My experience at Serra Chevrolet was 1st class all the way when I brought my truck in for repair. Tess in Service was amazingly efficient and made the entire process smooth. I never even had to call the warranty company. Trevor got me to and from work with ease. I ran in to a guy, Blake Whisenhunt, that I previously purchased a vehicle from and he was fantastic at showing me some of the inventory and I m now gonna be purchasing my wife s next vehicle in the next few months from Serra because of the experience I had with him and the rest of the staff. You shouldn t hesitate to do business here. They will get all my service and maintenance work, as well as my business on new vehicles. Top notch crew.

When we got there, a young lady named Rosa came right up to us and got started helping us. We already knew what we wanted and so no time was wasted, although I will say she was very welcoming and kind. She went above and beyond to work out a deal with us!!

I ve never really been the type to leave reviews for establishments but that young man Jarell Ford really deserved the praise. He didn t make me feel rushed at all through the process. He asked me what so was looking for and was able to help me and my family drive home in a new Tahoe. Will definitely refer friends and family to him. If you need a car salesman that s your guy!!!

Wonderful experience.! I showed up needing a vehicle within 2 days, worked with a young lady name Kenya who asked all of the right questions and never came across like she was just trying to make a sell. Needless to say I am very happy with my purchase. Shout out to Kenya!

I had a Great Experience At this location. The Salesman Name Was Joseph Sanford. He was a Well mannered Gentleman who was able to answer every question I had. I would recommend if you re in the area and looking for a new vehicle, give them a try and ask for a young man name Joseph Sanford.

I was looking for a Dodge Ram Crew Cab. Found one I like at Serra Chevrolet. I met a very nice young lady ( Rosa ) she was very helpful and went out of her way to ensure that I had a very pleasant experience. The rest of the staff were very helpful as well. Hello, I'm DeQuarius. I called into the store with questions about a couple vehicles that I'm interested in purchasing once I gather all the facts and your salesperson Kenya was great. She gave me details about each one of the vehicles and also took time out to send me additional photos and information. If my wife and I decide to go with the Chevy product, we'll definitely be coming to visit Serra and allow Kenya the opportunity to earn our business.

I would not recommend doing business with any Serra dealerships.They will tack on undisclosed fees that will not be pointed out nor verbally disclosed during your final transaction. Only number you will see is the agreed car price. They scammed us by using the phrasing I ll tell you what I can give you this and this with the car and this will be your payment Which made us feel much better about our deal. Little did I know nor was I ever told there would be a $4000 extra charge.. Take your money and run. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANY SERRA DEALERSHIPS.

Worst experience of entire life, not just worst car buying experience. Sold us a defective car that was not repaired. Refused to even look at the car. Both managers were rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, vicious, and verbally abusive to us, even though we are elderly. Obviously, both managers are criminals, thieves, and abusers.

I purchased a 2017 Chevy equinox from you two years ago. On February 28 I drove my car in for a service and found out that I had substantial engine damage and needed to either pay for for the damage because my warranty had expired one month prior. While sitting in the service department, young lady, by the name of Kenya McGilberry came through and to help me when I say her service from start to finish finish was nothing short of amazing, honest and very hard work I was upset. I had a lot of doubt about even purchasing again from there. She got to work on my case and I ended up walking out of there in a 2024 Chevy equinox on the 29th. I would just like to think Kenya and the finest team for working so hard to get me in a car at a payment that I could afford , can you assured me from the beginning to the end that she would get me in a vehicle and she would take care of me and she did that she went above and Beyond.

Excellent Salesman!! Jarell has been my go to Car Salesman for a while now. I was kinda taken aback when I heard he had change stores but just because he changed stores doesn t mean he will change.
