters car AND he was reasonably priced. He also did these repairs in the rain and cold. I highly recommend his services. Five stars 10/10 (He s truly an Angel)!

Chase storey came through for me in the clutch radiator went out Sunday and the only person I could find on a Sunday is storey s mobile auto repair and he came to me and changed out my radiator back to work Monday morning no problem Highly recommended Thanks Chase

We were 2 hours from home with our kids at night when our truck quit on the side of interstate with no where to really get off road much. So we were very thankful to find storey repair. He was honest and took care of us in a timely manner. We would use him again.

Great mechanic. Honest and can trust. He came out same day and cleared my codes and fixed my car within the hour. Test drove it to make sure everything was good and even told me if any issues would resolve no charge. On June 17th my car went down so my brother in law called chase he told us he would be there by 8 we sat there until 10pm & I didn t leave with my car until 6am. When he got there he told me I needed a fuel pump. I paid $389 for a brand new fuel pump & paid him $300 for labor. After he took everything apart he said I didn t actually need a fuel pump but my car started so I paid anyway. The next day my car would not crank AGAIN it was the same sound it was making before Chase came back out & put a fuel pump on my car. 2 days later my car was doing the same thing. I asked chase for my money back because he s obviously not knowledgeable about certain issues with a car & I would like to put my car in the shop. He told me I m not getting my money back because he has tickets to pay. I m out of over $600 & I m still having the same problem. I don t recommend Chase at all!!!

I normally take my my BMW to Birmingham BMW. But i had an emergency and needed help ASAP! Chase is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and extremely reasonable! He is now my new mechanic!

I needed a starter put on my 2008 Honda Accord and I called chase right up n he was at my door in less then 30 mins. And he had me up and back on the road in no time . I actually work on cars myself but there was this one upgrade on my BMW I couldn t complete so I called Chase and he knocked it out quickly. It was about 8pm he was done before I finished my dinner lol. Good guy. Chase was amazing and thorough--I've never had a mechanic as thorough as Chase. Awesome..Awesome.. Awesome... Mechanic. Was on time. Came out even though it was late. He diagnosed my issue with extreme detail and was dead on. He was very percise and explained my car issues to me in a way that I understood. I have referred him to everyone I know. He is officially my new Mobile Mechanic. It does not get any better, and I have used over 8 Mobile Mechanics in this area.
