Good selection of cars for the generic car shopper! Kayla and Angel both helped me find a car I would be happy with and was able to get me answer for all the questions I had. Was even able to have my car delivered within the week of signing the paperwork and I ended up leaving with a new car I absolutely LOVE!

There were no hidden cost. Everything was explained in each step. I was not pressured into anything . I was the one to make the choice to accept or reject something. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the salesperson was very knowledgeable about the mechanics of the car I bought.

This was overall a great car buying experience. I did not expect the dealership to offer free delivery of the vehicle. The sale reps were polite and professional, and the financing process was easy and for the most part what I expected. My only criticism is that the financing forms did have a lot of blanks on them. I am the son of a lawyer and just do not like unfilled blanks on legal documents. I understand that in some cases forms are designed to have some blanks but, given that the finance associate was not present during the signing I would expect this to be more complete. The financing associate was available to answer any questions that arose. Bottom line. I will shop this dealership when it's time for my next car purchase.

Did a great job on replacing front brakes on our Altima. As well as made me aware of a recall on hood latch and replaced with no charge. The man who attended to me was awesome and I highly recommend! Thanks!

Service was good. I would have liked to be a little more prepared for the additional cost involved with my service prior to arriving. I came in expecting to pay for an oil change, but left paying 5 times the amount for other scheduled maintenance issues.

My car buying experience with Serra did not have a smooth beginning until I meet Angel Borja. From the start, he was upfront and straightforward. It was a good experience I guess. The only thing I didn t like was the fact that there wasn t more open options to choose from when getting approved. Other than that everyone was very helpful and friendly.

This most recent experience was the most lackluster visit ; however I should have anticipated such. My previous visits to this dealership have been less than stellar. Appointment before last they forgot to rotate my tires even though it was on my slip. This time my appointment was at 10:30a. By noon the vehicle was still not in the garage. The large man with the large beard was friendly and apologetic ; however the woman with the dark blonde bun was her consistently disengaged self. The only reason I have continued visiting this establishment is because my car is under warranty and as soon as it is out of warranty I will not visit this place again. Each experience has been worse than the previous. Between wait time and price point $165 for oil change and tire rotation was not worth it. The only reason I gave 2 was because the services were actually performed this time.

We drove an hour and a half to test drive and possibly buy a car that was advertised at $30,700. We knew going in the final price would be higher due to tax, tags, doc fees, etc. When we drove the car, we were told that the dealership offered a lifetime warranty, nitrogen-filled tires and body protection, which sounded awesome. We sat down to look at the numbers, and the final cost on paper was just under $37,000. After our initial shock, we were told that was the cost of the lifetime warranty and the body protection, which we thought was included in the advertised price of the car. We turned down the deal and drove home, where we did some research into these add-ons. These are dealer tactics that just won t fly now that buyers are becoming more educated ahead of the deal. We called back later to see if there was room for negotiation to a fair price of around $32,500, and we were told the lowest they could go on the car was $34,000. When asked why it was priced at less than $31,000 on the website, we were told that it was for advertising. The correct term is bait-and-switch. If you decide to go with this dealership, know that their trump card of the lifetime warranty does have a cost of around $3,500 in addition to the advertised price, and it will be added at the beginning of the deal to protect your investment. Just go in with your eyes wide open.

The Service Department at Serra Volkswagon is wonderful. Everyone I have spoken with is every kind, and respectful. I have been doing business with them for 10 years. They explain in detail what needs to be repaired on your vehicle. They finish repairs, and scheduled maintenance services in a very timely manner.

It only gets 3 stars because of the service advisor named Joe that works here, he is excellent and was very helpful to my wife and I during our last encounter with this shop. Long story very short. We ve taken our 2021 Tiguan in 3 times for various repairs at this shop and each time it s had to go back because of poor workmanship and careless lack of quality control by management in the work performed by their techs. Just be sure you thoroughly inspect your car to the best of your mechanical knowledge before leaving their shop if you choose to use them. As for us, 3 strikes you re out! They won t be seeing us or our vehicle ever again.

Salesman did not do his job well. I drove all the way down there 3 hours and there was only one car on the lot to test drive. Salesman did not apply veteran discount towards purchase price. Commercial stated $25.00 down this was not considered. The financing officer (only one on site), though he spoke English, still had a strong Asian accent possibly Thai or Vietnamese. It was very hard to understand him. I was there from 3pm until after 9 pm. I would not do it again. I was called and texted by original salesman, fill-in salesman, and financing man. Finance man tried to pressure me by saying he had other buyers lined up so I told him to return my $2000 dollars and sell the car to one of the others. I do not NEED a new car, I just wanted the pleasure of buying mt first new car.

Serra Volkswagen service center has lost focus compare to three years ago. The customer service is not their anymore. The employees seemed overworked based on the demand to service cars in the facility which caused them to miss a few steps causing for customer to come back to correct the mistake before leaving the service center. There should be a manager or individual to inspect their work before allowing customers to drive away. What if something happens to the vehicle the liability will fall back on the service center which will cost more money to you all.

I have had subpar customer service. I've dropped my car off on Wednesday and had to call on Saturday to find out what was going on with my car, no one could answer or return my car. I was left without a vehicle when I have a full time job to go to as well as a child to get to and from school. The last time I called I told them I would find someone else.l.tp replace my turbo as I was not willing to pay VW prices as my experience has been garbage in the past and I was told, " good luck finding someone to work on that". Rude department and decided not to repurchase a VW due to my experience.

While I am satisfied with the speedy service and appointment availability the labor pricing doesn t make much sense to me. I was charged for 2.5 hours of labor when it took less than 2 hours to do the work. My appointment was at 1:30 and my receipt states my card was charged at 3:22. My car was out long before they called me to the counter to charge me. I would ve understood rounding up but to the nearest half hour but to round up over half an hour seems excessive.

WE BROUGHT MY WIFE 2012 NISSAN VERSA IN BECAUSE WE ARE HAVING PROBLEMS OUT OF IT. THE FIRST ISSUE WAS THAT THEY QUOTED US 5000.00 TO FIX A CAR THAT KELLY BLUE BOOK STATES THE TRADE IN VALUE IS BETWEEN 700-900 DOLLARS. THEN THEY WOULD NOT FIX THE LEAST EXPENSIVE ISSUE BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT GUARANTEE IT. WE DIDNT ASK THEM FOR A GUARANTEE, I JUST JUST WANTED THAT FIXED UNTIL WE COULD DECIDE WHAT OUR NEXT OPTION WAS. THEN JUST TO RUN A DIAGNOSTIC REPORT, IT WAS 205.00. ITS ABSOLUTELY ONHEARD OF THAT NISSAN WANTED TO CHARGE 5000.00 ON A CAR THAT IS NOT WORTH 100.00.

Mr Nance was very patient and helpful. The diagnostics were completed very quickly and repairs scheduled and completed promptly. He also filed a supplemental insurance claim for some damage we believe was caused by a recent accident.

Awful in every sense of the word. First of all, I called to be sure they still had a car available. The guy said it was and wanted to know when I could come look at it so I decided to drive down (90 miles ONE WAY) to check it out. While on the way there, I called them MULTIPLE TIMES to be sure they still had the car and that they were still open as it was the day before a holiday. No one answered the phone. It went to the receptionist's voicemail every time so I left a message for someone to call me back to be sure they were open and the car was there and available to see. Even though no one answered or called me back, I went ahead and continued down as they earlier said they were open and the car was there. I get there and they were actually open, but when I inquired about the car, they said there was an issue with it and it was in the service department and UNABLE TO BE SEEN. No one could find it to even look at the interior and exterior conditions. I kid you not, you can't make this stuff up.So just to put the icing on the cake, later the next week I finally got them to send me pricing on the vehicle and they have OVER $4200.00 IN DEALER FEES. That's right...that $17,500 car is suddenly almost $22,000...BEFORE TAXES. They want to charge an additional 24%+ for the privilege of buying the car from them.So anyone looking to buy from Serra should factor in this extra $4300 to what you are wanting to pay. Their fees are criminal.Just so you know this is not some made-up story, the deal sheet is attached because you just can't make up stuff this ridiculous.

I chose this rating because when I pulled up I was not met outside nor greeted. I had an appointment for 9am and they didn't pull my car un until 10:48am. They also didn't have my part in stock that needed to be replaced.

Lindsey was the absolute best help I could ve ever asked for when buying a new car! I changed my mind on which car I wanted at least 3 times and she supported me every step of the way. She wasn t pushy and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for.
