I couldn t ask for better service than I got from Royal Automotive. Carter Ward was my sales representative. From first email to final goodbye perfect experience. He took the time to explain all details about the car. I had been looking for a Buick Enclave for several months and didn t think I would find one in my price range. I found everything I wanted and more.

I had the pleasure of being helped with a purchase by the amazing Todd Godwin!! I feel as if he went above and beyond with and for me. I feel as if he treated me as if I was a daughter and took care of me and respected me. I do not feel he was just in it for a sale and he got to know me as a person. I highly recommend Tom. I do not think I would be recommending Royal if anyone else helped me besides Tom. I have had issues with maintenance before because it takes forever to leave when an appointment is even scheduled but Nico is great in maintenance and I feel he is very personable and goes above and beyond as well.

I leased a Volvo XC40 Recharge from Royal in 2021. I recently reached the end of my lease and needed to find my next vehicle. Royal reached out to me with an amazing lease option for a brand new 2023 XC40 Recharge. I was able to complete all the needed paperwork in just a few min without even going in to the dealership. I brought in the 2021 and the process of swapping for the new one only took about 20 min then I was on my way! I love my Recharge and Brett Beggs took great care of me for my original lease as well as my current one. I have a brand new vehicle and my monthly payment actually went down! I cannot recommend them enough.

After searching for a mustang for months on end, I finally came across the perfect one at royal auto. This was by far the easiest and smoothest big purchase I've ever made, and that's all thanks to Parker Holt. I was contacted the same day I reached out which was as soon as they opened. He really took great care of me as a customer and made things as seamless as possible, even though I was all the way over here in Texas. Exactly how business should be done. Thank you Parker, I absolutely love my new ride!

My sales associate was Allen Cook who is very professional and knowledgeable. Parker Holt and Royal Automotive knocked my car buying experience out of the park! I m big on first impressions. Some of the dealerships I visited before stopping at Royal Automotive did not deliver on that. The other dealerships, in my opinion, did not have their used vehicles ready to sell. As soon as I pulled up at Royal Automotive, Parker was walking out the door to greet me and my wife. The vehicle that I was in the market for that Royal Automotive had was clean, mint, and ready to sell! Absolutely checked the box on first impression! The paperwork side is usually an all day thing but not with Parker! Single handedly the quickest experience I ve had with paperwork! Great job Parker! We just purchased a 2024 Buick Enclave from Royal Automotive. They were great to work with. Joey Brasher was our salesperson and we worked with Matt the Sales manager. Both guys were great to work with. Very friendly. We looked at some vehicles, then we left the dealership and looked at other vehicles while Joey and Matt worked up some numbers. That way we did not get tied up at one dealership all day. Great guys to work with, and we would recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a 2023 Acadia from Royal Automotive. My overall experience was excellent i would recommend them to anyone My salesman was William Bradshaw. He was informative and pleasant to work with. Andrew Head was my Sales Consultant for my GMC Sierra Denali truck. He was very courteous, professional, helpful, and patient during the entire process. There was never any pressure to buy immendiately. All of my questions and concerns were promtply addressed and answered. Even after the purchase he promptly responds to phone calls or text messages regarding "how to" for my vehicle. Matt made the final closing documents quick and easy. I will definately recommend Andrew Head & Royal Automotive to my family and friends for any of the automotive needs.

I have bought many cars in the past but this experience has been the worst by far. The two stars are for the pricing.Everything went smoothly with negotiation and pricing. They were supposed to include a back mat that they had to order. I called over 10 times just to get someone on the phone who couldn t tell me anything. 3 weeks after buying I gave up and drove the 45 minutes there for them to try and claim they had what I ordered and went to put it in even though I said it wasn t right. It was covered in cat hair from prior use. They then ordered it again with me giving them the exact item number and said they would call when it came. It s now a month after that visit and 2 after purchasing and I haven t heard from them. I called today for the guy to tell me that the item is red listed and can t be delivered. I call bull and say they put it in another vehicle to make a deal. The communication is terrible, I m pretty sure our sales guy was tweaking, and there s no follow through.

Honestly the BEST customer service we have ever had when buying a car. Would recommend anyone especially to this dealership for initiation, negotiation and finalizing the PERFECT vehicle to fit our family. My fianc� and I worked with Richard to buy our new Volvo. I wanted a very specific one, and Richard text quickly back and forth to answer my questions. He was extremely informative and knowledgeable on the Volvo brand, so much so I left using the infotainment system and other features of the Volvo with more ease than expected with it being brand new to me. I believe the man we worked with for signing papers name was John, and he was fantastic as well. He broke down our options easily for us, swiftly got our paperwork together, and swiftly and efficiently went over them with us before we signed each one. We will absolutely be back at Royal when it is time to get a new vehicle, and we are excited we found these guys! And the car of my dreams of course!

Truly the best car buying experience ever!!! I had spoken with Don Ballard earlier in the week about the vehicle we were interested in test driving. He gave me a quote on the vehicle and value of our trade. We drove over from Georgia on Saturday morning and Don had the vehicle out front and ready to drive. While on the test drive they looked over our trade. When we decided to purchase it took less than 15 minutes to do all the paperwork and we were out the door. Truly amazing! It was a pleasure meeting Don and the sales manager. Next time we need a car Royal Automotive will be our first stop!!!

Bought our last car there. Unfortunately, with a credit score of 690 and $3,000.00 down, they tried to charge me 23%. Needles to say I got out of there. Last Saturday I bought 2017 Explorer and got 9% financing. Royal, you need to do better.

Justin and the entire staff at Royal are top notch. As we were purchasing from out of town, I wasn t sure what to expect but Justin quickly answered all messages and was able to provide any and all info we needed. Once we arrived the vehicle was already detailed and paperwork was ready to complete. We were done with the whole process, including a trade in, in a matter of minutes. We love our 2022 Atlas and all the options it provides. It s a perfect fit for our family.

I love my Passat from Royal!I worked with Alison, and she helped me find the perfect car for my budget over the phone in advance. The inventory and prices at Royal were the best from Birmingham to Atlanta to North Florida that I researched.I ended up driving about 3 hours to Birmingham to trade in my old car and get the new one. The process was painless, and Alison had everything lined up so I didn't have to wait for trade-in appraisal, new car detailing, etc.I can't recommend Alison highly enough!
