Very professional, very reliable, and chill. Tbh i worried about my repair because I mostly had bas experiences with other collision centers I've been to so far but this one breaks the pattern!

This was the smoothest experience I ve had with fixing my car. I called several shops before them and they all told me they wouldn t be able to fix my car for a month after the estimate. Stivers told me that they would fix it within a week of the estimate, which they did. I got a convertible rental car so I was almost hoping that my car took a while to repair lol but they had my bumper replaced in only a few days. Definitely recommend this place! The employees were all very nice and good with communication as well.

So far so good but they are booked up and I have to wait 2 months before I can take my car in. The gentleman that did the estimate was very polite and courteous and completed the task in a short period of time. I was in and out within 30 minutes so they appreciate that their customer's time is valuable too.

Have had my car for over 4 months now with continuous lack of communication. Misty is a HORRIBLE communicator. I was told my car would be ready at the end of the week or beginning of next week for FOUR MONTHS. Please take your car somewhere else.
