Xavier Johnson was awesome! We went in with a capital one pre-approval wanting to get a work truck for my son and they went above and beyond to get us out the door in a truck that is absolutely amazing! The people there are very nice and I highly recommend talking to Xavier Johnson if you re looking for a vehicle!

I've had decent service at Serra Nissan before, but on this occasion I'm only giving a 1 star. I called about a simple recall and was told it would take 45 min at most. I made an appointment for 09:30.When I arrived, I was told that this visit was just to determine if my vehicle was even part of the recall, and they didn't have any parts to repair it. I would have to come back next week if it did indeed need repair. So I said, OK go ahead and check it. Was told maybe 45 min to check. This was at 09:20.At 10:40, I walked out to the service area and my vehicle had not been moved. Service manager said it was gonna happen soon, and would still take another 15-30 min after they pulled it back. I had an appointment at 11AM, so I had to leave with NO SERVICE performed at all.

Serra Nissan was very polite. They worked hard to put me in a vehicle , at a price point that I could work with. I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in a New or used vehicle . I know that they will work hard to accommodate you. Look for Cody McGee. He will work hard to get you the vehicle you want.

Terrible service, got a car in June, it started having issues with the engine within a few months. They sold me a car knowing it was issues with the engine. Although it was under warranty they tried to tell me they wouldn t fix it. After going back and forth with them, It took them an entire month to replace the engine. They were unable to give me a loaner while they fixed it so for a month I had no vehicle. Now I m having issues with the starter. I did not put many miles on my car prior to the issues starting. They don t answer the phones when you need them. I was going to get an additional car but I would never get from them again. I caution everyone to be weary when dealing with them, especially the sales department. I regret dealing with this place, any other dealership would have been better. The technician was the only person who was helpful and tried working with me, I appreciate him.

They have horrible customer service in the service department! The salesman have terrible communication skills. The GM is never available to speak with anyone. I asked for Him several times, before I became irate. He only came out of his office to ask Me to leave after I made an appointment to have My truck service @ 12pm. I was there for 4 hours and they never fixed the problem. I sit there for 2 hours every time I come in for an oil change. They also lied in regards to getting My car refinanced. They are only good at talking you into buying these redicolously high vehicles.

Don t leave your car with the service department if you want any communication about what s wrong with it. I ve called about 10 times, left voicemails and callback numbers with multiple people and still haven t heard anything about my car that they were supposed to look at. I was told they would try their best to look at it Friday after I dropped it off at 7am, it s now 2pm Monday and I have no idea if they ve even looked at it.s I m just waiting on them to tell me what s wrong with it and that apparently takes at least 30 hours to do and they can t even return a call to keep me updated. I need to know if I ll have a car to get to work this week and they don t have the decency to let me know a timeframe of when they ll look at it.

Very slow. I had the exact same work done on my car the last time I was there but this time it took 40 minutes longer. They also forgot to put a new sticker on my window letting me know the next date/milage for my next oil change.

I took my car in for service and asked them to put struts on my car. The technician advise to do a diagnostic on it first and then told me I needed tires instead. Once I purchase the tires I was called back and told I needed struts. If you can't trust a dealership to give accurate information then who can you trust.

Serra Nissan sold a used vehicle to us knowing there were issues with it. The coolant system was not working properly meaning it was leaking and no AC. We have tried for almost 6 months to get that rectified to no avail. You cannot get anyone to return your calls and if they do they give you the run around. Now we have even more expensive issues wrong and the vehicle is undrivable. If you do purchase a used vehicle from them, get it inspected independently and don t trust them if they say they will fix something because they won t. Also reporting them to the Consumer Protection Commission with the Attorney General.

Do not take your car here for car troubles. I have a 2012 Nissan Versa. Trade in value 700-900 according to Kelly Blue Book. To fix spark plugs and a Cadillac converter they quoted us 5000.00 and said it with a straight face. Then they wouldn't even fix the simple thing just to get me to the point where I decided if I wanted to buy a new car.5000.00 to fix a car they would not even give me a 1000 dollars for in a trade in......I am livid
