What a great experience I had purchasing my 2024 Toyota Camry at Serra Toyota with Zachary Nichols. Everything was done over the phone from the comfort of my home. Now that s A+ customer service! He was very professional and kind. Zachary went to work for me and kept me in the loop about all the steps that were taken to make sure everything went smooth during the process. I couldn t have gotten a better salesman, he was awesome! Thanks so much Zachary Nichols and Serra Toyota !

Our family was very impressed with Serra Toyota ; they helped us over the phone with the car we wanted. We have been waiting for months to get our car. What an awesome experience from start to finish with Brett Galloway and Serra Toyota! After shopping across the country, I had the absolute pleasure of working with Brett. Brett went to work for ME, not just his dealership. I had 3 other options in dealerships, but Brett did everything he said he was going to do and more. I bought this car from them and I live in Florida. I could ve gotten one closer to home but Brett came through and won my loyalty! Don t waste time buying from a different dealer. They have already serviced my car for the first time and even that was a fantastic experience. Plus, I got a free massage while I waited. I can t say enough about Serra Toyota! It was simply amazing . I arrived on 1/29 and a customer who was waiting to have his car detailed asked the agent that was assisting him to sell me a car and the rest is history. I had no intention on purchasing a new BUT GOD showed out as per usual. My sales agent, Tony Bomicino was a blessing to me. He was very genuine and true. He was not pushy only to make a sale but gentle, professional, and personable. And the finance team Ben and Shane (IT-In training) was great. Mr. Ben offered me the best deal based on my profile. Devin answered my call and listened to what I was wanting. He sent me a great amount of detail which I then agreed to buy based on his information. He was right on it and we agreed an a deal. He then made sure we received the car..delivered as promised! Love the car and it's exactly as expected.

I had a great experience on buying my first vehicle at Serra Toyota. The sales rep Hala Nasser, was super nice and friendly. She answered all of my questions in full detail. I m happy she helped me buy this beautiful truck! Joel Hogeland the financial, helped me in the process in buying my first vehicle. Everyone there was so nice and kind to answer all of my questions. I would definitely come back in the future to buy another car from Serra Toyota!!!

Bruce Higgins provided a great experience on Thursday. He is very personable and easy to talk with. I would highly recommend him. I had the BEST experience today! Montrel made everything a smooth and stress free interaction throughout my entire visit, from looking at cars, answering my thousands of questions and repeating things if needed. Customer service was awesome CHANCE was great give him a 10/10. Communication was awesome. I didn t have an appointment I came in early and sat in line the got me che led in. I love how they record the inspection. They have coffee and things while you wait in the waiting room.

I was very pleased with my Toyota buy. Other than the business manager jerking my chain 3 times. JUST GIVE THE FINAL ANSWER TO BEGIN WITHOther than that the salesman Pablo was a delight. And the finance officer Joel was WONDERFUL! I would go here again to buy a car again. Thanks. I love my Corolla Cross Hybrid !

Liz was fantastic to work with during my first car buying experience! She was extremely patient and worked hard to ensure I was getting the car I wanted, while also being sure I was getting a deal that was best for me! She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, as well as options for payment, which was very helpful for me as a first time car buyer! Found a truck I liked online. Turns out it was misleading and falsely represented. Salesman tried to make it seem like I was going to get price honored that I saw. That is NOT the case at all. For a dealership this big with this many good ratings, I wouldn t have expected that. I d be cautious and make sure you re up front about pricing on the exact car you re looking at before they do a bait and switch tactic on you like they did me. I have screenshots from the original ad and how they soon fixed it . Also have text messages from salesman stating I was going to get price on the truck I was looking at.

Kelsey did a terrific job on trying to get us exactly what we wanted. We decided to go elsewhere, due to us in GA, and them in Al. Kelsey was the ONLY one that helped us, as we tried for 4 days with another person and got nothing. Then finally Kelsey got his hands on it and did his job great. This review is all for KELSEY . This company needs more people like him, and maybe they could close more deals. Thank you Kelsey . You did your job. Others there need to follow you as you did your best . We decided to buy closer to home, nothing to do with KELSEY. He did a great job on his end. Only if the others at this dealership followed behind him. Amadu Sow is the best car salesman I have ever had. He goes above and beyond to put you in the right vehicle that fits your needs. He makes an effort to know his clients. We told him that we wanted a rare color that was hard to get and he made it happen! The finance office is great and honors the deals they offer. We have bought two vehicles from Serra Toyota. Any issues that I ve brought up, have been resolved immediately by management. The service department is great too. The service wait can be long sometimes but they offer a lot of amenities.

Shannon was very courteous, helpful and friendly. He is an asset to the Serra Toyota organization. Shannon took my Toyota Lifetime Battery failure action and had a new Lifetime Battery installed in my vehicle in about three hours of down time. I highly recommend Shannon and his team of technicians for qualified service on Toyota vehicles.
