Got an oil change and was pleasantly pleased with the service. Quick and easy without any upsell talk. Only 20 bucks for the labor. I had a professional and honest experience....feels Good. #HighlyRecommend

First and foremost I DO NOT RECOMMEND this shop for anything I went for a front end alignment and was told they couldn t do it because a numerous amount of things was wrong with my front suspension. Cool they gave me the quote which was $1500 something. I ended up getting that done somewhere else and the issues listed were wrong that this place gave. I returned after getting the correct issues fixed elsewhere for a better price. returned to get the alignment completed(which was what I went for to begin with). Furthermore, they called saying they still couldn t complete the alignment because of an issue with something else so that $70 alignment quote went to $500. I denied the service and was told I had to pay $25 upon picking up my vehicle even though they didn t even fix anything. But the first time I was quoted $1500 and didn t get service it was free!!?? Honestly they are money hungry and I feel they look for other issues for more money rather than just fixing what was asked of them. I will never bring any of my cars here again!!!!! EVER 0/10

Have been going to them for a while. Took one of my cars to be serviced cause it was running hot. Was told it needed a hose. Got it back and it was still running hot and had even started leaking fluid. Took it back for them to run it and drive it causing more damage and after about 2 weeks of back and forth I end up taking it to the dealer and needed a motor. Called about a partial refund bc the problem was not a hose and they had a hand in making the problem worse. Months later no Apology and no refund.

The people here were so nice, and honest as well. I needed two new tires, but I couldn't remember which ones my son said to replace. They looked and told me which ones were bad. They didn't try to sell me anything extra. The lady in the office is very sweet.

I picked up a nail somewhere along the way in my left rear tire. They were able to patch it for me very quickly & had me back on my way. Staff was very friendly & competent from the front desk to the shop area! I highly recommend this business.

Firstly I would like to say that the staff here was very kind and polite. That being said, I came in last week and told the staff that my car had just stopped while I was driving it and I had a AAA technician test my battery and told me the issue was the alternator. Staff did diagnostics and determined the issue was my auxiliary battery, and replaced it. I did research and found that my auxiliary battery has little to nothing to do with my car starting or running, but I am not much of a car person, so I trusted them. Fast forward 5 days, my car isn't starting again. I'm out $300 for the auxiliary battery, that likely did absolutely nothing for my issue, and come to find out the alternator is my issue (as I had told them it was) so now I'm looking forward to another ~$500 repair. This was my first experience with Springville Road Auto and Tire and will almost certainly be my last.Service: Battery

Their work is second to none! Not to mention they work extremely fast to get you your vehicle back to you ASAP! I recommend them highly! Fair, honest, respectable and clean facility! Thank you for a job well done!

Was recommended to me. Called in the morning for a alignment, oil change, and tire rotation and balance. Also had a headlight out but brought my own. Had to be at work at 4pm. Don (the owner) said bring it and we'll do it. Got there at 8:15 and they took me back home so I didn't have to sit there. They did all the work at a very reasonable price and had my truck ready by 2:45 and put the headlights in for free.

Very disappointed with the length of time they held my car, which was well beyond the time promised, and absolutely NO communication to inform me of the delay. Once I picked my car up, it was in worse shape than it was when I dropped it off. They did a very poor job servicing my car. I will never go to this shop again and I recommend that you don't either!

Springville Road Auto & Tire is the only shop I will use from now on. They are honest, affordable, & got the job done quickly. I have used them to fix my flat tire as well as to rotate my tires & change my oil. Would definitely recommend them for your car maintinance needs!

They charged me $200 more than they originally quoted to fix my clutch. It only went 20 miles or less and the hose popped off or something and now they are giving me the run around. I will update this review.

They had my car towed and then acted like they didn't know what happened to it. They told me that they thought I had come and picked it up, but the car was inoperable! Worst customer service ever!!!!
