I responded to a Facebook post for a 2022 TRD 4runner, and the only price amount on the post was the down payment. So i ask for the full price and they responded by kinda brushing off that question and proceeded to ask me for my information so i can test drive it and i responded that i didnt ask for a test drive and he responded "If you don t want to come check out the vehicle why would I entertain you?" Then he said "I m looking for buyers not window shoppers". Very unprofessional

I bought a new Prius (harder then hens teeth to find) I was having great trouble with the car playWent to service department, they said I nya salesman. Since they don t teach service people how to do this stuffOk go find a salesman, he said why did you buy this here, I said cause you don t have oneHe chuckled and said yeah they are hard to getHe said he couldn t figure out what the problem was and I should take it to service departmentOh well does this surprise you about SerraI bought it in Rainbow City, and recommend others to trade there

I'm always happy with the service here. The ppl are friendly from start to finish, the waiting area is nice & the snacks are great. I will gladly give 5 stars if/when they get a second alignment station installed. If you're going in for anything tire related, definitely expect a 2 1/2 - 3 hr wait time. Great job overall, though.

They are always so helpful here at the Toyota place. We absolutely love our 2018 Toyota Tundra. We even found that they are expanding their color wheel for vehicles. They have an amazing selection of New as well as Used vehicles. Stop by today to test drive some of their Toyota's.

They were offering free food and an oil changeAll the employees were first in line and the customers were last. Had I been the boss, I would have told my people the customer comes first.Nevertheless, we approached a salesman sitting at his desk, mixing himself up some Metamucil, we asked him were there any cars with lumbar support, for the passenger. He looked puzzled and at first said no. (Since we had a 2016 Camry we knew that to be truth) He finally said maroon some high end cars. He never offered to show us anything and continued story his Metamucil.We drove to Tennessee that weekend and bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee, that has front seat lumbar supportStupid people

Great Dealership!! Bought my 2019 Tundra from my Auburn buddy "Coach". It was an enjoyable experience, the manager Chris McDaniel was great too. Coach Set me up with Mitch in service and he takes care of me. I'm in service as we speak. Glad I got "Coach" when I did an internet lead. WAR EAGLE!!

Was looking for minivans. Like many other dealers they have a very limited inventory. Would appreciate if the sales people were more mindful of social distancing guidelines.
