The saleswoman/salesman was very professional and courteous. She was very informative and worked hard to meet all of my expectations. Even though I didn't get the vehicle that I originally set out to get, she gave me other options which really set me up for a really great deal and it was a better choice that was a great fit for me and I'm loving it!!! The salesman who originally reached out to me took the opportunity to help me with other services which meant a lot and it really put me in a great spot which all came together. This team of staff had their work cut out for them and they truly understood the assignment. Great job to the both of you and thx for all you done!!! My 22 N 22!!!

Great service. They got me in and out in an hour with tires rotated and oil change. The service lady said usually stop at that 4:30 closing at 6:00pm but the repairman named Tony did it with a smile. Thank you. I get nervous my car will stop in me someone alone in the street

I carry my car to Serra body collision shop on August 22 2023 it was involved rear end hit and it been three weeks now still not fix and I have spoke to manager in the body shop he are very rude and has very nasty attitude his name Brandon he the manager and want talk over you and yell at you like you are a child don t want explain proceed to you and call your phone with attitude and general manager spoke he need to be wrote up

I purchased my used Silverado at this location a few years ago and have always had it serviced at this location. I went in to have an oil change and tire rotation and was charged almost $200? The oil light wasn't reset. They didn't put a sticker in the window. The tires were rotated but I was charged for a balance that wasnot needed and didn't happen due to the same weights being on the inside of the rims. The tech couldn't be located by the young service writer to ask questions. She found help from another young lady to walk out to my truck to reset the oil light and get a mileage sticker put in the window.( Thank you ladies/ not your fault) All of this was unacceptable and unnecessary. I also felt I was over charged and under valued and recieved sup par service. This is very poor and not acceptable. I cannot and will recommend this dealership and I will not be returning for any type service moving forward.

2014 Chevy Equinox was driven in and after $4200 worth of they said repairs to the vehicle, and had to call a towing company to move it to another shop. All I got from Jon the Service manager were my tech made a bad call on repair and its something different. I mentioned that it been in his shop for 42 days and we had to tow it to another shop with major issues. Do not forget we drove it in with it shutting off when stop at a light. This place need a much needed overhaul before they continue to rip more customers off. 09-08-2022 The Whole team do not care.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Horrible communication and could care less if I got my car back in a timely manner. They do have a thick book of excuses for why they could not finish the job. I got my car back and they fixed the original problem but now I'm having other problems. 2021 Tahoe.

Took my car in because the check engine light came on and was given a quote for the repairs , I was excited when the lady explained they had a discount due to Covid-19. I got the main issue repaired that day and she explained i could come back and get the other repair within the next month and STILL get the discount. Came back 2 weeks later and they didn't have the part even though I called a few days before to schedule the repair. So I was told we will call you once the part comes in they NEVER called and I called and left messages they were NEVER returned. So I just went by the shop later that day and the part was on-site but they tried to charge me more than I was quoted. I am completely satisfied with the repairs several months later but I also completely disturbed by the lack of professionalism and customer service . Hopefully I never have to use them again and I can't in good conscience recommend them...two waaaay down!!!

My girl friend had her oil changed and her gun stolen from this place and they said that their people wouldn't do a thing like that and also said that they didn't have cameras and weren't responsible for any belongings left in vehicles. There are opportunist everywhere but for them to fail to try to investigate shows their lack of compassion and I will make sure everyone knows that I can reach with my voice and my pen

I received excellent customer service while getting my ac repaired. Repairs were done in a timely fashion. I would recommend bringing your here. I believe the receptionist name is Tess in the service center. Tess was awesome.

We went to try and trade in my current vehicle, Our sales LADY was awesome (even though we couldn't trade at the time) she explained everything as to why we couldn't trade in at that time, gave us some great info and pointers for when we do trade, she knows her work and is very knowledgeable about what shes doing, she also refused to run my credit that day to keep from putting a hard inquiry on my credit report (she refused b/c of my job history with only being there 2 months and said the banks wouldn't approve it since i hadn't been on my new job long enough) so instead of just running it anyways to try and get a sale she saved me from a hard inquiry on my credit report. MOST DEFINITELY WILL BE GOING BACK IN A FEW MONTHS when I have a little more time in on my new job. (I cant remember her first name but her last name was Edwards (im almost 97% positive lol)

June19, 2020 my husband and I went to Serra Chevrolet in Birmingham, AL to look at a 2003 F-350 Flatbed truck, we had an appointment with a young lady named Jerrica. When we got there we looked over the truck thoroughly and then took it for a test drive, when we got back, my husband looked over the underneath of the truck to see if there were any oil or other leaks. He found oil dripping at the rear seal, so he pointed that out to Jerrica and she called out the GM Eric to come talk to us.Eric explained that he himself purchased the truck and would like to just get rid of it so he started to talk price. He went from $15,000 to $12,500. My husband also told him the ride was really rough and it felt like the truck had a heavy load on it when it was empty, saying it could be from sitting for a long period of time, but he wasn t sure. Eric then said to have the oil leak look at it would be somewhere around $1500-2000 he will drop the price to $11, 800 and they will do the repairs.We told him we would think about it and Eric said the price was good until closing the next day which was Saturday 06/20/2020.We decided to call Jerica and told her we would take truck without the repairs being done for $10, 300 and we would pick up the truck tomorrow Saturday 06/20/2020. Jerrica said they have accepted our counter offer. We then get a text that we need to hold off until Monday 06/22/2020 to get final approval and they will have the truck delivered to our house once they have to final okay.No final okay, WE FINALLY GOT A HOLD OF Eric the GM who told us he was also � owner of Serra Chevrolet. He told us their policy was NOT to sell a vehicle in need of repair, so the truck had to go get the rear seal leak repaired and as soon as it was finished they would deliver the truck to our home, he told my husband he was not trying to pull a fast one but that was the policy and he was not going to renege on his agreement for the $10,300 and they would get back to us asap.Jerrica called after a week or so and told us that the truck had significant repairs and they were pulling off the market and it was no longer for sale, to anyone. I had a friend inquired about the truck and was told it is being serviced. No word from anyone at all.Fast forward to 07/24/2020 my friend Erica gets a text from Serra Chevy asking if they are still interested in the 2003 Ford F-350? She answers yes, how much? Text told her $13, 825. So my friend asked if the repairs she was told about last month were done and they told her yes, the truck is fixed and ready to go, Drove 2+ hours to go see this truck again. We walked up to the truck and my husband climbs underneath to look at what they did to repair the truck. He saw NO SIGNS of anyone touching the housing bolts or any difference what s so ever from the last time he looked at the truck. Sale agent comes out we say we are interested can we take for test drive and off my husband goes with the sales girl.When they get back my husband looks under the truck and low and behold the leak is still there!! My husband had asked about the rear seal being repaired and the sales agent said it was repaired, my husband showed her the leak and she just said would you like to make an offer? We went in, she started filling out the paperwork and asked what we think a fair price would be so my husband said we talked to Eric the GM and since the leak isn t fixed we want to give the price we both agreed to $10,300. The agent said she would be right back and went to the other end of the building to a man sitting at a desk, We sat a while, agent came back she said last night a man said he wanted to pay full asking price and had a cashier s check. What the hell is going on here ?My friend Erica sends a text same day after we were told was sold and tells the agent is it okay to come Monday at 5:30 SHE WAS TOLD ABSOLUTELY!! The agent said the truck was still available! Erica says I am not wasting a 2 hour drive, the trucks rear seal is fixed The agent said YES, the rear seal was repaired. BAD BUSINESS!

Got to be kidding. Service man Caleb finished waiting on one customer and then walk around looking at his phone. At one point tries to hide behind wall. Did not acknowledge us at all. Another service man with customers did acknowledge us and said he would be with us shortly. But he had two more customers ahead of us. Looks like Caleb did not want to work to much. After waiting for a period of time I asked Caleb where was the service manager and he told me that he was not there. Then he asked what did we need. Never had I experienced this before at Serra. What a shame.

Malik was very helpful and the staff was super friendly...if I can't find a truck anywhere else I will definitely go back. They just didn't have what I was looking for at this time.

I had a great experience working with Nick Sherman at Serra Chevrolet - he was prompt, helpful, and easy to talk to. I did not purchase a vehicle here because my search was pretty specific, but I would definitely reach out to Nick or refer any friend to Nick in the future.

Sierra Chevrolet on the Parkway East does a great job they're great people to deal with and they will get you the best deal on any vehicle and will work with you throughout the whole process to make it simple and painless. I highly recommend anybody to buy a vehicle from any Sierra car dealership but for a new Chevy Sierra Chevrolet is definitely the place to go.

Kept my truck for a week and never called me once to update me on the status. Had to call 3 times in one day just to get someone to answer, they ended up not even looking at my truck all week. Tried to charge me $150 service fee ON A WARRANTY ISSUE. Do yourself a favor and never take your vehicle to be worked on here.
